1.Good value for money. 2. Nice and peaceful. 3. Beach at the bottom was very remote, quiet and not crowded. 4. Breakfast a good standard and a good selection with friendly service. 4. Good views from hotel room.
1. Although the hotel was a bit out of the way! The quiet and peace made up for that. Was nice to get back to a peaceful location after a busy crowded day in the town. 2. Lack of shopping facilities, supermarkets close by ect.
Location to die for, what a great pity that it was spoilt by management and staff that have no interest in showing any hospitality to their guests.
Yes I made a mistake when booking however the was completely ripped off by the hotel, no empathy for the guests what so ever, even though Booking.Com agreed that I was in the right and promise to reimburse me. I could write a book about the poor standards and service, great pity as could be a lovely hotel.
The beach and the swimming pool is excellent. The resort is very family friendly. The food is good. Location is fairly quiet with not many outsiders wandering on to the location. It should be noted that we stayed late in the August which might be a low season for the hotel.
The restaurant tables are fairly in used condition and could be better cleaned. The baby chair is old and unsanitary - ants started coming out one time during the usage which was extrmely upsetting for us. During our stay, receptionist verbally attacked one of the guests (17-19 year old girl) who returned 5 minutes after check in to state that the room key is broken. The receptionist was extrmelly agressive and stated that the girl is to blame. Receptionist started screaming ''You should be more polite young lady... I dont want to communicate with you on that level..!'' The young girl was completely confused as she was very reasonable and calm when she stated her case to the receptionist. Once the girl left, the manager came and asked what is going on, the receptionist claimed that the girl was abusive and aggressive and went on to say that if she was the owner she would kick them out immediately. I was completely shocked to witness such behavior at a 4 star hotel.
Modern room, the panorama and the pool area are great but no good beaches in this area.
WiFi just in reception are in another building or on pool area but all ways down. Network with cable don't work and nobody wants to help. The toilett are very dirty after clean up too. The breakfast is everyday the same.
Beautiful beach, swimming pool, kind staff, beautiful sea view from the room, relatively quiet atmosphere, very comfortable...
No wifi in the room, wifi available only at the reception and pool bar, but also there very hard to connect due to lots of guests trying to connect. Access to hotel is not the best, as there are narrow streets, and lots of houses on the way to Hotel..
The view was nice
There was no wifi at the room and very hard to connect at the bar it wouldn't work the stuff were very slow
nice room, pleasent and helpfull staff and a great view.
Hotel is in best place available if you accomodate in Herceg Novi
-Very Rude Hotel Personel -Seemed like staying in a military village because of the exagerated security. -Very acquisitive management. -Very expensive extras..
The location and the area
it was too expensive for the service it offers
great views, good location outside the city for a calm stay
We came to the hotel after midnight - there was nobody in the reception desk who spoke English, the check-in time was more than 30 minutes because of the communication problems; strange smell from the air conditioning - we had to change the room - the second one was ok; badly trained staff in the restaurant - during breakfast I was making a big coffee in the coffee machine, suddenly a staff member came and pressed the "stop" button not letting me have more coffee in the mug, then he took 2 spoons and put them in my coffees...; generally mess around the hotel buildings - weeds everywhere, dirty windows in the halls, dirty window in our bathroom; this is not European 4-star hotel standard
Nice beach and pool. Way too many children in the pool - so if you dont have children - dont go. Large private beach :)
Rude and unprofessional staff at check out at the reception. When we told them we wanted to have a look on our phone regarding bookings.com bill - because the hotel told us one price at check in and a different one at check out - they came three of them and I felt intimidated by them. I checked anyhow and they were right regarding the bill - but come one - mafia behavior ,I think i have the right to check a simple thing as a booking price i was quoted before paying. Otherwise many new amateur staff. Room cleaning poor. They just did the bed and changed the towels. Nice staff around the hotel - but a bit pushy when in the middle of the breakfast they knew that we were checking out (how?) and gave us a paper to fill out regarding our opinions...I had to talk with my food in my mouth :(
Room is very modern, pool area is very trendy, half-board food was simply great, views are stunning, helpful staff, good parking. Surprisingly strong for Montenegro's somewhat underdeveloped hotel sector!
No free WiFi despite very high Montenegro roaming costs, most people don't speak English although they are friendly. Location is slightly remote and the road there is very narrow. Lift is for "half floors", i.e. you always have to take a few steps - not for handicapped
