The hotel is comfortable and beautiful and good in it's location. I don't like the staff (they are not the staff of the 5 stars hotel), there is no hotel beach. During the high season the price ia very high. |

Good location, nice swimming pools (city beaches horribly overcrowded), friendly staff (if not pushed too hard). Swimming pools absolutely cannot accommodate all guests who need them. The hotel is in the process of renovation, I had to climb up the mountain to get to the breakfast serving place. |

Отличное расположение. Вежливый и понимающий персонал. Просто 5 баллов!Чистые номера, уборка вовремя.Ненапрягающая музыка в холлах,хороший спа-центр.Очень довольна, что выбрала именно этот отель.Интересный дизайн самого отеля, да и сам номер очень порадовал.Провела прекрасные романтические каникулы,обязательно приеду еще раз именно в этот отель.Не понимаю,почему некоторые оставляют негативные отзывы об этом отеле.Я, прочитав,ехала настороженная, и совершенно напрасно!Отличный отель. Думаю завтрак можно сделать более разнообразным. |

Su situación privilegiada y el servicio de spa A las habitaciones les faltaría medio metro de largo porque cabe una persona justita entre la cama y el mueble. En el desayuno se echa de menos un zumo de brick normal porque el que usan es como jarabe. |

Bade- og dusjanlegg var bra og komfortable. Beliggenhet og utsikt var flott. Frokosten var OK, men det var vanskelig å finne frokostrestauranten første gangen. Fin, men noe dyr bar. Hotellet var veldig mørkt med mange svarte vegger, spesielt i resepsjon, ganger og andre fellesrom - depresivt og energisugende. Så svært lite med det samme vi kom inn fra solen utenfor. Bakgrunnsmusikken i fellesarealene kan med stor fordel kuttes ut!!!! Hørte ingen som likte den. |

Отслеживать работниками бассейна клиентов, заранее занимающие места у бассейна, и приходящих часов через 2-5.Это - несложно. Первое, если есть правило не приходить и не использовать "свои" полотенца", можно вввести еще одно, после 30 минут занятый , ввиде положенного на него полотенца, или какого-либо предмета, лежак (шезлонг), считается незанятый. Второе, потребовать от персонала бассейна простого отслеживания использования лежаков. Они же всех знают и все видят |
