We went to this place with a 3 months old baby :) and we liked everything about it! Owners are very helpful and friendly, location is perfect for those who has a car (it's located between budva and petrovac), and near the most beautiful and clean beach in Montenegro drobnyj pejsak. The view from our balcony was amazing... Highly recommend this place!

A clean and quiet place, very friendly staff, magnificient view of the Sea! Airconditioning , WiFi and stellite TV was excellent. In our openion the best beach in the area (unlike other beaches we visited in Petrovac, Budva and Sviatiy Stefan - has exclusive white gravel, very clean, not crouded). There are 2 decent restaurants right at the beach.

The hotel is a bit remote from the beach - realistically 900m (about 400m walk on the road and 500m steep hill), stores and restaurants, no sidewalks.(Having a car can solve this problem - parking near the beach costs 3 Euro/day).

+ a beautiful beach with good facility, clean water

    - accommodation belie *** apartment. It is located too close to the busy road and it was noisy all the time. Next to the apartment is a new building construction. Rooms are too small and cramped, equipment did not match the description – no a TV, hair dryer and no any towels, Wifi continually cut out. We had 3 rooms – First room - a fridge did not work and the hot water was only occasionally (problem with breaker). Second room – we booked a room for 4 people with a terrace - we got very small room with only a small balcony, where there was only one chair. Third room was with view of busy road – no any reason to stay on the balcony. During 4 days nobody cleaned the rooms (either basic cleaning). - accommodation is not suitable for family with children. Around hotel no exist place for safe play, you can not use pram.- on the beach - the sea should be in 600 m – but it is farther away. At first you have to go on the highway (not sidewalk, of course), than unpleasantly sharply down to the sea. If you go by a car, you pay 3 euro for parking. - Around there is not minimarket, and restaurant is only on the beach (open into 22 p.m.)

The location is very beautiful, because you can see the sea and the mountines. This hotel is good if you want to stay in a very-very calm place, because it is not in the town.

We didn't like the place, because our room was looking at the busy road and it was noisy all the time. Also it is said in the description that the sea is in 600 m. But in reality you have to go first on the highway, than on the very inconvenient road (not pedestrian, of course) sharply down to the sea. So that is definitely not 5 minutes. Apart form that there is a lack of foacilities around the hotel, it is very isolated. One restaurant and on little shop. To go to Petrovac or Budva you have to wait for the bus that goes once in several hours. Also we were promised a mini-kitchen in the room, but didn't get one. All in all we decided to move out after the first night, but we didn't get even the part of our money for the week back. So we were very dissapponted, of course.
