We did not have hot water 2 days of a 3 day stay. Frontline staff blamed the rainy weather and had quite a defensive approach. At no stage did they apologised and attempted to find a solution. The only wifi access is in the reception area. The dining facilities is not worth the 4 stars this place has - resembles a school hostel. The "sea view" is through a row of high trees n front of you. The glasses in our room was not washed, or clean ones supplied in 3 days of stay.

The seaside location is great. Away from the city. The staff was helpful and willing. Free Wi-Fi was available at the lobby. Mid May seems to have nice advantages regarding weather and not too many visitors.

Dinner selection was rather limited. Food quantity was marginal.

Room is nice with view over see. Hotel stuff on reception and cleaning are ok. Food offer is good. Pool is very good and maintained. It is very good if you have kids and you want relaxing vacation. In the evening there is always some music by the pool.

Location is far away from closest city and it is suitable only if you have your own transportation. Stuff on beach and pool are lazy. Internet is expensive and not very good. For this type of hotel is should be free of charge. You do not have much activities to do in hotel after the sunset.

The hotel is very nice. The main attractions of the hotel is the nature and the sea.

This hotel is not suitable for small children and elderly people who have problems with their feet. To go down to the sea to overcome at least 50 steps, and then go up to the mountain.No spa treatments, and most importantly - the Internet

Best location in the area, very nice view, good private beach, swimming pool is wonderful with a great view on a city and the mountains. The stuff is friendly and the hotel territory is quite big and beautiful, full of different plants and trees. It was convenient to have a boat right from the hotel to a Herzeg Novi old town.

There was no normal room service, room cleaning is in a very low level, internet hasn't been working for 7 days during our stay. (the good new anyway was that it doesn't coast 5 euro per hour, but 1 euro per hour:) and that the receptionist kindly lend us his own modem.

Nice pool area, great breakfast and nice with the ferry that takes you into town.

The hotel was far away from everything else.

It is very important for families with young children: there was no sand on the beach, just stones.

Honestly, this Hotel is not a 4 star. It looks exclusive on the pictures, but the service is unacceptable and it is very isolated from Herceg Novi. The shuttle only leaves 4 Times a Day and stop already at 19.00. It is 8 km away and you have to take taxi. We didnt get any Welcome in the reception, or any information about the hotel. No service in the restaurant, after 1 hour we still didnt get any a la carte meny and nothing to drink. We were so dissapointed that we wanted to check out and talked to the hotel manager, but we could not get Money back for the coming 4 night s, this is the hotel rules. We stayed and took taxi to herceg Novi every night for dinner. Cleaning ön rooms also poor. Empty bottles and Dirty glasses were left every day... They also forgot that we ordered room service One morning, we never got the breakfast ön the room ön my boyfriends birthday.... I had to call again

Very good location and view. Nice breakfast.

Everything is a little bit shabby. Tv isn't working in some rooms, water goes from the shower to the floor. Gym is very old and almost unusable.

Good location, nice staff, excellent breakfast, beautiful view, crystal clear water. In Herceg Novi hasn't got better Hotel.

Room could be larger. For 3 person it is not enough big.

There is absolutely nothing that we liked about this hotel.

This might have been the worst hotel I ever stayed at! A complete rip off! They charged us the price for a deluxe room, despite the fact we stayed in a regular room. Horrible location. Horrible stuff. The worst food. Avoid this hotel in a 10 miles radius!

RIEN , jamais vu un hotel semblable.....et pourtant je pense avoir dormi dans des centaines d'hotels différents en France et à travers le monde.

200 marches AR pour le petit déjeuner. minibar vide: vous n'avez qu'à aller en acheter dans un supermarché !!!!! pas de navettes pour la ville. cuisine déplorable. piscine sale. un batiment à l'abandon. pas de bonde dans la baignoire (pour éviter les débordements !)

Очень понравилось местоположение - вдали от города, но добраться можно за 15 минут. Очень хороший свой пляж - привозной крупный песок. Хороший вход в море. Неплохие номера.

Очень много: еда отвратительная, гуляла инфекция. приходилось ездить в город обедать, развлечений вообще никаких. Даже детская комната была закрыта.

