Nice place, beautiful location, near Kotor - 40 minutes walking distance. Very friendly and very helpful staff.

We liked the location because we had a car; we had a wonderful view of the lake, of the cruise ships coming in and out, of early morning fishermen bringing in their catch. There is nothing between the hotel and the lake except a small road and a terrace right across that road for the use of guests. The staff was extremely kind and accommodating, even considering our total inability to speak the language. The room was clean and comfortable.

The location would be a great big bugger without a vehicle.

Fantastic location on Bay of Kotor within long walking distance of Kotor. Rooms were spacey, very comfortable, good view, and ensuite bathrooms. Staff very accommodating and helpful, and there is a good nearby restaurant.

I really liked my room. The design and view over the lake is just amazing! The manager (I think he was the manager) is like your grandfather! He speaks Serbian and Italian but he understands every language - English, Russian, Spanish...

Hotel Pana is 7 km far from the old town of Kotor and the public transportation in Kotor is really bad, so we had to use taxi all the time. It's not that expensive to compare with Moscow for example but it's not that good also. If you have your own car - the place is perfect!

Located on the Kotor Bay separated from the tiny beach by a narrow road our ground floor apartment was clean with good facilities & an area for sitting,sun bathing directly opposite across the narrow road . Being at the far end of the village Kotor is a short drive away. Beautiful views especially at sunset with a few small very good restaurants nearby. Parking available. Easy to find if approaching from the west but not signed from the Kotor side.

The hotel was in the most amazing location: beachside, just outside of Kotor and therefore away from the hubbub of busy Kotor. The breakfast is well worth the price, served on an elevated terrace overlooking Kotor Bay. This really was one of the most beautiful places I have ever visited. Look into renting one of the apartments (I wish we had) if you have small children, you will feel much more comfortable since the rooms (or at least ours) is not have a frig or the minimum necessary for meal preparation. There is also a really nice and helpful American- Montenegrin family next door that have a touring and rental business (they have paddle boards, canoes, etc.).

The hotel staff are adorable but speak little to no English (or French) therefore it was very difficult to get recommendations.

A pleasant, even picturesque small hotel by the seaside, next to a nice beach (good water quality, but no sand) and a good restaurant. Roughly half of the staff don't really speak English, but service is very good and kind. The neighbourhood is quiet, the aforementioned restaurant with its occasional music performances didn't bother us. Approximately 5 km to both Kotor and Perast, which turns to a taxi ride of about 6 euros oneway.

Friendly staff and clean rooms. Nice location with excellent opportunities for swimming right by the shore, the waters were very clean. Beautiful views of the fjord! A bit away from city centre (25 min walk), but the more peaceful and quiet. Still there were plenty of restaurants near by. Recommended!

If bustling nightlife and shopping is your thing, it's perhaps a bit far away from the city, though there are frequent buses, and a taxi takes just about 5 min.

The pension was fantastique. The sea is just next to the house, all the room have a view on the bay of Kotor. The owner and the staff was adorable. A place you can't forget !!

This is a very good bet, with very cleaned rooms and delicious service from the friendly family owners. Stunning sunsets from our room -with two beds (n 6) and plunging into Kotor's bay downstairs (there is a very small street separating the pension from the water but no traffic). Wonderful breakfast from the terrace. Do not expect 4 stars hotel service but perfect for budget and opened minded travellers. Two local restaurants are near by. So a perfect location to explore Kotor's bay and even to use it as a base camp to discover Montenegro.

Удачное расположение отеля! От аэропорта Тиват 20 минут на такси. До Котора 10 минут на автобусе (остановка рядом), 5 минут на такси, пешком по набережной за час прогулочным шагом! Домашняя атмосфера-отношение владельцев к гостям, как к друзьям! Рядом рынок морепродуктов,супермаркет, пекарня, множество ресторанов на любой вкус и очень доступные цены!

Персонал не владеет русским и английским языком.

L'Hotel est idéalement situé dans la baie de Kotor. Les chambres donnent toutes sur la baie. La vue est exceptionnelle, l'atmosphère très reposante. Devant l'hotel se trouve une terrasse et un ponton pour la baignade. Notre chambre était très petite mais confortable, la salle de bain minuscule.

L'accueil et le service ne sont pas leur point fort. Cet hotel a un énorme problème: la langue. Le personnel ne parle pratiquement pas l'anglais. Le patron, Antun, prétend parler l'allemand, mais en définitive ne comprenait rien quand nous lui demandions des infos dans cette langue. Le personnel n'est absolument pas serviable. Nous avions à peine eu le temps de garer la voiture, qu'on nous a réclamé nos passeport. Antun nous a donné la clé de la chambre, sans infos supplémentaire, par ex, les horaires et le lieu du petit déjeuner. Nous nous sommes promenés dans l'hotel le lendemain matin et avons trouvé par nous-même. Vous ne pouvez pas vous faire comprendre? Pas grave, ce sera systématiquement une omelette jambon-fromage. Attention au service de blanchisserie, nous avons récupéré notre linge trempé le matin du départ. D'après eux, manque de chance, ils ne pouvaient pas prévoir qu'il pleuvrait durant la nuit, et comme le linge est suspendu dehors... Nous avons demandé comment fonctionnait la tv, n'arrivant pas à avoir une image sur l'écran. Antun, après avoir enfin compris, nous a répondu: "alle tv kapput" avec un grand sourire. Nous admettons que tous ces pépins peuvent arriver, mais pas un seul instant, nous n'avons eu droit à de quelconques excuses. Tout était normal. En définitive, n'allez pas dans cet hotel si vous ne parlez pas la langue du pays!

O pensiune modesta, dar dotata cu tot ce este necesar, amplasata chiar pe malul marii. Personalul foarte amabil.

Близость к морю, свой пантон к морю напротив отеля на котором 2 дня не было никого!

1. Незнание хозяином и персоналом английского, объясняться приходилось жестами. 2. Цена в целом не соответствует, за эту поездку я ночевал в 7-ми различных местах в Черногории и за эту цену всегда видел что-то побольше чем малюсенький номер.

La situation géographique, au calme et face à la mer (petits pontons). L'accueil souriant.

Le gérant ne parle ni l'anglais ni le français, mais on trouve le moyen de se comprendre avec quelques mots simples mi-anglais mi-allemand ! Et il faut avoir une voiture pour aller dans le centre de Kotor (5 à 10 minutes de route) mais être un peu excentré est encore plus agréable de mon point de vue (davantage de calme, chambres avec vue sur la mer, petite baignade le matin depuis le ponton).

Non è un hotel
