“ It is not so near to old town but it is just across the bus terminal which we needed to get on the bus at 06:00 o'clock in the morning to pass to Shkodra, Albania. Heating was good enough to sleep. ”

If you just want to transfert via Ulcinj and stay here one night., This hotel is a good choice. It's pposite the bus station, near the supermarket. And the food in the restaurant of hostel is very delicious. The shower

We chose Hotel Prego as it was close to the bus station and we were just staying one night in transit. The hotel itself was nice and rooms modern. There was no reception, you have to go into the restaurant nextdoor and they will call someone to get you in. The guys at the restaurant were nice and food tasty and cheap. No reception, so nobody to assist you. Balcony needed a bit of a cleanup, no furniture on it.

Znakomita kuchnia Dostalismy inny pokój, niz ten, który był w ofercie. Nie działał odpływ wody w brodziku (woda spływała dopiero po kilkunastu minutach). Właściciel na prośbę, żeby coś z tym zrobić, odpowiedział, że wszystko jest ok, to "wina systemu". Nie chciało nam się dyskutować z panem, więc prysznic braliśmy w zaprzyjaźnionym sąsiednim hotelu. Niedopuszczalne, zwłaszcza w środku lata, kiedy prysznic się bierze kilka razy dziennie. Nie polecam.

Vrlo ugodan jeftin hotel kao stvoren za proputovanja s obzirom na neposrednu blizinu autobusne stanice. Ljubazno osoblje i čistoća na zavidnoj razini Za nekog tko namjerava boraviti u hotelu više dana, hotel je vjerojatno predaleko od plaže i stare jezgre...

We had a huge problem on arrival: There was no open reception so we had to go to Restaurant Prego downstairs to enquire about the reception opening (we arrived at 4pm and the website says 24h reception anyway..) The restaurant staff told us they coukd act as reception as they had keys for the rooms but, of course, they didn't know of our booking and moreover were contesting the price we were quoted on the website (17€ for 2 people with breakfast) They wanted us to pay 50€. We insisted that our confirmation said 17€ for the room. So they kept haggling and "offered" 17€ per person (!) They started to get irritated and unfriendly. The group of waiters grew around us. Once we got the wifi to work (it took quite a bit and it was pretty awkward) we showed them our confirmation with the price that was quoted. One of the staff (there were 3 around us at this stage) angrily slammed our change on the bar. We arrived in the room and it was freezing. The heater wasn't working well, the wifi wasn't working at all, no shower curtain or toilet paper in the bathroom. Total fiasco!!! We intended to be brave and go back for a small breakfast the next day but the staff told us the kitchen was closed! I wouldn't waste my time there again
