Eine herzliche Gastfamilie empfängt den Reisenden als wäre es ein Familienmitglied. Jede noch so kleine Frage wird hilfsbereit beantwortet. Das Zentrum ist gut zu Fuß erreichbar. der Busbahnhof ist nur 5 Min entfernt. Leider gibt es nachtaktive Holzkäfer in den Möbeln (sowie Tür- und Fensterrahmen). Das "Holzkaugeräusch" ist bei längerem Aufenthalt gewöhnungsbedürftig.

Les chambres sont bien aménagées et bien meublées avec une petite cuisine équipée avec frigidaire, plaque chauffante et vaisselle, une salle de bain bien articulée, un large balcon avec tables et chaises est très agréable. Le ménage, le changement de serviettes et de draps est fait régulièrement. Situé dans un quartier calme, à coté d’une épicerie, pas loin d’une artère commerçante avec cafés et commerces divers. Les propriétaires sont très accueillants et à votre service si besoin est, merci à eux. Excellent rapport qualité prix

Очень дружелюбный персонал. Всегда готовы придти на помощь. Окрестные петухи не всегда дают спать;). Бывают сложности с уборкой номера.

Apartamentul a fost conform asteptarilor, exact ca in pozele din prezentare. Patronul foarte ajutator si prompt, unul dintre putinii sarbi care vorbesc engleza/germana. Raportul calitate/pret este unul excelent. Pentru o sedere in Ulcinj, recomand cu mare placere Apt. Nilaj.

Şehir merkezine yakınlığı , yeni ve temiz bir tesis olması sahiplerinin araç kiralama veya odadaki eksikliklerle ilgili her ihtiyacınıza yardımcı olması kısacası sıcak ve ilgili olmaları çok güzeldi.Çok sıcak ve minik bir aile işletmesiydi bu açıdan çok memnun kaldık. Tatilde TV seyreden birisi değilim ama odadaki TV 'lerin modeli ile yayının kablolu yayın olması negatif bir durumdu.Benim gibi TV ile temasını olmayacaksa dert edilecek bir şey değil.Birde odaların temizliği biz istemeden yapılabilirdi.Ama istediğimiz her eksiklik kısa zamanda yerine getirildi.

Utcanévtáblák hiányában lehetetlen megtalálni, telefonos megkeresésükre viszont perceken belül értünk jöttek a házigazdák. A szállás tökéletes, de csak az válassza, akit nem riaszt a helybeliek életstílusa. (nyomor, mocsok a ház közvetlen közelében ill. az úton)

Pensiunea este un exemplu de curatenie si utilare. Apartamentul iti ofera absolut totul fara a avea nevoie de altceva. Bucataria foarte bine dotata, camerele mari iar baia ofera toate conditii necesare. Intreaga pensiune este foarte bine construita si dotata cu lelemente si obiecte (mobilier,aparatura electrocasnica, etc) de o buna calitate si durabilitate. Vila este amplasata la poalele unui munte ce ofera o priveliste superba si o liniste pe care multi ne o dorim. Accesul in zona facil (Marea Adriatica, Lacul Kotor, zona montana, inclusiv mausoleul, aeroport 4 km, etc). Acesta pensiune poate fi un exemplu pentru multe alte astfel de cazari pe care eu le am vizitat in Europa. Felicitari si o sa recomand tuturor acesta pensiune. La acesta pensiune nu poti sa gasesti ceva ce nu ti-a placut.

Общительные, дружелюбные хозяева. Тихий район: по утрам только петухи и птицы, а по вечерам дети в мяч. Завтраки подают индивидуально на просторной террасе, в тенёчке, на хрустящей скатерти, да с видом на горы и город, а на последок и ракией угостят. WI FI берёт в номере. Большущая душевая, меблированный балкон. На такси за 2,5 евро домчат до городского пляжа за 5 минут, за ту же сумму до Великой плажи - за 10. Минусов мало: сам номер ожидался побольше размером(всё таки люкс). До моря пешочком не очень близко, но если выбирать отель поближе к Старому городу и воде, то шумно и народно.Так что или радуемся покою, или терпим ночной досуг остальных путешественников.

Yövyimme ennen sesonkiaikaa. Keskeneräisyydestä huolimatta täyden palvelun paikka. Omistajan poika haki meidät bussiasemalta, ja vaimo toi jääkaapimme täyteen aamiaista, koska lähdimme aikaisin bussilla Albaniaan. Ulcinj on hieno paikka, ja vanhankaupungin Taphana ravintolasta saimme tämän vuosikymmenen parasta ruokaa!

An oasis in a grundgy part of town. The room was cozy with a little kitchenette. The kitchen did not have any dishes, pots or pans, but when we asked the owners for some, they really provided what we requested. About 10-minute walkk from the bus station and about 20-minute walk from the beach. Major street nearby with large grocery stores and bakeries, cafes. Excellent value for the money especially if you are breAking up the trip through Montenegro en route to Albania. Excellent value for the money.

Clean room, nicely decorated, great terrace and hospitality. Small bathroom and the location is not so good because it is a little bit hidden between some houses and a little bit far from the beach.
