уютная атмосфера, интересный дизайн, удобное расположение,услуги для тех,кто приехал кататься на лыжах( бесплатный автобус, сауна,массаж). хорошее обслуживание, вежливый персонал. мягкая постель с хорошим бельем. отдельное спасибо от женской половины за напольные весы и отличный фен.

очень скромный завтрак,отсутствие овощей, часто не было выпечки. на неделе не работала батарея в большой комнате и полотенцесушитель в ванной,что причиняло неудобства. в выходные включили, но после выключили опять. плохая звукоизоляция. номер находился рядом с лифтом,очень шумно. можно разместить какой-нибудь маленький магазинчик с нужными мелочами. про сауну не знали, не было купальников,купили в другом отеле. в номере не было обычных крючков для верхней одежды, в шкаф вешать неудобно. и почему кроме шампуня нет никаких одноразовых принадлежностей для лица и тела?

Rustic decor is excellent, in keeping with the environment. Good tv. Nice furnishings. Reasonable price.

The hotel demanded to retain our passports, even though they had a credit card imprint and after we suggested they copy and return. Desk said it was a company policy and they would be returned only if we paid in advance. This would have required two credit card transactions if we bought anything at the hotel. This is the only hotel that has ever required this and I will never stay here again. Also, the wi-fi system is cumbersome in that you have to renew it every five hours. And the signal strength is minimal.

It is well located, reception staff is friendly and the rooms are modern and well presented. Breakfast is sufficient (tea, coffee, eggs, cold meats etc). We had to move our reservation for a day and they were very quick to answer and confirm the new booking with out any problems.

Unique location,fantastic service and friendly staff,non intrusive,quiet atmosphere. Food was excellent,lots of traditional cousine specialties,good choice of drinks. Large and comfy and warm well equipped rooms,good WIFI,good security. Price is very reasonable for what it offers,and there was no hidden fees,we even got extra discount for the kids that wasn't listed in this special offer on booking.com. We will be back again,this place is really charming and unique.

The great big comfy bed and amazing shower head, one of those rainfall types? .

However, the drain did not work well and the water would overflow into the bathroom. Very overpriced, 4 euro for a liter of water? Staff weren't very knowledgeable about the area

Clean, comfortable,spacious. Lovely shower! Good breakfast.

Nice location, nice spa and relax package

Small rooms. Rubbish in the bathroom when we came. The safe didn't work at all. When I call the lady from the reception she told me to find the other solution ans she can't help. The internet didn't work properly. The people in the hotel not really nice, speak hardly English and only say what is not allowed.

The room was absolutely wonderful - everything you would want.

Dining options were not the best.

Nice cozy rooms, very comfy bed, peaceful atmosphere. Great location for exploring the surrounding mountains. Restaurant staff nice and friendly.

I liked the design and clean rooms

I booked for 5 rooms me and my friends for two days, once we arrived in the hotel ,first of all they maked us by force to pay everything in advance , than they keed our passports even we paid in advance for everything ,this is not fair, the rooms were cold and when we try to talk to the staff to help us they said:' sorry could'nt help you, you have to wait till morning when the manager comes", so we frized till the morning.Than the breakfast they served poor ,butter milk and jam ,and you had to wait for minutes that the service to come, terrible service , everything cold and lazzy staff and not polite at all. And I have been other 3 times in this hotel and the things were going for worse , They had problem in managment .
