Everything else - the apt. Bldg. located in an undeveloped area of the town - no good roads, no road signs etc. even the facility does not have a sign to identify itself from the rest of the bldg. A const./handyman helped us on the road to call owner's friend's mobile, who gave us room keys, collected full cash and never turned up thereafter to check if we are OK. There were no bath towels, no dish washing soap, had a soap cake in the bathroom that was probably used by earlier guest(s), the cups and pots/pans were not cleaned after use by earlier guests, and so on.... I cannot imagine how booking.com recommended such facility at 32 euro/night. It is not worth even 10 euro/nt.

Good location, very near city center, 400 m for Javorovaca ski route, 5 km from Savin kuk, new equipments in the room. Nice owners. Quity location.

The overall experience was very positive. The location is excellent and only a few minutes walk from the bus station. The price was very good value for money considering how nice the apartment was and the facilities provided inside the room. The room was very clean when we arrived. The staff were helpful and even picked us up from the bus station, as maps of the area are not easy to come back.

Very unfriendly staff, the place is fine for 2 people, not for 4. Even there was not enough space on the tiny unstable kitchen table for us to eat. Stairs are not very safe, no protection from falling on the side.

It was close to the centre of town - rooms were OK.

There was no one there to meet us - no contact. We had to ask at Tourist Info about the location and then other houses round the apartments about getting in. A local lady phoned the owner for us and someone arrived 15 mins later.

Really good location - just 3 minutes from the bus station and 8 minutes from the main square of the town. Taxi to Black Lake is about 2,5-3 Eur. Room is clean and tidy with nice bathroom and large bed. You also have small kitchen place with basic stuff. The area is quite. Best value for money!

There is no internet, so you can only use wifi in cafes and Internet- club but, it also help you to enjoy nature, not the Facebook pages. Room is not very big. Pay only with cash.

Location - a few minutes walk from the city centre and easy to get out of the city by car.

When we stayed these appartments have not been finally completed (only 1 room and a bathroom were available, kitchen and living room have been still "under construction". Therefore, I recommend doublechecking this if important for you. And this feedback may not be valid in future once appartments are finished... No TV (although, satellite TV is mentioned, but it was not operating yet). The room was not clean when we arrived (we found dog`s wool on the bed coverlet. No wardrobe (we had to leave clothes in the suitcases as there was simply no place to put it, not even a chair). Not finished repair and decoration of both house itself and appartments inside. In general, I think it was too early and impropriate for the owners to rent these appartments in their current condition or at least they should have cost twice cheaper than normal, ready appartments.

The apartment is very clean and well furnitured. There is a free parking as well.

When we arrived to the appartments building there was nobody there, the door was locked and when we called the contact from the booking reservation the phone was closed. We had to take a trip to tara canion for about two - three hours and then we camed back to the villa and called the stuff again. There was an answer but the owners were out of town and they told me that a women will arrive to opne the door of the villa and give us the room. There was pretty difficult to discuss with that person because she didn't know english...

Корректное, дружелюбное отношение. Прекрасный вид на гору. До центра города - несколько минут пешком.

Nedostatak ograde na unutrašnjem stepeništu, što je veoma rizično, tim prije jer je objekat višespratni,a svako dolazi sa prtljagom i ograda, između ostalog, koristi i kao pomagalo pri manevaru kroz objekat. Prilikom odabira, većina ljudi će izabrati apartman u novom objektu, jer mu to garantuje sigurnost i komfor. Kada se stekne utisak lijepog turističkog ubjekta spolja, za očekivati je da bude takav i enterijer. Primijetila sam da malo vlaži krov *ili spoj sa zidom* što se primjećuje na zidu u uglu pored lođe, pa sugerišem da izvršite sanaciju prije zime. Lijepo bi bilo usmjeriti turiste na apartmane, jer ne postoji sa glavne ulice smjernica prema njima; npr. od zgrade Razvršja ili sa autobuske stanice. Informaciju o tačnoj adresi saznali smo u Info-tourist centru. S obzirom na to da je objekat relativno nov, ovo nijesu zamjerke već sugestije. Možda malo i moja profesionalna deformacija. U svakom slučaju, sviđa mi se apartman i sigurno ću ga preporučiti poznanicima.

Appartement neuf situé dans une rue tranquille proche du centre, point de départ idéal pour les nombreuses randonnées à faire autour de Zalbjac.

L'appartamento è pulito e il bagno ampio rispetto all'appartamento.

L'appartamento è troppo piccolo per 3 persone, ci si può stare al massimo in 2. L'attrezzatura per cucinare è al minimo.All'arrivo è stata mandata ad accoglierci una signora che parlava solo serbo.

Hormis la situation géographique, l'hôtel était déplorable: Pas d'accueil (obligation de contacter booking.com pour joindre le propriétaire), équipement très insuffisant et de mauvaise qualité et lieux très sales. Le ménage n'avait pas été fait depuis un bout de temps et n'a pas été fait pendant notre séjour. Aucun équipement pour le faire. A éviter absolument.

Tesko je naci adresu - nema oznaka ulica ni brojeva. Gospodja koja je predala apartman bila je izuzetno neljubazna i odjurila je cim je uzela novac ne odgovorivsi na pitanja. Uzela je noavc za boravisnu taksu,a nije se potrudila uzeti ni podatke koji joj trebaju ako misli stvarno izvrsiti prijavu. Objekt je ustvari nedovrsen, nema ni ograde na stubistu sto je nedopustivo i opasno, navodni parking uz kucu je stjenovita povrsina na kojoj mozete ostetiti vozilo. Oprema je nedostatna - cemu sluzi kuhinja koja od sudja ima samo dzezvu? Pretijesno je - ormar je preko prozora, a tv preko ormara. Apartman je samo provizorno pociscen nakon proslih gostiju, sve je musavo.

It was clean and had nice views

It was impossible to find, it took us over two hours to find it, even with the help of several local people. The map was wrong and the telephone number was Serbian, not Montenegrin. This really ruined our experience. .

Completely new installations. Very clean and comfortable bed. Close to city center.

Very very very hard to find. The adress brought us nowhere and after asking several people we met a woman who was the owner. The reception is not in the same building but somewhere we never know. Despite this setback, it is a very reccomendable place.
