The room was spacious, with a jacuzzi tub, had an amazing view of the Sea and was within walking distance to Slovenska Plaza and the beach. |

Breakfast was standard (cakes were excellent, coffee was pretty bad). Room was spacious and clean and the man on reception was very friendly. However this hotel has 2 problems that you can't make up for with good cakes. Would not recommend to stay at this hotel (see below why). No WiFi in the room or anywhere in the hotel (common guys, how can you be a 4 stars hotel and not buy a bunch of $50 WiFi access points - please sell a couple of your very nice bathrobes that no one ever uses and you'll be able to afford WiFi in the entire hotel). The biggest problem is the parking. They have some parking space that is shared between several hotels, but it's almost impossible to get a spot there, it's always full and very dirty. It's so packed that some cars are damaged if parked incorrectly (one car got its mirror broken, probably by someone trying to drive through the narrow "road"). And parking is a big problem in Budva, so never ever stay in the hotel without private parking, which Blues Star doesn't have despite its ad |

Impeccable room of international standard, large bathroom with the necessary extras, a small sitting area in the corner with table and chairs, and sufficient breaktfast buffet. When asking the hotel for pick-up at the airport in Tivat, my email was transferred to a company which offered a slightly too high price. Otherwise service and room were impeccable. |

The hotel was good overall. Best thing was the ability to use Blue Star's sister hotel's (Hotel Montenegro's) pool and beach facilities in Becici. Need a car though. Spent entire day on the beach -- excellent beach with great umbrellas and lounge chairs. Staff was extremely helpful and quick in fixing an air conditioning problem. Hotel is in a great location near the bus stop, but the bus stop isn't like the bus stops in America that are always located in disgusting parts of town--rather nice residential neighborhood. Hotel is within walking distance of old town Budva so you can experience the old town's charms without being kept awake with its noise level at night. The mattress was uncomfortable because I could feel the bed springs and I woke up a few times at night wishing the bed was more comfortable. Probably would have been a bigger problem if I was staying more than a couple nights. |

Not much. Ok, location to old town Budva and a nearby inexpensive bakery. Extremely poor value as a 4-star hotel. Surly check-in clerk didn't trust my handwritten booking.com info (we'd booked enroute without a printer at hand), asked me to pay hotel internet fee to get on their hotel computer to find the reservation. Then tried to charge 10 EUR above the stated cost for "fees." Dirty room, unclean bathroom, lumpy bed. We didnt chance the breakfast in the "basement." |

Very friendly, kind and helping personnel: receptionists, chef at cafeteria, cleaning ladies - everybody.Receptionists helped us out a lot. Cleaning of the room very efficient - did not bother us while we were in and room was cleaned everytime we were out (no matter how late).I would definetly recommend to my friends! Breakfast was not the best quality, though diverse and still acceptable. |

Nice clean and comfortable hotel, only 5 minutes to beach, shops and nightlife. Staff very helpful. Ejoyable stay. The beds were not the most comfortable, the mattresses need to be replaced or upgraded. |

Clean rooms. I had asked for a baby cot which I did not get. Further from the beach and old town than expected. Hotel does not have a parking, you need to park in the street. Buffet breakfast not very appetizing. |

the location of the hotel is rather comfortable. It's about 10-15 minutes from the old town and Mogren beach and only 5 minutes to Slavianskaya plazja. Most of rooms have seaview. Rooms are rather spacious, nice furnitured and air-conditioned, bathroom with shower. Cleaning everyday. Staff are very polite and hospitable. I enjoyed my staying there. some of furniture is a little old |
