The friendly staff and it was a fairly short walk into the town centre. It was convenient to for getting a taxi to the nearby airport. The room was comfortable and quiet. It was an ideal location in relation to the bus station and the very regular and efficient bus system.
I felt that some of the breakfast food could have been topped up when one was later down to breakfast.
Great staff, friendly bar with decent food available all day, reliable internet. In summer I like the terrace with a view over the railway lines to the hills beyond. Maybe not everyone's cup of tea as views go, but kind of atmospheric. I always stay at Evropa when I'm in Podgorica for work.
Strong WiFi. Helpful staff, they had some umbrellas on loan and called the bus station to figure out the bus schedule. It is right next to the main bus and train station.
Quite far from the center. Only a very small window in the room. The airconditioner was leaking, so I had to get some towels since bag was right under it. Staff was very helpful when this happened.
100 metres from the main bus and rail termini in Podgorica, so perfect for an early morning getaway (to a nicer city!) Clean, quiet, comfortable rooms with good wifi, coffee making facilities and a nice fully tiled en-suite shower room. check in is on the on first floor, with a really helpful, English speaking receptionist who provided me with a free city map and recommended the 'popeci' (pork on skewers stuffed with cheese and ham) from the in house restaurant, which serves till 10.30 at night - good food and an excellent shopska salad. Prices very fair/good value. This was true throughout the city, which makes a great place to arrive / depart beautiful Montenegro - but not the sort of city you'd want to spend too much time.
Nothing that stood out as negative points, ideal for a one night stopover which was all I wanted.
Very convenient location next to the bus and train station. Very good breakfast
Smoke smell in the room
Small homely hotel. Good, helpful, staff with excellent English. Perfect Wi-Fi. Pleasant clean room/bathroom. Usual breakfast, extensive menu available all day.
Hotel is not situated in a very nice part of town & is about 20 mins. walk from the city centre.
Good location - next to the central bus station, friendly staff.
Rooms where a bit wafer-thin.
The location near the train and bus stations makes it practical.. It caters for solo travellers better than most hotels
The receptionist was a bit bossy, and persuaded me against my better judgement to take an expensive taxi to the airport by giving an excessively negative description of the location of the Airport railway station. Next time I shall take the train!
The staff is friendly and the conditions are nice. The location speaks for itself!
This is the third time I've stayed here en route between places. The location next to the bus station is perfect. Staff are really helpful and service is good.
Good, clean hotel
20 min walking distance from center and expensive
Great location, just next to the train/bus station. Staf very friendly and helpful. Helped with our bags and gave information about tours. 24hour desk. Quiet rooms. Nice food
I liked everything
Waiter was very efficient Staff helpful with giving local information and also about their country and other sites to see Good morning coffee and breakfast had French toast & chocolate spread, so I was happy
Hotel - no complaints or negative comment. Podgorica is a town which sustained a lot of bombing in the war, so majority of buildings are quick post war builds. Not much to do in the town other than markets, see the river and eat ice cream.
I got very good Service here from both reception and restaurant staff.
It's not the hotel it's the City a big disappointment
Right next to the train n bus stations making it easier to make arrangements for the next leg of my journey. City centre is a nice pleasant 15 minutes' walk down on streets lined with various kinds of shops. Both receptionists speak very good English. Very pleasant, efficient, and helpful. Dinner served till 11 pm. Helped to take my unfinished plate to the room as room service.
Wifi could not be connected in room 2xx. Instant n strong wifi signal after moving to room 118 on the ground floor the second day as the router is right across the room.
located close to bus and train station. 10 minutes from centre. half decent breakfast
Great location close directly across the road from the bus station. Staff were very friendly and helpful
There was an overpowering stench of cigarette smoke in the room despite having requested a non-smoking room. Although it was not unbearable it was quite unpleasant as the room itself was very small and the ventilation was not great.
Helpful staff. Near to the railway station and bus station.
Nice and clean hotel near the train station
Great location for train and bus stations and only a short walk into the city. Very friendly and helpful staff
Room a bit small but we were only there one night so was fine
No curtains so very light
helpfull friendly staff and great food
the location wasnt great right next to construction work and main railway line
Good wifi connexion VERY Close to the bus and train stations (a few meters)
The staff were very friendly and helpful, the room was very clean and had everything that was needed. Even though the area did not seem too nice, it was great value for money - the city centre can easily be reached by foot. Be not put off by its proximity to the train tracks, it was very quiet. Would definitely stay here again.
While I was not able to hear any noise from outside, I could indeed hear a lot of what was going on in the room next to mine. It was fine for this quiet time of the year, but it might get a bit noisy when the tourist season starts.
Handy for railway station
