Clean, good location, good value for money, to be recommended

They have the policy that guests must not take the keys outside the hotel. I didnt feel too comfortable having to "report" to the reception (or once even ring the owners door-bell) ever single time you leave or enter the place. Especially in a party-town like budva comming home late i dont really get the point of that policy. But its just a minor think really.

Great service, really helpful team. It's a family run Hotel, and people there do they best so you could feel comfortable. Location is within 10 minutes walk distance from the see. Also if with the car you have parking space. The place is a good location to travel all around Montenegro. People at the reception can advise with some local attractions as with whole Montenegro. Recomend it.

We liked the proximity to the Beach and the beachside restaurants. Also close to the old city. Appreciated the underground parking and the helpful staff.

This is a non-smoking and no-pet facility....Extremely clean and functional....For people with allergies, it's very suitable.....We checked in early in the morning and were treated to a brekafast...A nice touch!...The staff -- everyone from Marko to Zeljko, were very friendly and accommodating all our requests....

Well, I have some muscle problems and, while not far away from the Old Town, it is still a bit of a challenging walk for someone like me....If they had a golf-buggy to assist travellers, like myself, to get to the Old Town/beach, it would be the perfect location...Even so, I plan to go back to the same hotel....

The price for the night is cheap and the facilities are clean / El precio por noche es barato y las instalaciones son limpias

this is a hotel not an apartment excatly. the hotel is co close to the main walking street bars and clubs in budva. clean, has nice parking place, can be easily find.

breakfast is not very good, about 1,5 km to the mogren beach.

Neat new hotel near the old town and beach. Car parking under hotel and breakfast. Couldn't ask for more for modest rates. Would stay again.

WiFi signal didn't reach our room so had to sit in hallway to use booking.com for next leg. Passports kept behind front desk didn't seem too safe, but had no problems so maybe concern was unfounded. Could have been cleaner.

It was perfect for us. You can't define it as an apartment, it's almost a hotel. really clean, the staff was helpful,

they start to play music in the corridor starting from 8:30 am to wake the guests for breakfast.

A group of us checked in at the same time to find our rooms had dirty sheets and unemployed bins. The beds looked like they'd been made but the sheets were dirty. We complained to the front desk to have them changed. Staff were unfriendly and demanded the room keys back each time we left the hotel. To enter the hotel at night once it was locked up after midnight, we had to knock until a member who was sleepin on the couch woke up to let us in and then shut up the hotel again, odd. Hotel is not recommended

My A.C. Was not working. It broke 4 days before my arrival what the hotel.saod. They told the parts of the ac has been ordered from Italy and will be fixed.i days.n in

Basic, clean, comfortable (although the air-conditioning was under-powered). The breakfast was excellent.

Location to old and new town good - within walking distance. Enjoyed two days here and provided good breakfasts and very helpful on local knowledge. Provided on site easy access car parking.

On arrival to room is absolutely stunk of smoke, the bathroom especially.

Staff were extremely helpful and friendly, and upgraded us to a room on the top floor. Location was very central and close to the waterfront. Good parking and the breakfast was very good (except for the coffee). Room was a nice size with a little balcony.

Room was a bit dated and the bathroom smelled a bit.
