Hotel Lipka  

Schönes Design.

Das Hotel lebt offensichtlich von Bus Touristen bzw. größeren Gruppen. Individualreisende scheinen weniger willkommen zu sein. Das Frühstücks Büfett war ab 8 Uhr leergeräumt, es wurde nicht mehr nachgelegt, Schmutz nicht beseitigt. Die Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption waren nicht fähig, irgendwelche Aktivitäten in der Region zu empfehlen. Wir bekamen ein sehr kleines Zimmer mit 2 gegenüber stehenden Betten und einem Mini Gang, durch den gerade eine Person gehen konnte. Es handelte sich dabei offensichtlich um ein Kinderzimmer, da zu dem Nachbarzimmer eine Verbindungstür bestand. Auf Nachfrage wurde uns gesagt, dass alle anderen Zimmer ausgebucht sind, Fakt ist, die meisten Gäste (in Gruppen) reisten erst nach uns an.

Die gute Lage zum Naturpark Bjelasica ist hervorzuheben.

Leider wurde seitens des Hotels der mit Booking.com vereinbarte Preis bei der Abreise nicht akzeptiert. Der Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption erklärte uns, dass Ihn Vereinbarungen unsererseits mit Booking.com nicht interessieren. Insbesondere die Arroganz hat uns sehr enttäuscht. Anzumerken ist aber, dass durch die rasche und professionelle Klärung durch Booking.com jetzt der zuviel gezahlte Betrag seitens des Hotels rückerstattet werden soll. Nachteilig empfanden wir auch, dass zum Abend nur ein Buffett angeboten wurde, eine Bestellung a la carte war nicht möglich. Von einem 4 Sterne Hotel würden wir auch erwarten, dass nach einer Mahlzeit die Tischdecken gewechselt werden, die Sauberkeit in diesem Bereich war mangelhaft.

Clean & Tidy

You could not pay by card, was informed when we got the bill. Cash only, with directions to the nearest atm. The Jacuzzi was cold, and the massage services were not available. No resturaunt or bar open in the hotel, break was the same cheese and salami put out twice. All in all a nice building, and clean. But Kolasin is a ski resort with no snow, I think we were the only people in the hotel.

It looks nice

The service is poor. The manager (restaurant) was rude with my group (13 people). We could not even put 2 tables together. Security guard gravitates around the lounges like trouble will happn???

It was big pleasure to stay in this hotel. Clean and fantastic room with toailet. Very pleasant personel.

Spacious and comfortable room, great buffet dinner

Rooms look like a wood chalet. Nice sauna and spa and massage.

Overpriced for the size of the room. The room was quite narrow and only one small window.

The spa is nice, wooden decoration of rooms and hallways is quite pleasing.

WiFi access is provided by a company in Beograd, hundreds of miles away. So whenever the routers fail (approximately 5 times a day), there's no one to fix them. Any rates you receive from Booking.com may prove not final. I booked for 86 euro, but the hotel charged 110 euro, citing our 3-year old kid as an "extra", although the kid was initially listed in the booking.

The facility was beautiful, bed was very comfortable, room decor was unique and pleasant. Had an excellent massage in the spa. This is probably a terrific ski hotel.

Maybe summer isn't the right time to visit, but food offerings were low quality. Except for salads, we were pretty sure everything in the buffet came out of a freezer package from the grocery store. Staff were polite, but we had the general feeling that no one could figure out why we were there when there was no skiing.

This is a very modern hotel and it is easy to find.Also there is free parking right across the street.

It was a little expensive.

Quite nice rustic design and furnishing. Good wi-fi. God location. Staff helpful. Enough English to be able to assist us.

I could nit-pick a few things but nothing substantial. Room a bit small but big enough for us.

nice and clean alpine hotel. a good base for a short skiing break.

it was a busy weekend with noisy school kids around. couldn't make use of spa and massage as everything was fully booked for days. can't blame the hotel though
