Very nice hotel

Excellent location just inside the walls of the Old Town, which belied its modern 'designer' interior. Room and bathroom very well equipped and comfortable. Staff all very helpful. Rate included a wide choice of breakfasts cooked to order.

Friendly and competent personnel, fluent English and Russian

Absence of any lift and a porter only during a day and evening time may be because of dead season (December)

The hotel location is ideal for the Old Town of Budva because the hotel is set jus inside the walls. The beach is excellent. Service was a little slow in the hotel as well. Rooms were spotless and cleaned daily. Only problem we had was that we left a bag in the room (100%) and the hotel denied it was left and we never seen it again ! Shame really because enjoyed everything else about our stay.

NIce hotel in a great location in the Old Town. Staff very friendly and helpful, especially Jovana who should definitely get a pay rise!!

The hotel was perfectly located within the old town. The accommodation was boutique style and ultra chic. Our room comprised of a living area, large bedroom and a large separate bathroom complete with spa. When we made the booking we mentioned that it was our wedding anniversary and the hotel provided us with a complimentary bottle of champagne. The hotel staff spoke english well and were quite helpful when answering our questions about sightseeing and restaurants. Another added bonus was that we could enjoy breakfast outside each morning whilst overlooking the beach. The breakfasts were of top standard and we didn't need lunch. After spending much of the day sightseeing it was nice to know that we could relax by the beach at the back of the hotel and not to have to pay for the privilege of using beach chairs as is normal practice in Croatia. The hotel staff enquired for us about the local bus to Dubrovnik and organised for a taxi to pick us up in the morning and take us to the bus station. They even organised breakfast to go which was great. We were very happy that we chose to stay in this hotel and would happily recommend same to other fellow travellers - you won't be disappointed.

Superb location right inside the old city gate. The terrace restaurant had great food, fantastic ambience and outstanding service. The hotel served breakfast in three locations and had quick access to the beach with nice umbrella.chair/towel amenities.

Acess to the hotel is a little hassle since it is in the old city and there is restricted access by car. The hotel could do more to prepare the visitor for this and to provide information to ease the restrictive access.

Located within Kotor Old Town and in general everything very good as it has been previously.

Water supply somtimes was sporadic as though the system experienced air locks.

They didn't clean our room in 3 of our 7 days stay. The breakfast is poor for the price of accommodation. We was expecting more to the price...

Location, in the heart of Old Town, in 1-2 minute walk from beach or seaside and main Old Town attractions

Could be a little bit cheaper ))

If you are in Budva just for the old town this hotel is in a really good location. But I honestly went there for the beach. so I was really dissapointed to learn that Astoria doesn't have a private beach.

Hotel rooms weren't clean. you can find much better for the amount you pay, I would say go for Hotel Avala

Хороший отель с выходом на пляж в старом городе. Отличное соотношение цена качество. Единственный минус - уборка номеров поверхностная. В остальном рекомендую.
