Location is goon: right near the sea, very close to old city. Hotel is not comfortable: decorated in black-brown colours, which look strange in the sea resort. Rooms are very small and not comfortable. Music plays in the hotel all the time untill 10 pm, it irritates. I asked to switch it off (at 9 pm), but employee on reception explained (in not friendly manner) that it is not possible. Key of room constantly did not work. Poor breakfast |

Position of the hotel. Breakfast restaurant and breakfast are not on 4* level. Poor choice, awful staff and very old restaurant - more like in a 2* hotel. We stayed there for 4 nights and our room was never cleaned properly (dust, dirty room, bathroom & terace floors...), even after we asked the housekeeping to clean our room again. In SPA center nobody knows anything about offered treatments. Lousy hotel !!!!!!!!!!!!!! |

The reception staff were most helpful and pleasant at all times. The Spa facilities were also very good and the rooms were very nice and confortable if a little on the small side. I did not think that the breakfast was 5 star standard. Coffee was often cold and the breakfast staff were not very pleasant. The breakfast dining area was very dark and it would be a better option to have it situated upstairs where diners could enjoy beautiful views of the sea while having breakfast. |

very silent, nice pool, nice rooms, very clean and profi hotel staff. you have to pay for internet 2 Euro/hour was annoying, some times the water was not so hot for a good bath in the tub, a bit dusty in the room. |

la situacion del hotel cercana al old town de Budva todavia estan en obras en algunas zonas del mismo y se perciben ciertas lagunas encuanto a informacion sobre la ubicacion de los sitios,los restaurantes son escasos y uno de ellos ubicados en un sitio horroroso ,sin ninguna ventana,o sea no propio de un hotel de 5 estrellas ,otro fallo garrafal,no han tenido en cuenta para nada a las personas incapacitadas,ya que existen multitud de escaleras por |
