About a mile from the centre of town but well-located on cliff-top road with panoramic views of the bay. A small, family-run hotel with extremely friendly and helpful owner. Room rate includes cooked English breakfast and free coffee is available at all times. Room had large balcony, with table and chairs, overlooking bay which must be a great bonus in the summer. Free laundry facilities also available.

Room and bathroom adequate for one but for two people it might be a bit cramped. Somewhat outdated decor and furnishings.

The owner was really very helpful and nice .The hotel is right above the small beach,15 minutes from the old town .

Great location! Staff was very friendly and sugested some lovely day trips in Montenegro. Will definately be going back.. Breakfast was amazing. All the rooms are very clean and modern. The view over the bay is breathtaking!

Small rooms but a good size by local standards.

Being a busines man it is good to stay in a 10 room hotel whilst on vacation. A perfect location, all details taken care of and the charm and hospitality of the family management will be remembered. THANK YOU

A very friendly, family run hotel. Owner is very attentive to detail and our comfort. If you have any problems he is only too happy to help out. Nothing too much trouble. The breakfasts are something to behold - the best we have ever experienced in this type of accommodation in Europe. He is very proud about the local products he uses and anxious to explain all about them. You would need a very big appetite to be able to complete all food presented! Hotel is in a quiet area of the resort. Beaches ideal for families although extremely crowded in July/August. Mountains close by for walking when weather cooler - we saw our first wild tortoise while walking their! Would highly recommend this hotel and a huge thank you to the owner for making our stay memorable.

Very welcoming hotel, where nothing was too much trouble. Coffee and/or beer on arrival, good room, with sea view balcony and an excellent breakfast, though we could not eat it all! We wish we'd booked a longer stay here and would recommend it without hesitation.

Nice & friendly atmosphere, very helpful hosts, nice views and accommodation

Everything was better than I expected. The location and natural enviroment were excellent. The owner and personel of the hotel have gotten the mark "10" over 10. Waking up toward to beauty of the nature was one of most attractive event before you begin your day if you did not count the late evening shadow playings on the see. Water of the sea was very clear. All rooms were looking at site of the sea. Room and bed clothes were ultimately clean. After breakfast, I did not feel any necessity to eat till dinner. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone who thinks to travel this region, taking as a center this place with a 50-100 km diameter. Dont spend more money at big centers as we did (We traveled from Kotor to Dubrovnik staying at this hotel)

Tout. L'accueil a été excellent et chaleureux. Nous avons pu nous détendre et nous reposer toute la semaine. L'emplacement de l'hôtel est bon car il est à proximité de tout et pourtant c'est très calme. Nous recommandons vivement ce petit hôtel, convivial, simple et élégant. Les plus: les propriétaires, Bozidar et son épouse qui sont adorables, ainsi que les excellents petits déjeuners qui n'ont vraiment rien de petits ... Une adresse à retenir à Herceg Novi. Merci!

Прекрасный отель! Отдыхали там во вторую половину нашего отпуска в Черногории. Ощущения скорее посещения друзей, нежели прибывания в отеле. Вкусно, комфортно и очень доброжелательно! Если вновь окажусь в Черногории в районе Бока-Которской бухты - только в этом отеле!!!

Слабый и глючный wi-fi, до моря 102 степеньки вниз, а потом столько же в отель вверх, м-да
