Hotel Lipka  

The use of wood everywhere, partcularly in the rooms - it gives a very warm, alpine chalet feel. The beds/bed linen were very comfortable and we liked the fact that there was a separate sitting room from the bedroom.

The incredible noise that comes from the restaurant on the top (4th) floor - we stayed on the 2nd floor and could hear chairs being moved on the tiled flooring and people walking about - it felt as though they were right over our heads. I cannot imagine what the noise would sound like if one was staying on the 3rd floor. We found the noise incredibly disturbing and were amazed at such a design fault. We could see when looking up to the ceiling in the bathroom, through a few gaps in the wood joins, that there was absolutely no sound insultation, or any insulation, at all. The restaurant goes out from the centre stairwell of the hotel to the left as you look at the hotel. Perhaps if one was in a room to the right side, one wouldn't hear the noise.

It was big pleasure to stay in this hotel. Clean and fantastic room with toailet. Very pleasant personel.

Clean, comfortable,spacious. Lovely shower! Good breakfast.

Nice location, nice spa and relax package

Small rooms. Rubbish in the bathroom when we came. The safe didn't work at all. When I call the lady from the reception she told me to find the other solution ans she can't help. The internet didn't work properly. The people in the hotel not really nice, speak hardly English and only say what is not allowed.

Rustic decor is excellent, in keeping with the environment. Good tv. Nice furnishings. Reasonable price.

The hotel demanded to retain our passports, even though they had a credit card imprint and after we suggested they copy and return. Desk said it was a company policy and they would be returned only if we paid in advance. This would have required two credit card transactions if we bought anything at the hotel. This is the only hotel that has ever required this and I will never stay here again. Also, the wi-fi system is cumbersome in that you have to renew it every five hours. And the signal strength is minimal.

Nice cozy rooms, very comfy bed, peaceful atmosphere. Great location for exploring the surrounding mountains. Restaurant staff nice and friendly.

Quite nice rustic design and furnishing. Good wi-fi. God location. Staff helpful. Enough English to be able to assist us.

I could nit-pick a few things but nothing substantial. Room a bit small but big enough for us.

החדר קטן מאד ולא ניתן לעבור מצד אחד של החדר לשני כי המיטה תופשת את כל רוחב החדר. יש טוש קבוע , אין "טלפון".

במלון זה חדר זוגי עם מיטות נפרדות לא מצוין שחדר מאורך והמיטות מסודרות אחת אחר השניה לזוג מבוגר זה לא מקובל ולא נח .יש לפי דעתי להוסיף תמונה של חדר עם מיטות נפרדות .ולצין במפורש בברכה אנוך יוסף

עיצוב המלון יוצא דופן. זהו מלון סקי חדיש עשוי עץ ואבן, ג'קוזי ענק ספא מצוין וצוות אדיב וקשוב.

גודל החדרים הזוגיים: קטן, צר, בקושי אפשר לעבור בין הקיר למיטה.
