Apartments Monte Aria  

Stor o härlig balkong/terrass, lugnt o fridfullt. Pool med tillhörande solstolar med madrass o badlakan som var gratis. Fantastisk utsikt. Trevlig och tillmötesgående personal, som ville göra så att vi trivdes.

Sovrummet lite trångt. Ingen microvågsugn.Backigt att ta sig upp o ner från Monte Aria. Den äldre generationen kunde ingen engelska, men ringde upp annan familjemedlem som vi fick prata med.

Lovely apartments. Thank you Maya for your early pick up on Dubrovnik airport. We will come again.

Best guest house!

The aparthotel is situated in a gorgeus area, the scenery is fantastic. The apartment was very clean, spacious and we had all the necessary kitchen tools. The hosts are very nice and they help us to change the dates of the booking without a charge, and I apreciated this very much, special thanks to Maya.

We have no complaints.

First very hospitable hosts. Hostess Nevena - a very nice girl. Her husband and her son - her match. The rooms are very clean, comfortable and spacious. To the sea - 10 minutes there, 15 minutes - back (small hill). We rented apartments and cleaned them ourselves, but for a fee you can arrange for collection. Feed themselves. The villa has a private swimming pool - very clean and tidy (thanks to the owner!). Area are always removed. The staff is very friendly. Site parking. There is always a free space when you did not come. The hotel is very well splendidly located geographically. Ezdv hour to Dubrovnik, an hour's drive to Budva. The road is very - very beautiful scenery.To the airport in Tivat (Montenegro) - about 30 minutes. The airport in Dubrovnik (Croatia) - 40 minutes. Recommend these apartments for families, and rest with my friends or family!

Holidays come to an end (((. If want - cons can be found at all times. We rested in a good mood. Invited to visit their friends. Was good and fun, so we have downsides - no!

We really enjoyed the huge rooms, modern furniture, the terrace and balcony. We had a 3 persons apartment which had: a bedroom, a living room, kitchen, bathroom, one balcony and one terrace that went straight to the beautiful swimming pool. Also, the fact that it was away from the crowd high up on the hill was convenient for us.

The access road to the Villa is quite hard.

Modern room, very clean and well organized. There is a pool woth a nice view of the sea. Owner very nice, recommended a great restaurant - Papagaj.

A 20 min walk to the beach, rather steep, but you can go by car. There isn`t much to do around and Igalo is not a very modern seaside resort.

Monte Aria provides everything the description/pictures promise, and then some: the staff is helpful and polite, the apartments spacious and well-equipped, and the night view from the balconies is simply breathtaking. What is most important, and a rarity in Montenegrin accommodations of this type, their WiFi actually works. I expected quite a walk to the beach based on other reviews, but it actually takes no more than a couple of minutes either way. Plus, the distance from the beach actually provided us with two nights of uninterrupted sleep - if you don't count the mosquitoes, of course. ;) All things considered, if the price/quality ratio remains unchanged, we'll probably return for a longer stay next year.

This is actually me splitting hairs. However: kids loved the pool - especially the fact that it could be used after dark, too - but its position meant the water turned a bit cold in the afternoon. Considering that this hotel is open year-round, perhaps a heating system for the pool would be a sound investment, seeing as the weather in Montenegro allows a longer tourist season.

Cold water during three days without explications and poor environment

Very nice pool, new building, nice furniture. The beach and stores are close. Ideal place also for trips.

The kitchen could be more equipped with dishes, coffee maker (but not for turkish coffee). We payed additional tourist tax, which doesn`t appears on booking.com.

Not the best location if you don't have a car.

Excelent rating price- quality. Hosts were extremely kind and helpful. Quite new location: building, poll, furniture and appliances. Wonderful view over Kotor Bay. Streets and markets nearby. Recomanded for every category of tourists. Extremely, warm, friendly and helpful staff.

Everything was great!

The room for 3 adults (highly recommended even if just two people) had two terraces that overlooked the magnificent pool. It was clean and modern, with fully functional wireless and close to the local supermarket. There was a 10 min walk to the beach and we found the buses to be cheap and frequent!! The seafront is rather dated but very family orientated and the papaya restaurant was an absolute delight.Very very very accommodating staff who spoke brilliant English and allowed us to keep our bags safely on the day we checked out owing to a late flight!!! Would definitely come again!!

