The three staff are nice, and the location is good... ...but the room was cramped and noisy and not too comfortable.

This is a charming place. The rooms are not very big, but they have lots of character and the location is wonderful...in the heart of the old city. The breakfasts are excellent They were not able to take credit cards.

We were given at first apartment (upgraded from the hotel room) which clearly smelled for tobacco smoke. The next one smelled clearly for mould. The third one was okay by the smell, but there was some paint dropping from the walls etc, like in the other apartment rooms too. Bathrooms had been updated a bit, but still not very nice. One layer old glass windows won't isolate the noise from the street, but luckily there wasn't that much noise in the night time.

Great location right in the old town. Owner/Manager was very friendly and helpful. Excellent value for money, though I think I was given a bigger, better room than I'd booked due to being low season. I'd booked a single room, but what I actually got was more like a studio apartment with a king-size bed, sofa, huge flat screen TV etc. Kotor itself is a gorgeous little town. Make the effort to climb up to the fortress for amazing views. Everything was good.

The best location just in the center of the Old Town of Kotor. Amaizing view from the room on the mountains and streets. Special thanks to the owner for the transfer, delicious breakfasts and original dinners, and of course for the friendly atmosphere!

Waiter/barmen Milan was very friendly and helpful, eager to help in any situation we needed! We have hardly seen the owners of the hotel but it didn't trouble us! No central heating

Nothing - do not stay here! Was meant to stay for 2 nights but I left after one awful night. Wasn't made to feel at all welcome. According to my booking I was meant to have a double room for single use with a view onto the square. What I actually got ws a room with three single beds which only had a skylight which was covered with something, so there was no natural light in the room. It was right under the roof, so it was impossible to stand up by the beds. The bathroom obviously hadn't been cleaned and the plumbing was ancient and difficult to control. I'm not a tall person, but I couldn't stretch out in the bed without my feet hitting the board at the end of the bed. For some bizarre reason there was a glass panel above the doors to the room and I had one idiot who was knocking on the next door room climb up and look into my room, so I didn't feel I had any privacy. In the morning the breakfast choice was so limited I told them not to bother and left in disgust. For my second night I stayed in the nearby Hotel Marija which was much higher quality and at a lower cost. If going to Kotor, do not stay at Hotel Rendez Vous.

Good location We booked a suite, which was supposed to have a double bed and a double sofa bed, but when they put us in the room (which was next to the owners dining and kitchen - that we walked past) it only had one double - as a brother and sister, this wasn't great. When we mentioned we were brother and sister, they moved a single bed from next door in for us, which was very nice - but not what we paid for. Also, wifi was down and from the way they spoke it ha been down for a while - you could still access it in the courtyard restaurant - but I usually like to check my emails etc while I'm lying in bed comfortable - not with people bustling around next to me.

Good price, excellent location, friendly staff. It is situated in the very heart of Kotor. You can hang out in the old town as long as you want. Hotel staff is very friendly and ready to help. We really liked this hotel and can recommend it if you'll visit Kotor for a couple of days or even more. We didn't looked for them, everything was OK.

Location is great. Breakfast is great for English breakfast lovers. Staff are very helpful (as all local people). Lunch and dinner options are simple but very tasty. Shower cabin was not very clean. In general, room needs renovation, but it is not very critical, it is no luxury hotel anyway.

We've chosen this hotel for our honeymoon and didn't regret) the best hotel staff, very friendly and helpfull, great food (as everywhere in Kotor), cute and clean rooms. If you travel in Kotor, don't think that you'll see big hotels and big rooms, but be sure it will be the most cozy and homelike atmosphere) thank to stuff for little surprise in our room))

It is a very cute hotel in the middle of the old town. We spend a few euros more and got the suite, which was in a small seperate building with one suite on every floor. We really loved the admosphere of the room and felt very comfortable to stay there.

Great location near the Northern Gate inside the Old Town of Kotor. Hearty breakfasts in the Rendez Vous cafe in the square. Friendly staff. Good air conditioning During our stay we couldn't get on the wifi at all, and at the end of the stay we couldn't pay with credit card as the connection was down. I'm sure this is not the hotels fault and they were very apologetic for the incovenience. Stayed there four nights and they didn't clean the room or refresh the towels after day 2.
