We were the only guests at the hotel for the one night. A few more guests were added during the second day. Due to this most of the hotel facilities were not operational (ie restaurant) and the spa facilities were only available on demand. Moreover, although we were the only guests in the hotel no room upgrade was offered to us. |

Room clean and very comfortable. 1.-The receptionist tried to make me pay for something they supposed was missing in the room, than they found it but did not apologize at all. This was very embarrassing and happened in public. |

Sehr freundliches hilfsbereites Personal, sehr ruhiges gepflegtes und dank seiner Holzarchitektur innovatives und gemütliches Hotel, zentral im Ort gelegen, sehr professionelles Management, reichliches Frühstücksbufett, insgesamt ein klasse Hotel ! Trotz winterlicher Temperaturen ( - 1Grad Celsius ) wurde nicht geheizt ! Das Restaurant mit ebenfalls sehr freundlichem und professionellen Personal könnte etwas mehr Gemütlichkeit, z. B. durch Kerzen oder andere Tischbeleuchtung vertragen. |

Het mooie interieur en een uitgebreid ontbijt vallen op in een prachtige omgeving. Een aanrader qua prijs kwaliteit. De ontvangst aan de balie was eerder kort en koel. Het restaurant personeel daarintegen was wel heel behulpzaam en vriendelijk. |

La ubicacion, la atencion del personal. El desayuno esta bien asi como el bufet de la cena La iluminacion para leer por la noche. No son independientes las de las dos personas , esta encima de la cabeza, es muy potente y acabas con la cabeza ardiendo. |

El buffet de desayuno es más que aceptable, al igual que el diseño de la habitación. Mención especial para el tamaño XXL de la cama de matrimonio... Aunque en sí es un buen hotel, el precio (y más teniendo en cuenta el país en el que se encuentra) es a todas luces abusivo... además, tuve que pagar al contado al no funcionarles el aparato de las tarjetas de crédito. |

Schönes Ambiente und guter Service Da unser Zimmer eine Verbindungstür zu einem anderem Zimmer hatte und die Teilungswand aus Holz war, war unser Zimmer sehr hellhörig. Wir konnten wegen ein paar Jugendichen die Nacht nicht durchschlafen. |
