the only one thing... when you arrive you have to walk with suitcases, but it's not important, while you can see the wonderful old city walls of Budva!
clean, centrally located
unpleasantly noisy in the streets during night and in the early morning ( food delivery) unexpected during the "quiet season". Bathoroom fixtures are cheap, shower head would not remain in proper position, not something you would expect in this price category
Location in Budva old town is great.Brekfast on the beach is amazing and everything in hotel is great.
Convenience for Old Town in Budva; outdoor restaurant and beach bar.
Indoor breakfast restaurant not very comfortable; quaint view from room overlooking neighbour's rooftop terrace.
everything was perfect
We loved the location inside the old town walls and overlooking the sea. The reception staff were very helpful. The decor was modern and sleek.
Beautiful place set into the walls of the old city. Very nice rooms. Great breakfast at the beach restaurant.
The hotel is in a great location in old town. It was clean, spacious and comfortable. Our room had a small balcony with views of the beach. The staff was outstanding in helping us coordinate our visiting guests and relatives. Breakfast was good and the beach was wonderful.
A little difficult getting to the hotel because it's a few minutes walk from a taxi drop off. It would have been a little better value if the breakfast could have been included in the price.
Decent hotel option in the old town. Room on the small side and shower not good but beach front and old town position a plus. Reception staff in particular we're very friendly and helpful.
Some updates to the bathrooms needed and perhaps attention required to be truly four star standard.
The safe was broken and they could not repair it or move us to a room with a safe. Toilet seat also broken
It's small and nice
The restaurants, the location
No parking facilities - very expensive to use local car parks E2.00 per hour.
The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was small, but comfortable and very clean. Great location, with direct access to the beautiful beach. The roof terrace restaurant was simply fantastic, with a great view and gourmet food.
The air-conditioner at our room was very noisy, like it had a family of living bugs inside. We didn't ask for a change of rooms because we assumed it was a common problem for all the rooms. Also, we think that charging the hotel guests for the chairs at the beach they operate was a little bit too much, they could make those chairs available for for free to the hotel's guests since the price of the rooms are fairly high.
- Great staff - Fantastic food including generous breakfast- try the Red Montenegro pasta or the Sea food risotto! - Great location
- Noisy during the afternoon. - Hard beds.
Perfect location, very helpful staff and service. Just when we arrived we got upgraded into a superior room, which was very comfortable. They arranged us to pay a lower parking rate. We loved to have our breakfast in any of the three possible locations (at the beach, in front of the old town, in the hotel restaurant). Breakfast and all other food was hearty and delicious. Wifi was available also at the beach. We loved to be served food and drinks at the beach beds, where we could pay even with credit card. Staff is always there, always helping. The beach was perfect. The roof terrace reastaurant is gorgeous, although the food there cost more and was nothing extra.
Almost none. Maybe the music was sometimes too loud at the beach.
Beautiful view, nice atmosphere, professional staff
Dinner on the roof terrace of freshly caught sea food was exceptional and extremely picturesque.
Location is one of the best in Budva. Reception staff, especially Jelena, were excellent. Nice beach front and roof top restaurants. Good spacious rooms. Nice interior design of the hotel.
Having to pay 10 euro per couple to use the sun beds, this should be free for a hotel of this standard.
there was no parking in the hotel, and they didn't have any solution for that. At the check out we were told to pay for a beverage we didn't consume at the room. This was disappointed.
the location, the beach, the comfort ...
the terrace was closed ... open on 1st july (??)
Expensive room with no view. Parking needs to be made EXplicit I went to wrong place and paid 34 euros overnight:-(
Location in old town near the beach. Helpful reception staff.
Surly waiting staff - customer always wrong. Roof terrace being closed - a main reason for choosing. No sunbeds on the beach - again the reason we chose this hotel - we had to pay to use next door's. Doors banging all night. Breakfast of variable quality. No parking. Poor state of repair - faded boutique.
Wonderful staff that helped with reservations and activities. Very helpful and made the stay there enjoyable. Right at the beginning of Old Town (taxi will drop you off but cannot take you to the hotel - its a short walking distance). Very cozy room and very comfortable. Great facilities and beach is just around the hotel by a few steps. Breakfast included!
Its right in the Stari Grad (old town) walls with so many restaurants ans shops close by. Also there is a beach where the hotel serves food and has beach chairs. Best time to go is June or September as I understand July and August packed with noisy and drinking tourists.
