Helpful and friendly staff, comfortable rooms, everything is like in description. From part of rooms the site is to the windows and wall of the nearby house. Not satisfying room cleaning: bad linen was changed only once in two weeks, clogged aqueduct wasn't cleaned at all.

Уютный тихий отель с замечательным персоналом, говорящим по-английски. Возникающие вопросы решались моментально. Вкусный завтрак (шведский стол), лобби-бар, где можно заказать чашечку кофе или бокал вина, наличие Wi-Fi. Очень порадовал балкончик, на котором приятно было отдохнуть после насыщенного впечатлениями дня. Иногда были проблемы с Wi-Fi в номере, но это ничуть не испортило впечатления от отеля.

Вежливый персонал, неплохой завтрак, хороший wi-fi, удобное расположение Маленькая комната, постоянно сбоила карточка-ключ (несколько раз приходилось спускаться на вахту, чтобы её перенастроили)

Отель небольшой, уютный. Персонал доброжелательный, постоянно улыбаются и стараются сделать все, чтобы гостям было комфортно. Завтраки нам понравились-сытно, вкусно, без наворотов. Уборка - ежедневно, меняли полотенце также каждый день, постельное меняли 1 раз за 10 дней. Персонал понимает по-русски, по-англ. Я бы не сказала, что не понравилось, скорее, что вас ждет - до пляжа ходить минут15-20, иногда в комнатах слышно соседей, но это сильно не напрягает, иногда мылись прохладной водой, т.к. водонагреватель не успевал нагреть воду (пользуйтесь горячей водой умеренно и на всех хватит). Все, что написала - незначительные недочеты, они практически не портят впечатления об отеле.

1.החדר לא היה נקי! 2.לא היה מתקן לנייר טואלט (חדר 204) -וגם לא היתה אפשרות להניח את הנייר מעל הניאגרה מאחר והמבנה שלו היה מעוגל. 3. המדף מתחת למראה היה מותקן בשיפוע ולא היה ניתן להניח עליו תיקי רחצה!

Katastophenhotel. Das Zimmer so gross wie ein Hühnerstall. Keine Nachttische nur zwei Lederwürfel kein Tisch mit Stuhl zum Arbeiten am Laptop. Kühlschrank visa-vis vom Bett, fast kein Durchkommen. Die Badtücher hart wie Holz und rauh wie Schleifpapier. Kein Internetsignal auf dem Zimmer. Ameisen auf dem Frühstücksbuffet.Ich hatte für 5 Nächte gebucht. Doch nach diesen Erlebnissen habe ich das Hotel nach 3 Nächten verlassen. Von der Hotelleitung wurde auf meine Beschwerden gar nicht eingegangen. Die Hotelleitung hatte kein Verständnis für mein früheren Weggang, und verrechntete mir volle 5 Nächte. Mit der Begründung wenn ich nicht bezahhle werden Sie den Pass nicht zurückgeben. Das Hotel entspricht nicht den Fotos auf seiner Internetseite.MfG Franz Peter Sonderegger

отель напоминает маленький отельчик для своих гостей.спокойно,комфортно,чисто.к нашему удивлению,полотенца и постельное белье меняли каждый день(хотя отель 3 звездный).от отеля до пляжа 10 минут ну очень медленным шагом.на углу улицы вполне адекватный маркет.удобное время завтраков в отеле-с 7 до 11.персонал понимает по- русски -девушки,которые в смене днем и на корявом английском- парень,который на ресепшн ночью. парковка перед входом в отель.проходить между впритык припаркованных машин неудобно.вроде у них есть и подземный паркинг, но, видимо он занят постоянно,если надо будет парковаться-уточняйте заранее

Отличное обслуживание, доброжелательный персонал, говорящий на английском языке. Удобное расположение отеля. Хорошие завтраки. Нестабильный интернет в номере отеля.
