L'Hotel Lipka està situat a poca distància de l'esplèndid parc nacional de Biogradska Gora. Disposa de nombroses instal·lacions de benestar i combina l'estil modern amb el confort tradicional. Aquest allotjament harmonitza tradició i modernitat. El disseny contemporani es fon amb les parets de fusta originals i crea un ambient únic. A l'establiment hi ha una sauna, una banyera d'hidromassatge i un saló de massatges. La sala de jocs disposa de personal ben qualificat per tenir cura dels nens. Rustic decor is excellent, in keeping with the environment. Good tv. Nice furnishings. Reasonable price. The hotel demanded to retain our passports, even though they had a credit card imprint and after we suggested they copy and return. Desk said it was a company policy and they would be returned only if we paid in advance. This would have required two credit card transactions if we bought anything at the hotel. This is the only hotel that has ever required this and I will never stay here again. Also, the wi-fi system is cumbersome in that you have to renew it every five hours. And the signal strength is minimal.

Clean & Tidy You could not pay by card, was informed when we got the bill. Cash only, with directions to the nearest atm. The Jacuzzi was cold, and the massage services were not available. No resturaunt or bar open in the hotel, break was the same cheese and salami put out twice. All in all a nice building, and clean. But Kolasin is a ski resort with no snow, I think we were the only people in the hotel.

It is well located, reception staff is friendly and the rooms are modern and well presented. Breakfast is sufficient (tea, coffee, eggs, cold meats etc). We had to move our reservation for a day and they were very quick to answer and confirm the new booking with out any problems. Everything was fine.

It looks nice The service is poor. The manager (restaurant) was rude with my group (13 people). We could not even put 2 tables together. Security guard gravitates around the lounges like trouble will happn???

Unique location,fantastic service and friendly staff,non intrusive,quiet atmosphere. Food was excellent,lots of traditional cousine specialties,good choice of drinks. Large and comfy and warm well equipped rooms,good WIFI,good security. Price is very reasonable for what it offers,and there was no hidden fees,we even got extra discount for the kids that wasn't listed in this special offer on booking.com. We will be back again,this place is really charming and unique.

The great big comfy bed and amazing shower head, one of those rainfall types? . However, the drain did not work well and the water would overflow into the bathroom. Very overpriced, 4 euro for a liter of water? Staff weren't very knowledgeable about the area

Rooms look like a wood chalet. Nice sauna and spa and massage. Overpriced for the size of the room. The room was quite narrow and only one small window.

The spa is nice, wooden decoration of rooms and hallways is quite pleasing. WiFi access is provided by a company in Beograd, hundreds of miles away. So whenever the routers fail (approximately 5 times a day), there's no one to fix them. Any rates you receive from Booking.com may prove not final. I booked for 86 euro, but the hotel charged 110 euro, citing our 3-year old kid as an "extra", although the kid was initially listed in the booking.

Nice location, nice spa and relax package Small rooms. Rubbish in the bathroom when we came. The safe didn't work at all. When I call the lady from the reception she told me to find the other solution ans she can't help. The internet didn't work properly. The people in the hotel not really nice, speak hardly English and only say what is not allowed.

The facility was beautiful, bed was very comfortable, room decor was unique and pleasant. Had an excellent massage in the spa. This is probably a terrific ski hotel. Maybe summer isn't the right time to visit, but food offerings were low quality. Except for salads, we were pretty sure everything in the buffet came out of a freezer package from the grocery store. Staff were polite, but we had the general feeling that no one could figure out why we were there when there was no skiing.

This is a very modern hotel and it is easy to find.Also there is free parking right across the street. It was a little expensive.

nice and clean alpine hotel. a good base for a short skiing break. it was a busy weekend with noisy school kids around. couldn't make use of spa and massage as everything was fully booked for days. can't blame the hotel though

Spa was superb although jacuzzi could have been hotter. Restaurant staff was excellent, friendly and attentive. The ski shuttle service (timing) is bad for half day skiers. The end of day shuttle was very overcrowded.

I liked the design and clean rooms I booked for 5 rooms me and my friends for two days, once we arrived in the hotel ,first of all they maked us by force to pay everything in advance , than they keed our passports even we paid in advance for everything ,this is not fair, the rooms were cold and when we try to talk to the staff to help us they said:' sorry could'nt help you, you have to wait till morning when the manager comes", so we frized till the morning.Than the breakfast they served poor ,butter milk and jam ,and you had to wait for minutes that the service to come, terrible service , everything cold and lazzy staff and not polite at all. And I have been other 3 times in this hotel and the things were going for worse , They had problem in managment .
