Location is excellent. Attractive building in an attractive location. Nice waterfront deck also. Good restaurants nearby

Hotel in need of modernisation. Rooms dated with medium comfort level

The hotel is about 5km from the old town but the location is well-recommended! The view of the fjord and the mountains from the room is stunning & it has it's own stretch of the bay you can swim in. Worth a stay for this alone.

    The rooms are fairly basic.

The beautiful views from our windows of the mountains and 'fjord'; easy access to swimming; and friendly, helpful staff. Breakfast on the terrace was nice too.

When light goes out while in the shower leaving you in total darkness.

    - great views and access to terrace for swimming - can hire bikes and kayaks next door

    - 1 hr walk to kotor is a bit far although can get a taxi - little noisy at night

Friendly owner and staff. Great location, you can walk out of the lobby and onto the pier to swim. Solid, working WiFi. Good, solid breakfast on covered terrace.

Great breakfast with a great view from the terrace. Location was perfect - quiet, beautiful stretch of the bay. Much better than in Kotor proper.

this hotel is run by a father/daughter. they are the nicest family along with the grandson. the hotel sits on the bay of Kotor and the views are amazing. the swimming is wonderful. the locals are so accommodating and we made friends with their friends. they offered us watermelon and montenegro grapa. they have breakfast which is served by two very sweet women. the whole ambiance of this small hotel is just great. they also have a kitchen in case you need or want to make something along with putting things in the refrigerator. i wish that we had stayed here longer and would go back in a moment. there is, however no elevator but they will help you with your bags. the room was spotless, the air conditioning worked great and i enjoyed sitting with the family, eating watermelon and looking at the magnificent scenery. no it is not big, nor what you would call luxurious, but it is spotlessly clean and the people that run it, make it a 5 star hotel in my opinion. they also have a reserved parking spot or two and when you make the reservation, let them know and they will keep it for you..

Very nice location especially for those who are fed up with busy and noisy tourist centres - it's a quiet place, literally 10 meters to a clean beach (one of the best in the area) where the hotel's Wi-Fi is available and it's just 5 euro for taxi to the old town (ensure taximeter is on, fixed price will be higher). You can walk along the shore but it will take about an hour. There is also a good restaurant in 1 min walk from the hotel. We stayed in a room on the 2nd floor with sea view. Rooms on the ground floor are likely to be not comfortable as there is a road / pavement just in front of the building (check out the pics). The room was small and bathroom was very basic but all was clean.

3 star hotel is a 3 star hotel, so everything was as expected...

Very nice place. Clean, comfortable, quiet. Exceptional views across the Bay of Kotor. Easy parking right in front of the hotel.

Only possible negative is that it's a longish walk to Kotor, maybe 4km. I had a car, so no problem for me, but I never checked out the bus / taxi service there.

Pension is really at the seaside and you can enjoy having coffee outside while sitting at the beach. Very friendly owner. Instead of a room, we got a studio. Great place to stay near Kotor if you want to enjoy the beach. Parking is available. Modest accomodation but great location and owner! We have been to four different places after but would definitely go back here!

it depends what you want, if you want the sea , i thing this is the best in dobrota, but do not forget this is a pension not hotel...but stay hotel do not go around for not disappointed from garbage everywhere

ok, big minus not for hotel, the country invest nothing to tourism, every where was dirty, Maxi market near hotel catastrophe , they throw their garbage on the land, there is place for children , what a dirty place! the restaurant babel near the hotel was not good, and forze more 5 star restaurant was terrible and very expensive( very little hotel, how they can put 5 star do not understood)

Beautiful location at the bay of Kotor. Beautiful terrasse. Nice old building.

Extremely small rooms. Noisy at night. Parking in front of the house very limited. 7 kms from Kotor away. Poor value for money.
