The hotel is not really a 3 stars, rather 2 small stars... Moreover it seems rather a big guesthouse than a real hotel. Breakfast is extremely poor and most products are not tasty. Because of that, we only took it twice in 5 days, we prefered to buy pastries and have breakfast on our balcony. Upon arrival our room was full of mosquitoes and the walls had blood stains. Fortunately the air conditionning works well and some windows have mosquito nets. But there are many insects in the evening so you cannot really enjoy your balcony for a long time.
The hotel is very isolated, you really need a car to move around. There are no restaurants nearby, only a small shop. You have to walk 30 min (do not expect it to be a nice walk) to reach Sutomore, a place which we did not appreciate (it has not much to offer, just crowded places and loud music, it is really cheap...).
Globally, I would not recommand this hotel for holidays, maybe for a night or two if you are just passing by.
The hotel is basic but rather clean. Rooms have balcony (but most of them are not private, ours was). The view to the sea is great (however there is a new bulding in construction just next which spoils it a bit). Our room was big enough for two, but other rooms are smaller. Beds are very comfortable. The hotel is quiet in the evening but it may be quite noisy in the morning. There is a nice wild beach down from the hotel but you have to walk 15 minutes on a narrow path through the woods (this beach is very small and rocky, only a few places to sit, the water is very nice and clear but the beach is unfortunately full of all kinds of trash -this is not the fault of the hotel, of course). Anyway, personnally I prefered this beach to the organized ones (generally they are very crowded and the water is not so clear). There are other beaches around the hotel but you need a car to go there.
