Great staff - starting from the reception, where they find a room for us when Booking.com cancelled it as double booking, let us choose the most suitable room for kids /enough space and relatively calm/, following the restaurant and room cleaning personnel. Kids friendly. Good breakfast - with all local specialties and more. Just in the centre - old town, promenade, beach, shops - everything was close. Express restaurant with good services, wide choice and great creps with Eurokrem and Plazma keks!!! Lack of pots for babies in the rooms; lack of baby chairs in the restaurant. Noise in the rooms looking to the old town - maybe special window glass could help? We were lucky we could choose the most suitable room

Месторасположение, вид из окна, очень приличный завтрак и доброжелательный персонал! Перед окнами площадка открытая (прогулочная зона) ресторанов и кафе: всю ночь орали, как коты мартовские, пьяные отдыхающие... Спать просто нереально!!!! А в остальном всё супер!!!!

Месторасположение Старый, требующий кап ремонта и замены мебели и сантехники, она действительно разваливается. Началось все с того, что нам дали номер с двумя односпальными кроватями, хотя в брони я четко указал 1 king size. После долгих отказов и предложений сдвинуть кровати, нам всета-ки поменяли номер. Обещанная стоянка находится в 5 мин езды от отеля и 15-мин пешком, и карту проезда к стоянке не дают ищи как хочешь, опять пришлось ругаться.

все очень понравилось - персонал доброжелательный, пляжи рядом, очень недорого и вкусно можно покушать прямо в отеле, рядом магазины и бары, полотенца меняли каждый день при нас ни разу не пылесосили пол (ковровое покрытие) в номере, отсутствие бассейна (это, скорее, прихоть))))

Super bequeme Betten, beste Lage, direkt im Zentrum des Geschehens, Blick auf die historische Stadtmauer und aufs Meer, toll! Besonders das Restaurant ist zu empfehlen, tolles, hochvertiges Essen, mit Etno-Charm, zu verhältnismäßig günstigen Preises, echter Geheimtipp!! Einrichtung mit Geschichte und durch die zentrale Lage kriegt man die Geräuschkulisse des Nachtlebens ziemlich mit, da das Nachtvergnügen nur bis 1h geht ist das ok und stört nicht weiter da man kaum Zeit im Zimmer verbringt...

Only positive about Hotel Mogren is the location, close to the old town and restaurants. The staff at the breakfast was service minded. The room was old with really old worn down wall to wall carpet,probaply the carpet made the old smell that wouldn't leave the room. Only one of five in the staff spoke a little bit of english so we ended up with lots of minsunderstandings. The fuses in the room went off all the time. Bad window isolation so you need earplugs. Room close to the elevator made a lot of noice the whole nights. We got new room last night far from the elevator but then the wifi didn't work
