Balcony overlooking the beach! Off peak season! Open year round, Cuban lounge bar downstairs open, too. Fascinating being able to see the changing face of the Adriatic regardless of the weather. Easy to get up and down the coast to visit other places. Need clearer instructions for arrival. Didn't like noisy heating unit.
