Hotel Kula Damjanova  

In general, I would say that the hotel is quite overpriced. We were given other room as booked, although the receptionist was very confident about saying that it is better room because is more expensive and she will give us this room for the same price. However, the only differenece was the size and for two of us, there was no need for a room for 4 people. By the way instead of jacuzzi there was a broken massage shower and electricity was not working properly. No aircondinioning is not a big deal as during nights the air get fresh. If you come at the evening be carefull not to missthe hotel as the hotel is not marked with any visible sign. the city of Plav is a disaster, Gosinje is much better, try to find a place to stay there. By the way the hotel did not accepted payment by credit card as presented.

bathroom smelled like a sewer and showering was impossible. Very noisy rooms, could hear every word of our neighboors. Overall poor facilities

The location for the activity we wanted to do. The view out over the lake was stunning.

It looked like it was a superb hotel a couple of years before and nothing really done to maintain this - shower looked fab yet did not work too well (held together with tape) - lights not all working in the room - curtains not long enough for the windows to bloke out the light.

Very kind and helpful staff, good atmosphere, great view on the lake and mountains. The best hotel in the area of Plav and Gusinje.

Mostly 3 star hotel than 4. Lack of hot water in the evening, very thin walls, you can hear your neighbor snoring, facilities out of date.

The first impression was amasing, and it still remined all the time. Good ratio price/performance. Excelent relation of the staff to the guests, including the hotel owner. Good food, especially "ispot saća". Very nice wooden equipment and gereral design approach.

The shield at the main treet should be better and ncier - we missed twice the way to the hotel. Alerady in Plav the way should be better marked. The details in the execution of the woooden parts of the walls, dooors etc. could be better. Design of the opening and closing the doors in one room (main and bathroom) could be better. There were no electrictiy in some connections in one room. We missed the map with paths of Prokletije. We din't like the "cleaning" of the water flowers left and right of the woodent path into the lake. More hangers in the rooms in order to dry the wet clothes woud be usefull.

The staff were super friendly and very helpful. We had a great room with a balcony and two spacious beds. The decor of the place is great, it has a true rustic feel. There is satellite tv with English channels. The restaurant and bar had a great selection of food and drinks. The hotel is close to Plav but far enough that nights are blissfully quiet. It also has great access to the lake for swimming or fishing.

The WiFi didn't work at all while we were there and the pillows and mattress had a bit of a musty smell. These are all small complaints for an otherwise great property. I would highly recommend it for the area!

Please stop the music outdoor ! Un seul reproche : la musique diffusée en non stop sur la terrasse.. Cela finit par gacher la vue splendide sur le lac sublime, et surtout par couvrir le chant des multiples espèces d'oiseaux, autrement intéressant que les tubes éventés qui sont serinés. The hotel is a new building with nice scenery at the lake surrounded by mountains. Nice and qiute big restaurant. The hotel is in typical montenegrian design - etno.

In the bathroom is some broken things like holder for the towel, no hairdryer and massage shower does not work - massaging. They don´t accept cards.The hotel is not 4 stars standart, I think one star less.

Son emplacement au bord du lac. Un car de jeunes à débarqué et on nous a changé de chambre sur simple demande.

1. течет или не работает вся сантехника, проблемы с розетками и светильниками в номере - они тоже сломаны и заклеены. 2. Номере очень холодно изо всех окон дует, пожаловались - выдали обогреватель, тоже весь разломанный, но хоть работающий. 3. Завтрак - холодный кофе, пару кусков пршута, сыр и хлеб. еще помидоры забыла перечислить - это все. 4. еще к счету добавят налог, но там немного. и ... они НЕ ПРИНИМАЮТ карты к оплате!

Krásne prostredie na okraji jazera, relatívna samota mimo centra, upravené prostredie, štýlové zariadenie.

Odmeraný personál kazí dobrý dojem z celého prostredia. Návštevník má pocit, že ich obťažuje, v hotelovej reštaurácii nemali kávu, čo je v danej lokalite nepredstaviteľné. Platba kartou nebola možná. Vedenie hotela ťaží asi z toho, že je to v širokom okolí jediný hotel a keď sa chce človek ubytovať priamo v tejto lokalite, nemá na výber. Hotel proste nemá dobrú atmosféru, navyše osvetlenie izieb je aj vďaka kolísavému napätiu také zlé, že sa nedá pri ňom ani čítať.

Отель находится в красивом месте, красивое озеро, тишина. Дружелюбный персонал. Очень интересный интерьер, все очень стилизовано и продуманно.

Персонал отеля практически не говорит по-английски. Поэтому присутствует языковой барьер в общении. Несмотря на великолепный дизайн и интерьер отеля в номере присутствует масса мелких недостатков (где-то не горит свет, в ванной присутствуют мелкие поломки, которые никто не спешит устранять). Также отель больше подходит для уединенного отдыха и самостоятельных туристов, которые умеют сами себя развлекать, либо хотят уединения и покоя.

Magnifique hôtel au bord du lac Plav, tout en pierres et en bois, le dépaysement est garanti et l'ambiance inoubliable. Cerise sur le gâteau, le tour du lac en bateau nous a été offert.

Fantastična lokacija uz obalu Plavskog jezera. Idealno mjesto za opuštanje nakon stresne radne godine. Prostrane i originalno uređene sobe koje odskaču od standardnog izgleda hotelske sobe. Osoblje ljubazno, diskretno i djelotvorno. Domaći kruh jednostavno je fantastičan.

Madrac na krevetu je premekan, bilo da je umoran od dobi, bilo da je takav otpočetka. U svakom slučaju tvrđi madrac bio bi veliki plus! Smještaj frižidera (barem kada je riječ o sobi 20) je neprikladan. U inače prostranoj sobi čovjek mora biti prilično elastičan da bi se provukao do kreveta. U kupaonici nije radilo svjetlo kod ogledala, tako da je bilo prilično mračno.

Not easy to find. Rooms are really dark Never seen such uncomfortable couch poorly soundproofed : you can ear every movements of your neighbors TV reception is not good (like everywhere in balkan...) a lot of stairs to get in bedrooms

Situé au bord du lac cela procure un calme indéniable. chambre assez grande. personnels sympathiques

mauvaise isolation phonique, la douche à jets (hyper moderne) ne fonctionnait pas, la tv ne fonctionnait pas.

Красивый дизайн отеля и номеров, расположение в живописном месте среди гор на берегу озера, можно договориться с персоналом, чтобы бесплатно покатали на моторке по озеру.

Дорогой ресторан в отеле, отсутствие каких-либо развлечений/средств досуга для взрослых.

Divna priroda, pogled na Plavsko jezero, velike sobe sa velikom terasom. Hrana prava domaća, ceo ambijent je uredjen u etno stilu, mesto koje bih svima preporučila, i u koje ću sigurno opet posetiti.

Jedina zamerka je što wi-fi toga dana nije bio u funkciji..

Das Hotel liegt wunderschön direkt am See. Super schönes Haus, da hat sich jemand richtig Mühe gegeben. Frühstück individuell, da wir an dem Tag die einzigen Gäste waren. Wirklich sehr lecker! Abendessen war ebenfalls super!

Lediglich die Warmwasserversorgung war langwierig.

The position of the hotel is one of the best places I have ever seen (in front of the lake in all silence).

The hotel is a bit overpriced, given average room rates in Montenegro and that region. The reception is very friendly, however, their knowledge of any foreign language would be much appreciated.
