The terrace was wonderful. We had a great view of the Kotor bay and the owners were very friendly and welcoming. The most beautiful view of the bay was from our terrace.

The bathroom needs renovation. The waste in the bathroom doesn't drain out and in my opinion the shower cabin needs to be replaced with a simple one.

The personal touch of the complimentary homemade wine (we purchased two extra bottles) & the delicious cherry cake delivered to our door. Washing machine & balcony overlooking the old town were added bonuses. Very roomy & comfortable apartment. Close to everything.

It is a perfect apartman with Kotor bay view and 15 min walk away from the old town. We met the owner just briefly but he was very simpatic. I wish we could stay longer in Kotor.

Amazing value for money. The apartment was very large, with a full kitchen and stunning views from the living room balcony. It was a short (15-minute) walk to Kotor, which is worth the visit! The owners allowed us to keep our car on the property the following day while we walked around.

The apartment was a bit hard to find as the address did not appear on our gps. We ended up having to ask a police officer to call the owners for us, and they promptly met us where we were to guide us to the apartment! Not a problem at all if you have the ability to call ahead. The sofa bed was also a little bit hard, but that is a personal preference!

Besides the complimentary home made wine you can buy additional bottles for 5 EUR each. The view is really astonishing.

I liked everything! This is one family that sure knows hospitality and how to operate a rental business (Grandpa tends the garden, Papa makes the wine, Mama bakes bread goodies, Son is the contact/renting agent and Daughter supervises cleaning staff). Our apartment (the one above the garage) was described in the profile as a "one-bedroom apartment.. Kitchenette ... etc." Owners were a little unstated in their profile description; there is also a very large living/dining room, a very handy washing machine and the "kitchenette" is really a kitchen just missing a microwave. Our apartment was so absolutely clean that I took pictures of Kotor Bay as it was reflected off the spotless windows of the apartment. While the rest of Old Town Kotor was baking in the relentless afternoon August sun, we were relaxing in the shade on the apartment's balcony with stunning views of Kotor Bay. Son arranged pick-up transportation from Tivat airport for a very reasonable charge. Our apartment was stocked with Papa's homemade red wine (varietal unknown, just red wine) which was absolutely delicious and at 5 euros a bottle, an absolute steal and delicious with the complimentary baked breads from Mama. Son is incredibly handsome and although that is irrelevant for rental purposes, it was always a pleasure conducting business with him since it was like talking to Adonis.

There wasn't anything I didn't like, but keep in mind the apartment is about a 15 minute walk from Old Town and the road is narrow when cars pass each other (nonetheless a scenic road). Walking along the road I felt a little like a pigeon about to be flattened. There was a local bus service if you are not particularly "fast on your feet". For us, it was a non-issue, we went to town mid-morning, ate a large lunch in town, then returned with groceries so we didn't have to navigate the road in the dark. The best dinners were on the apartment's large balcony, cooked in the apartment's kitchen accompanied by Papa's delicious red wine.

Friendly owner present hiwmmade wine and cookies. Beautifull view from big terrace. Many small beaches around.

In July and August you can clearly hear some festival/techno rhythms from the other side of the bay. (Acoustic reflex via mountains)

We liked the position, with the large terrace looking out across the bay. The owner and his family were very friendly and welcoming and provided a very comfortable apartment with everything you need, including hairdryer, iron and board, Kotor is a stunning place with a large, interesting and beautiful old town. Past the port were some lovely beaches (pebbles) with several quality sea front restaurants. Food was reasonable as was the hiring of loungers and umbrellas and taxis. janet and keith

The owner was very attentive & came to meet us to take us the final 500m to the apartment. There was also complimentary wine & later in the week he brought home made cakes. The apartment was fully equipped & very spacious. The view from the terrace was spectacular.

Bigger towels would have been better,, however there were plenty of smaller ones supplied. A kettle would also have been a welcome addition to the appliances
