Friendly and professional, always helpful whenever possible

The hotel was a very central excellent base to explore the lovely town of tivat.. The marina or porto montanegro was a fantasticly smart sophisticated area, full of lovely harbour side restaurants shops and the luxery boats are a sight to see .The hotel was clean, the room a good size . The blond female receptionist was very kind and let me use the reception comp ,even though it wasnt policy,so thanks to her.

=The room phone didnt work, so couldnt contact reception, they hadnt worked for ages we were informed, not good if there was an emergency.The bed was the hardest bed I have ever tryed to sleep in, it was like rock, so for two nights not much sleep. The breakfast was one course only. The coffee was horrid, when we asked if you could have tea instead the somber waitress said no, we would have to pay for it... Not great value...we stayed in an apartment which wasnt very well equiped no bottle opener when asked if we could use the bar one they said no.

Vey nice value-for-money hotel. Excellent location close to city center and Porto Montenegro. Beautiful sightseen. 5 minutes to reach the sea Hotel itself: modern, energetic, comfortable for both young people and elder ones. Room: big, very well conditionned, with all necessary staff in. Personnel: always helpful, despite being pretty slow sometimes:). Сlean towels, cosy furniture, air conditionner working properly - what else do we need for good leisure time? Wish all the best to Magnolia team and willing to come once more

Bathroom

Magnolia is a perfect match when you search for value for money hotel. Location is perfect - 2 minutes walk to the sea and in the centre of area with shops, cafes, very convenient! For more than affordable price we had a very spacious room, air-conditioned and very-well furnished, TV, big balcony, and all new equipment in the bathroom. The personnel of the hotel is very friendly and what's important very quick in reacting when you need something, some don't speak any foreign language but even this didn't cause any difficulties. There is a very good restaurant in Magnolia as well, entertainment in the evenings, music, very nice.

The location of the hotel was great and the outside bar/restaurant was excellent and great value for money.

Nice hotel, modern architecture and furniture, beautiful square in front. Market, shops, restaurants, beach, bars nearby. Excellent value for money.

A little too hard bed. If you're planning to use the kitchen note, that there is not a lot of equipment (only one pot, two different glasses, not a normal kitchen knife ...).

An ok apartment

No internet at the room...as promised. The apartment wasen't vacumcleaned in 11 days. Bed linnen was not changed in 11 days. Elevator broken half of my staying.

Extremely hard beds!!! Impossible to sleep well on. We had transfer from the airport in Dubrovnik arranged by the hotel, not advisable! Our driver came too late to pick us up both times, we almost missed our flight back home because of this... Go for regular taxi!

The staff was very kind, responsive. The hotel is located close to the beach. Around the hotel is a place to play for the children even late evening. The rooms are big and the bathroom is nice.

Decent hotel in Tivat, much better than Hotel Palma. Room was very clean and spacious. Its not on the first line from the sea, but only 5 min walk. Receptionist (Jelena?) is extremely attractive. Value for money.

Friendly staff, close to the port

All good except the mattress: the hardest I've ever seen

I found the staff to be extremely helpful,friendly and professional and made us feel very welcome. Car parking facilities were excellent. Rooms were clean tidy and comfortable. Restaurant facilities and service were excellent.

The lift to all 5 floors kept breaking down so could not be relied on. The matteress on our bed was very hard.

В номерах-студия предоставляется всё для комфортного проживания: кухонный уголок с плитой, минибаром, посудой, обеденная зона, гостиная зона, телевизор с двумя русскими каналами, спальная зона, кондиционер, душевая кабина, холодная, горячая вода круглосуточно, на балконе столик с двумя плетеными креслами и прекрасный вид на горы, а может быть и на залив. Доступ к интернету в номере. Ежедневная смена полотенец, вынос мусора. В ресторане отеля завтраки по меню, вкусные, стоимость включена в проживание. Очень доброжелательный персонал, учатся говорить по- русски. Спокойная атмосфера в отеле. Многонациональный состав отдыхающих.

Ловил плохо Вай-фай

Отличный отель, лучшее соотношение цены и качества. Прекрасное месторасположение. Компетентный персонал, те немногие вопросы, которые возникали во время проживания, решались быстро и эффективно. Очень просторные и комфортные номера. Приятный ресторан на 1 этаже, превосходная кухня.Прекрасный отель, очень рекомендую всем!

Удобное расположение. Близко к променаду и пляжу, к ресторанчикам

Лифт ломался, плохо убирали в номере. Вроде уборщица болела. Постоянно срывыался Wi-Fi. Но главное=там фактически нет пляжа= Бетонные не оборудованные плиты.

Ljubazno osoblje, odlicna hrana. Odnos cena kvalitet je realan.

В номерах за 2 недели толком не уберались, менялись только полотенца

Удобство расположения, близость пляжа, магазинов, остановок общественного транспорта. Современные, удобные номера с наличием необходимого. Доброжелательный персонал, быстрый отзыв обслуживающего персонала на вопросы и просьбы. Ежедневная смена полотенец. Комфортное, спокойное проживание. Безопасность.

Не очень устойчивый интернет. Подтекала душевая кабина. Не нравилось, как производится влажная уборка: оснащения ванной комнаты не обрабатывалось и не протиралось. Большой, удобный балкон практически не использовался (только сушка белья): пол не разу не был вымыт, парапеты загажены птицами. Относились к этому как к временному явлению и по возможности убирали сами. Отдых не омрачен, отношения с горничной доброжелательные.
