Family Apartments  

Family Apartments is greatly located for those who have not got a car or do not want to drive: only 8 minutes walk from the town center of Zabljak, 5 minutes from the Bus Station and 2 minutes from a good restaurant. The owner is extremely welcoming, friendly and helpful. He provided us with useful information about which places to visit in the area and how to get the best of the surrounding area in a very short time. He would always invite us in and offer us delicious Turkish coffee and drinks. The owner is a great example of Montenegran warm hospitality. Quite difficult to beat! The flat we rented was beautifully kept and had a balcony with an amazing view on the Durmitor plains...We would wake up in the morning and have breakfast in the balcony contemplating the view... We really had a great time there and we would really recommend it to anybody who wants a relaxing time in this spectacular part of Montenegro.

The owner of this villa is a great person; he showed us the rooms and all available facilities (washing machines) and gave us tasty lemonade to have a break after long road. He told us about interesting places to visit and supermarkets nearby. The rooms has great wooden furniture, there are all necessary dishes available. There is a big private balcony there, so you can enjoy your meal on the fresh air. The bathroom is big enough. All rooms within apartment were really clean.

Everything was fine. It would be great if there was a sign on the road showing the direction to the villa, since the gps coordinates bring you to the place with lots of similar houses. We have to ask people in the restaurant nearby about the location of the villa.

The apartment was excellent. The owner was fantastically friendly and even took us to the hospital when our daughter hurt her arm. He was brilliant.

Description stated dishwasher but there was not one, but a minor point. Bedroom and cot up a very steep ladder with no safety rail which made visiting bathroom in the night hazardous. Also bedroom was very hot during our summer visit. Would not have liked to carry a baby up there. Wifi would have been useful.

The owner is very nice and eager to please. The apartments are clean and cosy and the terrace gives a great view on the mountain pastures.

Rooms are a bit noisy.

We really loved our apartment. It was nice and clean, we enjoyed the terrace a lot. The bedroom upstairs feels like a real alpine cabin. The staff was VERY nice.

extremely friendly and welcoming hosts and great location, quiet and just a few minutes walk from town - easily doable in the evening. (although very family friendly i.e. lots of kids running/cycling around)

It was a bit expensive compared to some of the other apartments in town - but there are not many places on teh Internet - if you are interested in staying in Zabljak it is probably best to turn up and find accommodation when you get there. The room was in the basement without a view of the stunning countryside

Family very welcoming. Good location, especially for families as lots of open space and near nursery slopes and playgoumd. Looks over open ground. Well equipped.

Sheets on double bed too small. Tv has lots of channels but very little in English.

L'appartamento era ben attrezzato e molto comodo.

The owner of the apartment was a really lovely guy! He was so friendly to my whole family and spent hours chatting to my Dad all about Montenegro (which he loved) The staff at Family Apartments even took our laundry and washed it for us in their private washing machine. The cherry on top of the cake was that the girl even hung them up on the line for us to dry. Such a nice touch! The beds (4) were pretty tightly packed together but were incredibly comfortable and we all slept really well. All in all, great value for money!

There is no ac in the apartment (that I could see) but you won't need it as the apartment was already really cool inside There may be an internal ac system in the building, I am not sure. It would have been nice to be able to control it though as I was a little chilly at times. Most people would love it though. I am always cold!

We had an upper apartment, number 7. On the 2nd floor (you have to be in a good form to bring your luggage upstairs). The flat is quite small, but is very comfortable. It has a little balcony, but it's enough to have a breakfast there having wonderful quiet country view. The kitchen is pretty and well equipped. 10-minutes walk from the center (supermarket, cafes). There are many places you can visit with a car - Savin Kuk funiculair (5 km), river Tara canyon (20 km), restaurant Momchilov Grad (6 km - with bad food, but breathtaking views), wonderful Black Lake (3 km - don't rent a 3-5 places bike - there is no place to go with it), but you can take a boat there - 9 Euro per hour. It is good to have coats - it is sometimes quite windy, and at night it was 14 degrees in July.

Everything was nice for 5 nights staying. Tourist agency told - some bigger apartments can be found less expensive in Zabljak, but we were satisfied with everything even for this price.

Vrlo ukusno dizajniran apartman i čitav objekt, tih i čist, a vlasnik izuzetno ljubazan i susretljiv.