De gros efforts à faire pour l'accueil et le service en général. On ne sent pas accueilli, le personnel est froid, pas souriant...On a le sentiment de déranger le personnel le petit dej manque de fraîcheur. Animation quasi inexistante.

отличное расположение - прямо на берегу моря, волны плещутся буквально под балконом (огромным)! обширное меню завтрака. номер очень просторный, интерьер красивый.

добираться до цивилизации - только на такси. персонал ленивый ужасно. замена сантехники, вышедшей из строя, заняла больше двух дней! в номере на двоих с ребенком нет двери в ванную, вообще! у нас отец семейства громко предупреждал всех, что пошел мыться (чтобы дочь не смущать) и наоборот. просто кошмар! завтрак накрывается до 10 утра! в отпуске на море! вставать в 9 утра, чтобы позавтракать - мучение какое-то. почти везде завтрак до 11-12 и это абсолютно нормально. контингент не самый приятный - в основном, люди, привыкшие платить за "понты". ничего особенного отель из себя не представляет, отдых в будве, где лучшие условия стоили в два раза дешевле, нам понравился гораздо больше.

L'hôtel est très proche de Dubrovnik et permet de visiter assez facilement les bouches de Kotor. La plage n'est pas désagréable.

L'hôtel n'est pas à la hauteur de ses ambitions. Les chambres sont simples, les équipements semblent peu qualitatifs et les lieux ne sont pas assez propres à mon goût (le ménage est fait mais sans aspirateur difficile d'enlever tous les cheveux, etc...). L'hôtel essaie de se hisser vers une catégorie supérieure mais ne s'en donne pas forcément les moyens, malgré un personnel de bonne volonté. Le prix est donc très exagéré. Attention, l'hôtel est éloigné de la ville (10€ en taxi). NB : comme beaucoup de sites en croatie et au Montenegro, l'hôtel est construit en "cascade" donc beaucoup d'escaliers...

Чистые, светлые и уютные номера с видом на море и горы, собственный пляж (мелкая галька), вкусные завтраки. Отличная удаленность от шумного города (но без машины будет тяжело - рядом посмотреть и погулять особо негде), хотя есть водный трансфер от отэля до Герцег-Нови. Идеален для спокойного отдыха.

Небольшой минус любителям позагорать вечером - отэль расположен у подножия горы, поэтому после 17:00 только купание в море без солнышка :)

не зря все хвалят вид и уединённость от суеты города. отель конечно не четверка но твердая тройка. Нормальный (естественный! не бетонный спуск к воде!!!!) пляж .(зонтиков правда много сломанных).....да и лежаков..... ТИШИНА. СПОКОЙСТВИЕ. ЧИСТАЯ ВОДА!

еда специфическая. аппарат кофе-чай то работает то нет, в детском бассейне разбили стакан - никому нет дела, пожали плечами и прошли мимо. на рецепции не улыбаются почти никогда, убирают в номерах средненько. детская комната маленькая и душная с равнодушными молодыми девочками- аниматорами. спорт зал - вообще смех. маленький и с устаревшими тренажерами. недостатков очень много. но тихое место и красивый вид перекрывают минусы. Так что с детьми рекомендую только в этот отель (было с чем сравнить)

у отеля ухоженная территория, отличный пляж, по сравнению с другими на побережье. хорошая уборка номеров, не плохое питание за дополнитедьную оплату.

пребывание в отеле понравилось, но цена номера взималась за Delux, а проживание было в dbl. это серьезное нарушение. по объяснению отеля, Delux это dbl с видом на море, что не соотвествует стандартам отелей. компенсировало данную ситуацию хороший пляж. Delux в данном отеле вообще нет, и это необходимо откорректировать на сайте, есть только аппартаменты. Информация предоставленная на Ваш сайт отелем некорректна, и мы получили подтверждение от персонала о постоянных проблемах с заселением из-за данного несоотвествия. Не рекомендовала бы поездку в данный отель с детьми, т.к. кухня не позволяет накормить ребенка, нет развлечений и анимации.

отличное месторасположение, хороший пляж, великолепная природа. место для спокойного отдыха.

отношение персонала на "3". ужины брать не рекомендую, такое впечатление что подают то, что осталось от завтраков.
