Its a wonderful a million dollars view, profoundly romantic with a superb cuisine.

The hotell is not really a hotel - guests live at owner home. There's a couple of rooms for rent for visitors. The pictures gives you idea that you have cooking possibility at your room, but there's not: The kitchen is in the owners private kitchen (guests are free to use it...) and there's no bathroom in the room - it is in the hall opposite the room.

The room itself was very clean and all the bedsheeds were fresh and nice, but the room was a little worn out. There's an own entrance to upstairs were the rooms are, but the door handle was broken so we had to close the door outside and then use the owner family's provate door downstairs and it was not really nice.

Lovely sea/sunset view from the balcony. Good location in the Old Town. Friendly family-owned property. English spoken by the proprietor of the enterprise.

Some issues with water-supply (this can affect the whole Old Town area though). Not really an apartment as such, but rather a self-contained part of a local family's house comprising bathroom and living-room-with- bed (which was not a real problem I suppose). Family who owned the house didn't speak much English or German.

Nice views and the location is great, the manager is very friendly too.

Location

I booked a suite with air conditioning, a kitchenette, a bathroom and a balcony in February-6 months prior to arrival. When we showed up at the place we got a room with two beds, no air conditioning, bathroom (shared) and a kitchen. Answered our intervention, we can cancel the accommodation as booked our apartment was rented to other tourists. I travel a lot with your reservation using booking.com and the first time I met with the treatment of the client. Therefore, when we were returning from a vacation we had no choice but to spend the conditions which we made ​​available. In addition, although information on the booking confirmation about the possibility of paying by credit card there is no such possibility. We have not received an invoice for payment.

The location is wonderful ! The owner Drita was very helpful as I have asthma and problems with walking up and down steps. As the Old Town is only accessible by steps her son and daughter did my shopping for me, very kind !!

Everyone there was extremely friendly !!!

I did not get the room that I booked. Although, I understand the reasons why it was not available (I know only too well how the accommodation business works). However, it was not a major problem as I am a very tolerant person. I am going again on 6 August for a further nine days and the owner Drita who was very very helpful promised that I will have even better than I have paid for this time !!!

відпочивали в готелі антігона на початку травня. почнемо з того, що планували бути 2-3 дні, а залишилися на 10 днів. їхати додому аж ніяк не хотілося, бо тут було настільки чудово. наш номер був з прекрасним краєвидом на море і великою терасою, нам якій ми проводили незабутні вечори, споглядаючи захід сонця. готель відповідає описанню, всі фото достовірні. в готелі є кухня з усім необхідним для приготування їжі. ми майже кожен день готували собі рибу, яку купували на місцевому ринку (8 євро за кілограм дорадо та сібас), а також креветки (12 євро). готель знаходиться в старому місті. тишина, тільки шум моря. транспорт та гучні дискотеки відсутні. хазяйка дріта дуже привітна і старається всім допомагати. з мовою проблем не виникає. недалеко є супермаркет з усіма необхідними продуктами. поруч з готелем біля десятка маленьких ресторанчиків із смачною кухнею. під готелем є схід на майже приватний пляж. чоловік щодня ходив на рибалку, плавав з маскою та рушницею. є цілком пристойний інтернет. нам сподобалося і ми приїдемо ще раз. кого цікавить ще щось kostyukkk.ua.fm. за таку ціну знайти щось краще не можливо. тут супер.

To nie jest studio, tylko pokój na piętrze w domu właścicieli, pośród kilku innych pokoi. łAzienka jest wspólna dla nich wszystkich. Nie ma kuchni, czy aneksu, tylko lodówka I szafka w niewielkim, sypialnym pokoju, ewentualnie do dyspozycji jest kuchnia na poziomie mieszkania właścicieli wspólna z nimi. Słowem nie jest to osobne miejsce do mieszkania, tylko w miarę przyzwoity pokój przy rodzinie, z pięknym, naprawdę pięknym widokiem z tarasu. A że w miarę przyzwoite, to dlatego, że spełnia podstawowy standard, ale bardzo czyste czy funkcjonalne to ono nie jest..

Vista mozzafiato, pareti della stanza completamente finestrata e molto ventilata, cucina casalinga con terrazza vista mare e tramonto.

Avevamo prenotato un appartamento e ci siamo ritrovati in una stanza con bagno in comune con altra stanza e senza uso della cucina

Nous avons séjourné dans une chambre avec petite salle de bains. Cuisine commune à disposition. Propriétaire très sympathique et soucieuse du bien-être de ses clients. Vue superbe sur la mer de la terrasse commune. Très bon rapport qualité-prix.

Замечательное место - в старом городе, с видом на море. Как уже кто-то написал, никакого шума, кроме прибоя и птичьего щебета по утрам, поэтому впервые за год удалось отоспаться. Хозяева очень дружелюбные, чувствовали себя как будто приехали к добрым знакомым.

Я была одна с трехлетним внуком. Такому малышу пешком до рынка не дойти, приходилось брать такси за 3-4 евро или обходиться тем, что было в ближайшем универсаме, а там выбор небогатый. Кухня 1 на 5 номеров гостей +хозяева. Нам повезло, что др. гости питались в ресторанах. На кухне не достаточно кастрюль, пришлось взять пару кастрюль на время у подруги. Считаю, что хозяевам надо подкупить кастрюль для гостей, желающих готовить.

Huset ligger på en klippe øverst i gamlebyen med en fantastisk utsikt og en solnedgang fra eventyrboken. Værelsene har en stor fellesveranda, og restaurant Antigona, to etasjer lenger nede, serverer fisk i klasse med utsikten. Området er utrolig fredelig.

For å få eget bad og toalett måtte jeg velge et rom uten utsikt mot havet. Det fremgikk ikke av beskrivelsen på booking.com. Der fikk jeg også inntrykk av at alle "leilighetene" hadde minikjøkken, men kjøleskap og kokemuligheter var ikke annet enn adgang til familiens eget kjøkken i etasjen under. "Leiligheten" var ikke annet enn et værelse, i mitt tilfelle med bad og toalett, men det er i alle fall god valuta for prisen det er snakk om her.

Хороший отель семейного типа.Прекрасное отношение хозяев. Отличное место расположения в исторической части города.Полное отсутствие шума, только шум моря. Шикарный вид с террасы и из окна. Самые красивые закаты в Ульцине. Хочется поблагодарить хозяев, и порекомендавать всем путешественникам останавливаться в этом уютном месте.

Room was very small and you even can here what other people are talking and at night you can cleary here snoring wrom othe rooms. The batroom and refridge is common with other rooms.

Nous n'avons pas eu la chambre que nous avions réservée. Grosse difficulté à se faire comprendre de la logeuse qui ne parle pas du tout anglais. On ne nous a proposé en remplacement que des chambres "bas de gamme" (salon amenage, rez de chaussee Sans vue et arriere salle d'un restaurant....) Après qq explications nous avons été logés dans une pension de la famille voisine.... Confort sommaire mais prix revu à la baisse. Restaurant attenant moyen. Attention, pour accéder à la vieille ville, pas d'autre choix que gravir ( escaliers et chemin en pierre lisse mais adccidenté) le coteau à pieds avec les valises...

the hosts are so friendly and provided very detailed information

Extraordinary view! The Adriatic was literally our backyard. The owner was exceptionally friendly and helpful. Located right in the heart of the old town near restaurants and attractions, this hotel was ideally situated.

This hotel was excellent except for the bed's mattress which had a deep crevasse. Also, the old town/hotel is situated atop a hill, so be ready to hike a significant number of stairs to get there. But the view is worth it! :)
