Det var et koselig familiehotell med hyggelig vertskap som gjorde det de kunne for at gjestene skulle trives. Rommene var koselige med gode senger og fin utsikt. Frokosten gav oss en god start på dagen. Det var på alle måter et hyggelig opphold.

Everything was better than I expected. The location and natural enviroment were excellent. The owner and personel of the hotel have gotten the mark "10" over 10. Waking up toward to beauty of the nature was one of most attractive event before you begin your day if you did not count the late evening shadow playings on the see. Water of the sea was very clear. All rooms were looking at site of the sea. Room and bed clothes were ultimately clean. After breakfast, I did not feel any necessity to eat till dinner. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone who thinks to travel this region, taking as a center this place with a 50-100 km diameter. Dont spend more money at big centers as we did (We traveled from Kotor to Dubrovnik staying at this hotel)

About a mile from the centre of town but well-located on cliff-top road with panoramic views of the bay. A small, family-run hotel with extremely friendly and helpful owner. Room rate includes cooked English breakfast and free coffee is available at all times. Room had large balcony, with table and chairs, overlooking bay which must be a great bonus in the summer. Free laundry facilities also available.

Room and bathroom adequate for one but for two people it might be a bit cramped. Somewhat outdated decor and furnishings.

An excellent, clean, comfortable hotel with exemplary customer service.

The hotel staff were excellant. We slept in on the first morning as we had been travelling the day before but the owner's son had our breakfast laid out in the lovely garden. They could not have been more helpful. The view from the rooms is fantastic and the beach is 100 steps downhill from the hotel. We were going to the bus station on the day we left and the hotel very kindly insisted on taking us there (So excellent!) Would highly recommend this hotel.

From the time we arrived hot and bothered to an offer of cold drinks we could not have been looked after better.. Our laundry was done and the cooked breakfasts served in a lovely garden were delicious. Whilst there are some steps, access to the beach and restaurants is not hard. Great town and hotel - well worth a visit - our stay was too short.

A suggestion - not a complaint, if you are travelling by car don't rely on G.P.S. for detailed directions in these areas.

Very warm welcoming and great breakfast in a very nice place (view on the sea). To be recommended.

Bathroom was a bit cramped and needs updating.

First of all a huge plus of this hotel is the host Bozo. From the minute we arrived he made us feel like part of the family. He was always available to field any questions or to buy us a beer at his bar! The rooms had great views and were very comfortable. The hotel is minutes from the beach and the main promenade where you can find many restaurants, bars, beaches and watersports. We loved it and would def return and recommend to all our friends. Oh, and the bfast was plentiful and cooked by his lovely wife.

Hotel owner was very welcoming and nice, helped us out offering his office computer and printer, gave us some good advice.

Pool could have been open all night round.

It is a family-run establishment a walkable distance from the town center in Herceg Novi. The family is very nice and takes very good care of you while you are their guests. So, it is a budget-oriented, friendly, welcoming environment that I highly recommend. It is a short walk from the shores of the Gulf of Kotor and one can use the hotel as a base for exploring the spectacularly beautiful Gulf region, hiking in the Uljen Massif nearby, and other activities.

Herceg Novi is a bit difficult to navigate with a car so things are difficult to locate there at first. But once we found the hotel, we realized that it is actually quite conveniently located for car trips out of town so long as one enters from the direction of Kotor on the main road along the Gulf.