I think there are better beaches in Kotor but the pool more than makes up for it

We enjoyed our stay at Monte Aria. Everything was perfect and comfortable! Maya was extremely friendly and helpful! Milanka (the cleaner) was hospitable, too. Ideal location if you want to see a country and to visit Dubrovnik. Fantastic views! An opportunity to rent a car. We drove along the coast from Bar to Igalo and we found Baošići one of the best places to stay at. The children liked the swimming pool very much! We were fond of walks to the beach (7 min) and back up the hill ))) (10-15 min) and to be far from the noise and bustle of the first line; if you aren't, be ready to use a car.

The most positive surprise. The facility is new, furnished with taste, spacious but cosy. Nothing is missing to make the stay enjoyable. The location a few hundred meters from the sea and uphill is rather an advantage as it provides for a stunning view and tranquility. The sedentary ones can enjoy the swimming pool. Made plans to return this year even before checking out.

We were in Monte Aria a few days ago. We stood there only 4 days. Those days were so beautiful that we want come back in the same place again. There you can relax your body and soul. Apartments are equipped with air conditioning, TV, refrigerator, water heater, new furnitures, in general everything you need. A big plus is that there is a huge swimming pool. In the evening you can enjoy the stars on a comfortable lounger, and in the afternoon you can enjoy a wonderful view from the terrace that opens onto the blue sea and the mountains of bewitching. The sea near the apartments. We drove from Igalo to Budva and we have not met more better apartments. There are very good owners. Special thanks to Maja and Alexandro for their hospitality.

Добротное здание, хорошая парковка.

В отеле не работал бассейн. В непосредственной близости у ближайших соседей живут собаки, которые постоянно лают, как поздним вечером так и ранним утром.

צוות המלון מצויין ! יש בחורה במלון, שהיא הבת של הבעלים, שהיא מנהלת את המלון בצורה מצויינת, היא נחמדה מאוד, ואם יש לה חדרים יוקרתיים פנויים , אין לה בעייה להביא אותם במחיר של חדר בסיסי. היא נותנת המלצות למסעדות, ולמקומות בילוי בסביבה. היא נחמדה, ואדיבה מאוד! והיא נותנת מענה בכל שעה, ברוח טובה ובכיף. לנו היא הביאה סוויטה מלכותית במחיר של חדר הכי זול במלון וכל זה בגלל שלא היו הרבה אורחים במלון, כי זה היה לא בעונה. יש בריכה יפה. רואים נוף מהמלון. נוף של הים האדריאטי. מחיר הוגן ושווה לכל נפש.

אין ארוחת בוקר המלון קצת מרוחק מהים בהליכה. אבל אם אתה עם רכב, המלון נמצא במיקום מעולה !!! מדובר בדקה נסיעה ברכב מהים. פשוט יש עלייה, המלון נמצא על ההר, ולא כל כך נוח לעלות את העלייה ברגל. בלי קשר, מי שטס למונטנגרו אני ממליץ לו להשכיר רכב לכל התקופה! מהארץ, מהאתרי אינטנט יש דילים זולים מאוד. אנחנו השכרנו רכב ל 14 יום ב 285 יורו.

Комфортный, уютный, тихий и спокойный отель. Все чисто, с хорошим ремонтом, небольшим красивым бассейном. Отдыхалось очень хорошо.

Минусов очень мало и они незначительны. Во-первых, в номере не убирались. Мы сами поддерживали порядок, но, на мой взгляд полы должны были мыть хотя бы раз в 3-4 дня. Если предполагается, что в апартаментах убираются сами постояльцы, тогда нужно оставлять в номере ведро, швабру, тряпку и веник. Во-вторых, нет полочек в душевой кабинке, поэтому мыльные принадлежности мы ставили прямо на пол (не удобно). В-третьих, вода в бассейне для меня очень холодная, хотя муж купался. Ну и последнее, при бронировании указывалось, что городской налог составляет 1 евро с человека, с нас взяли в два раза больше.

Czystość zarówno apartamentu jak I najbliższego otoczenia ( basen I miejsca do leżakowania ) , komfort wyposażenia ( bardzo wygodne łóżka ) , uprzejmość gospodarzy obiektu .

Хорошие, чистые номера с новой мебелью. Отличный бассейн, есть удобная парковки.

Неудобно жить при отсутствии автомобиля.
