great view, spacious room with small kitchenette, nice balcony, lovely and very helpful owners (hertzlich danke für alles) Suosittelemme lämpimästi paikkaa. omistajat eivät puhuneet juurikaan englantia mutta saksalla ja elekielellä pärjäsi hyvin. paikka sijaitsee kukkulan päällä joten näkymät ovat hienot mutta kulkuyhteys voi olla hankala huonojalkaisemmille.

Great view, balcony, helpful hosts. They also run a laundry and we had our clothes washed for a fair price. 10 min steep walk down to the beach, the same up again and good for your body !

- Hospitable hosts, picked us up from busstation, drove us to Shkodra and helped us getting into a furgon to Tirana - The view

- Hard beds, no real curtain - located on a real steep hill - only German was spoken, not an issue for me, but it can be for others.

Everything about this place was perfect for us, we loved it and ended up extending our stay. Apartment met all our needs, location and view amazing. A real gem and great value for money. A special word of praise and thanks to our hosts, Jino and Ericka who were so helpful, patient and kind in every way. Ten out of ten!

The owners were very hospitable & knowledgable - very helpful (though English isn't spoken, German, Italian & Russian is) great view of the old town. Good for those with an eye on their budget!

You get what you pay for, it's spotless, but there's only 1 electric socket & the bed was a bit lumpy. Minor grumbles really.

It was a small problem with the toilet water tank. TV does not receive any program, because it had no antenna or cable.

friendly host, good location even though a bit difficult to find if you happen to arrive in the dark.

We only stayed for 4 nights, if we now the place from tino en erika were so nice we stayed I think a month. They are also to good for you. It is in night time not easy to find, do not ask the police men, because of him we were in the wrong site of the village. But after a phonecall Tino came to rescue us. There is a kitchen in the apartement but more for making breakfast, I also maked diners but most people are maybe spoiled with big kitchen at home. If you need anything you can ask them and you get it. On the beach there are plenty of cheap restaurants so no whorries.

The view was amazing and the room the was big. The owners were really nice and always willing to help. You can write to the owner and he can pick you up at the bus station and also drop you at any time. If I were you I will do that as it is really hard to go walking (almost impossible) and taxis are not that cheap.

The bed was not confortable, it was old and the toilet water kept running. It is a basic room. It is up the hill from the beach and the center so prepare yourself for a hike. But for price I will recommend it and also the owners were willing to help at all times,

The street is unknown, nobody knows in the city where locates. We spent 2 hours with searching the apartment. The telepehone number was a fax number, nobody picked that up. No kitchen equipment, no furniture on balcony The cooker was partly worked in the kitchen. No furniture (shelf) in bathroom!!!! You can not put your tooth-brush to anywhere...

Velice příjemní a pozorní majitelé, apartmány umístěny v klidné lokalitě 5 minut pěší chůze od centra a pláže. Krásný výhled na moře a staré město Ulcinj. Každý den úklid pokoje, včetně výměny ručníků, maximální spokojenost.

Просторный, светлый, чистый и очень уютный номер. Балкончик с красивым видом на город и море с кусочком пляжа. Хозяева доброжелательные и очень любезные люди всегда готовы решить любую возникшую проблему и помочь советом, предлагают свой автомобиль в аренду. Хороший Wi-Fi. Полотенца меняют каждый день, прибирают номер и убирают мусор.

Существенных минусов не замечено. Подниматься к ним несколько тяжело, очень крутой подъем. Кабельного ТВ в нашем номере не было.

Velmi vstřícní a ochotní majitelé, všude čisto a uklizeno. Vybavení skromnější, ale plně dostačující. Byli jsme spokojeni.

Nagyon kedvesek a tulajdonosok, sok hasznos információval elláttak bennünket. Csodálatos a kilátás. Az esti hazatérésnél a kaptató kifejezetten jót tesz.

Уютный отель. Доброжелательные и отзывчивые хозяева (просили дополнительную посуду для приготовления еды и чайник – принесли сразу). Удачное соотношение цена-качество.

Небольшие проблемы в номере с сантехникой (подтекал кран, в результате чего на пол в туалете образовывалась лужица).

Skvělí a přátelští majitelé penzionu, kteří nám věnovali plno času a pomohli nám zajistit opravu auta. Skvělá poloha penzionu, nad městem, v klidné čtvrti, přitom jen pár minut od rušného centra. Gute und freundliche Eigentümer des Pensions, die mit uns sehr viel Zeit verbracht haben nd haben uns mit Autoreparatur geholfen. Die Lage des Pensions war sehr toll, mit dem Aussicht auf die Stadt in einem ruhigen Stadtviertel und sehr nahe zu dem Stadtzentrum. The owners of the hotel are very friendly and they have spent very much time with us. The hotel is very good located with perfect view on the whole city and in quiet part of the town, but you are in the walking distance to the centre.

Первый раз бронировали отель самостоятельно. Считаем, что все удалось! Хозяева исключительно корректны и радушны. В номере чистота! Все необходимое имелось - кухонный уголок, посуда. Белье меняли по требованию. Свежие белоснежные полотенца ежедневно.Кондиционеры всегда работали исправно. Несмотря на некую удаленность от центральной набережной, добраться до нее было очень просто за 8-10 минут. Чуть больше времени нужно было для того , чтобы попасть на центральную торговую улицу. По всем вопросам можно было консультироваться с хозяевами.Возможна аренда машины, причем недорого. Мы очень довольны.