Appart comme neuf, sans vis-à-vis, plein est. Calme, relative proximité avec les commerces. Hôte accueillant, et parlant anglais et un peu français

Accueil et disponibilité du propriétaire. Cadre et environnement très agréable. Appartement situé dans un collectif mais très calme. Appartement très douillet, décoré avec goût. Grande confiance du propriétaire envers les locataires.

Il proprietario è molto ospitale, gentile con i bambini e disponibile con gli adulti. Parla un buon inglese ed è sempre presente perché abita nella stessa struttura. L'appartamento è un monolocale ben tenuto e pulito. La cucina è attrezzata con tutto quello che serve. Si trova a dieci minuti a piedi dal centro di Zabljak, a cinquanta metri da un buon ristorante, in un contesto di prati, case di vacanza e fattorie.

L'appartamento è in un semi-interrato e l'unica finestra affaccia su una casa in costruzione. Manca una connessione wi-fi.

Fajny właściciel serwujący rakiję od samego rana, wyposażenie pokoi I ich standard bez zastrzeżeń wszystko ok. Nawet jest polska telewizja.

I gestori sono gentilissimi, la posizione è ottima, l'appartamento è accogliente, pulito e spazioso

Отличные апартаменты с видом на горы, у нас был 2х этажной номер, все было оформлено со вкусом. Имелась небольшая кухня. Дом находится в стороне от тусовочного центра, поэтому там тихо. Очень доброжелательные хозяева. В ближайшем ресторане скудный выбор еды, но это не относится к самим апартаментам.

goed gelegen, dicht bij centrum van zabljac. mooi uitzicht. verzorgde ontvangst en service.

Liniste,aproape de centrul asezarii.Posibilitati de cazare pentru 4 persoane si spatiul necesar pentru o buna odihna,Parcare in conditii de siguranta.Un loc in care daca voi revenii in zona de munte a acestei tari il voi vizita; in zona sunt posibilitati de cazare mai ieftine si la fel de bine cotate - pe timp de vara, nu pot spune cum stau lucrurile iarna. Din punctul de vedere al familiei noastre ne-am simtit bine. Am apelat gazda la ora 22 cand am ajuns si a trimis o menajera care ne-a permis accesul in camera - consider un plus pentru acest deranj cauzat de ora la care am ajuns.

Accesul catre vila nu este greoi dar nu este semnalizat, odata ajunsi in localitate este greu de identificat locatia/nu exisata indicatoare cu numele strazii, greu mai ales daca ajungi noaptea, asa cum am ajuns noi la ora 22. Cei pe care ii incerci sa ii consulti, despre locatie, in oras fiind, nu po/doresct da relatii (inclusiv non vorbitori de engleza);Menajera ne-a primit bine si nu a fost deranjata de ora tarzie. Odatà ajunsi trebuie atentie la indicatoare in identificarea traseelor (in special canionul) pe GPS nu sunt la zi si sunt si putine indicatoare. Am stat 2 zile din 4 fara apa calda, preparata cu boiler care avea unele probleme.

прекрасные, очень дружелюбные хозяева. спасибо им огромное за прекрасно проведённый отпуск! замечательные апартаменты на самой окраине жабляка - за окнами живописный холм с цветами и простором. тишина и покой гарантированы. до центра 10 минут неспешным шагом. в самое жаркое время (неделю температура была около +30с) в доме сохранялась прохлада. апартаменты обустроены с излишествами - lcd-телевизор, спутниковое tb, даже посудомоечная машина. можно воспользоваться стиральной машиной в подсобке. вся мебель, интерьер и оборудование в прекрасном состоянии и отличного качества, ощущение, что люди делали всё для себя, а не для сдачи в аренду. отсутствие интернет полностью окупается несколькими бесплатными муниципальными сетями в центре жабляка.

Great location and appartment with dishwasher, access to washing machine, full oven and log burning fire. Great host who made us very welcome as if a guest in his own house. Brilliant stay. Free internet access was available 50 m away at the local bar/cafe.We loved this place and found it central for hiking the Dormitor National park.

Accueil chaleureux du propriétaire, parlant un peu français. Appartement très propre dans un grand chalet neuf, ce qui n'est pas le cas de la majorité de l'hébergement à Zabljak. Vue sur la montagne. Voisinage calme.
