Good Location in Old Town
- Wifi was not working well. - There was stove but not enough cookware like pots, pan. - There was not table in room. when we cooked we had to eat on the bed. - Room was so small. - The Drain in Bathroom & Sink was not working.
Location is right next to the entrance to climbing the famous walls, in the corner of Old Town. The room was huge. Excellent value (keep in mind this was low season) Cozy and quiet. Great owner.
The hot water in the shower lasted a very short time. Annoying motion sensor faucet in the bathroom. Wifi signal was weak in my apartment.
Sasha iz a very good host and very helpful.
Ideally located in Kotor's beautiful old town near to The River Gate. Apartment was clean and excellent value for money
Being English my friend would have liked a kettle to make tea and coffee! The kitchen had hobs to boil water but a kettle would have been slightly easier.
Washer dryer available, great location, friendly management.
Nice and quiet considering central location. View of city walls. Helpful staff
big, price is good, it's in the old street
wifi works not well
The place could have been cleaned more thoroughly.
Personal Smart TV with WiFi access (max. 10mbps, more than enough for google maps, downloading a series etc..), and cool house owners. We paid €30/night for a couple's room with own bathroom and kitchen. Hotel at a hostel price at an ideal location!
There wasn't really a table. If we cooked, we ate it on bed, the only furniture available. A slide-out table thing and two folding chairs would be great and don't take any storage space. Watch out, the boiler button looks like a light button. Don't turn it off and live without warm water!
The location was stop on,
No mirror, was a strong damp Musky smell in the room, to say that it was for 4 people the room was very small, thankfully there was only 2 of us. Noisy outside early in the morning.
The wifi works and it's reasonably fast. Everything is clean and the beds are great. Excellent shower.
The kitchen only had a few glasses and no pots or pans.
Very good location in the old town. Really nice room with a balcony. Staff was friendly.
Parking was complicated - there were absolutely no free parking spots near the old town (which you can not enter by car).
Great location in atmospheric Kotor Old Town. All modern shower that takes a little while to work out! Well equipped kitchen and wonderful location.
Location right in the historical center, close to everything, nice room
The apartments are in the north west entrance of Kotor Old town, great location because you are in old town but you don’t get the noise from all the bars and restaurants which are some streets away. We were two using a room of four (room 12) and although the room had everything we needed (tv, fridge, cook, etc), it is quite small and there are plug cables sticking out of walls showing unfinished work. So this is a basic room for a good price, nothing more.
The owners were nice but it felt weird going to their living room and asking whoever family member was there every time we needed something. We were quite unfortunate because due to the heavy rains, the toilet badly smelled of drains, to which we were told they could not do anything about it. Be aware, parking near the entrance of Old town is very difficult unless paying around 11 euros a day and the traffic near that entrance is quite chaotic.
Stefan and Sacha were so helpful and friendly. They were really attentive, meeting us off our bus and organising a boat trip. The location in the old town was perfect.
A car jumped in the window in the middle of the night! But shutters were being fitted as we left so that won't be a problem.
The owner would yell & swear at his employees etc right in front of us, leaving us waiting for over 10mins to find out if our washing was done (which was wet anyway). We were given incorrect bus information but the owner was more than happy to offer a private shuttle to the next town (for much more) which we assume was a friends company. He then found us in town, wandering around after we were given the wrong time of the bus and his solution was to offer us another nights stay for a little less. All the owner want is money and nothing more. Would not recommend
Location in Stari Grad washing machine spacious rooms great views good kitchen
STAIRS...For older people this would be hard and dangerous as there is no railing
Big apartment, awesome kitchen and kitchen facilities, great location, amazing TV set up.
We were not allowed to print a bus ticket from the office computer so I had to search for a place in town to print it - quite strange when there was a printer at the accommodation! Staff gave interesting info regarding a bus to Dubrovnik, saying that it would cost 22 euros each and would take 5-6 hours. Not sure why they would tell us this info when we paid 12 euros each and it took 2.5 hours. They also offered to drive us to Dubrovnik for 60 euro after telling us this bus information. Sounded a bit dodgy. Helps to do research!
location friendly staff (sasha) old city
Bed sheets were with holes, towels very old and doesn't seem clean.
Great location Air conditioner was very efficient Bed was comfortable and bathroom was nice.
The drains in the sink smelt like waste from the toilet. Wifi didn't work very well.
Good location in the Old Town near one of the gates. Helpfull staff.
The new apartments are centrally located within the gates of the old city of Kotor. The apartmens are run by a staff that is unbelievably friendly and accommodating!
The apartments are new and so some fixtures, such as lights, were not properly installed yet. (But not a big deal.)
