Convenient place in 5-7 minutes from the sea near with the supermarket and good bakery. Very quiet area, good manager which try to improve our accommodation here. Repair and style were excellent. Our room had a really good sea view. There was a full equipped separate kitchen adjoining to our room. We extends our accommodation twice in this place. Almost all was wonderful in ours travel and accommodation.

The place isn't located at first line. Breakfast was not included although price was comparable with the other places with it's included and closer to the sea. To get to the hotel you must go up the hill (it's might to be hard to aged people).

We stayed here last minute through booking.com and so glad we did. Our room was beautiful and we got a very friendly welcome. The outside kitchen is lovely and we made most of the seating area and had drinks outside. Our best night sleep of our Montenegro trip was here, good bed and quality bedding. We didn't need air on as it wasn't hot, but is there if staying in hotter months.

Very professionel and forthcoming host of apartment. Really nice view and good room. Loved the idea of outdoor kitchen. Petrovac Na Moru is touristic in the high season, but not as bad as I've heard Budva is. Take a one day trip to the close by Lake Skadar with one of the small boats. Google 'The Golden Frog' - much better than the big tourist-boats on the lake.

Recently decorated, quiet location in what was otherwise a busy town. Veranda area a good facility with cooker & fridge. Owner was friendly & wanted to be friendly.

Felt slightly rushed to check out by given time, owner watched over our departure.

Апартаменты как на фотографии, все красиво, очень удобно и продуманно. На кухне есть холодильник и набор посуды. Убирались каждый день. Апартаменты в тихом месте, до набережной минут 5 пешком. Хозяева очень доброжелательны. Нам все очень понравилось!

Очень интересное дизайнерское оформление номеров. Отзывчивый и ненавязчивый персонал. Уютно и чисто. Замечательное место.

Все очень понравилось,дружелюбные хозяева,по приезду накормили нас домашним сыром с пршутом, предлагали выпить ракии,но нам еще предстояла поездка в поисках отвалившегося автомобильного номера,поэтому отказались ) - очень уютные номера,фотографии соответствуют действительности,кухня находится на улице,где растет большое апельсиновое дерево.Было очень приятно посидеть в тени этого дерева,когда жена готовила )))) -Петровац очень уютный город,для тихого,размеренного отдыха.

-Долго искали отель,но оно того стоило,при бронировании появляется номер телефона,рекомендую им воспользоваться,что бы вас перед заселением встретили,иначе будете очень долго искать,хозяева живут в другом своем отеле неподалеку и с удовольствием вас встретят.

Изначально выбрали по букингу этот отель- хотели прекрасный вид из номера, комфортные светлые аппартаменты ( как на картинке), но по приезду немного разочаровались. Хозяин предложил посмотреть за эту цену номер в соседнем аппарте под названием Medin apartments - номер на трех взрослых и с видом на море оказался шикарным. Вот там нам понравилось. Эти аппартаменты находятся еще выше, чем Lastua, но и вид более потрясный. В целом Петровац в конце октября- это унылая пора. На побережье работает только один ресторан Одиссей. Продукты- один маркет. Все закрыто.

Bizim rezervasyonunu yaptığımız bu oda yeni boyanmış o yüzden inanılmaz bir boya kokusu vardı. Orada kalmayı istemediğimiz için bize başka bir yer gösterdiler aslında fena değildi ancak o kadar kuytu bir yerde kaldıki sahile indiğimizde geri dönüşümüzde evi bulamayacağımızdan korktugumuz için akşam dışarıya çıkamadık. Size tavsiyem şehir merkezinde bulunan otelleri tercih etmenizdir çünkü aynı fiyata kalıyorsunuz üstelik kahvaltı dahil!

Очень приятные хозяева. Просторный номер, есть вся необходимая мебель и техника, хороший вид. Находится в тихом месте.

Достаточно крутой подъем. Первые два-три дня было тяжело подниматься с пляжа, особенно днем. Потом все вошло в норму. Для пожилых людей и семей с детьми возможно расположение неудобное, но мне подошло идеально. Нет раскатов музыки по вечерам, не докучает запах готовящейся еды (в большинстве апартаментов ближе к набережной это есть).

Très bon accueil du propriétaire qui est venu nous chercher à la gare d'autobus. Il parlait même quelques mots de français ! L'emplacement est idéal avec une très jolie vue sur la mer que l'on peut rejoindre en moins de 5 minutes à pied. La décoration de la chambre est très bien pensée et la propreté impeccable. Je recommende !

Останавливались с ребенком 10 месяцев с 13 июня по 3 июля 2012. Всем довольны. Фотографии соответствуют. Апартаменты оформлены в индивидуальном средиземноморском стиле. В номере есть все необходимое: фен, полотенца, посуда, душ, туалет, кондиционер. Кухня на террасе, что удобно в жару. Холодильник имеется. Бесплатно wifi, стирка, глажка, уборка (оставляйте горничной на чай). Убирают каждый день, выносят мусор. Выдают детскую краватку. Отличное место для отдыха с детьми или для романтического отдыха. С террас второго этажа хороший вид на море. Семья Medin, которая держит этот дом замечательные, доброжелательные и отзывчивые люди. Помогают во всем. Также предоставляют дополнительные услуги трансфера в разные места и т.п. Спрашивайте на месте. Апартаменты несколько отдалены от пляжа 5-6 минут пешком. Обратно в горку. Но в этом есть свое преимущество, которое мы осознали почти сразу. В отличии от размещения вблизи пляжа тут очень тихо по вечерам и ночью, что особенно хорошо с ребенком. Не поленитесь и доберитесь до деревушки Негуши чтобы отведать пршут там, поверьте домашний он существеено лучше, чем в магазинах и ресторанах.

The owner is very friendly, comforting and supporting. Speaks english, german and russian.

The bed has been announced as extra large (>2m), which was actually not true, as one of us is 1.98m heigh and did not fit in the bed.

Room was clean, refurbished and quiet. Owner is polite. Small kitchen is well equipped.

Overrated considering it's Montenegro (and not a Greek island, or the French coast) and not very high season. But probably this applies to all accommodations in Petrovac. One should know, although it's not very important, that parking is not exactly close to the room, but around 7 mins walking distance, up on the hill.

Nice apartment, nicely decorated. You reach the city center and the beach by 5 minutes walking through nice narrow streets surrounded by little gardens. But the public beach is a little bit crowded.

We had a difficulty parking our car in the narrow steep street infront of the apartment. We thought it had a private parking place but that was not the case. But the owner was very helpful.
