I liked the location of the hotel because it is near the beach and very close to the long sandy beach, services are very good, professional and friendly. The rooms are very large modern furnished and very clean. The rooftop terrace was the most beautiful and so relaxed. We stayed in September and the temperature was perfect. I will definitely be back again, a good option

Great place to stay in Ulcinj! Near the Great Beach (Velika Plaza) and near stores and restaurants. Staff is highly helpful, they provide everything you need to make your stay pleasant. After a long an hot day I would recommend everyone to lounge at the rooftop bar!! It's amazing! Surely worth to visit again! Cheers from the Netherlands!

Excellent service and very, very helpful Manager. He was so helpful, he could even park my car when it was difficult in undergroung parking. Great value for money!

Very good hotel, especially for its money. Not far from the sea (800-900m) - about 7min walk, there are many restaurants by the way to the sea. The hotel is new, rooms are clean, comfortable (like on photos). The hotel is similar to ones of higher-value group, so Value for money ratio is very-very good. There is a small kitchen in the room and a personal balсony, and really big parking. A manager of hotel, Faro, is very courteous and ready to help in every possible question. I recommend this hotel very much, especially while it's new and prices are very competitive.

For this price I think it doesn't have real disadvantages. Perhaps if there is a personal safe in a room, it'd be good.

Very comfortable hotel with an amazing rooftop. Design rooms for an affordable price : we paid 80€ for 2 nights. The hotel is brand New and the staff was Very friendly.

-raportul calitate-pret foarte bun. -conditii de cazare foarte bune si posibilitatea de relaxare pe terasa de deasupra cladirii -parcarea proprie la parterul cladirii -pozitia intre doua plaje de nisip,Velika plaza la aprox 800m,de 14 km lungime si Mala plaza,la 3,5 km in orasul nou,cu posibilitatea deplasarii cu autoturismul,fara taxe de parcare -amabilitatea,disponibilitatea si discretia administratorului

Nagyon kedves ,figyelmes volt a fogadtatas,a szemelyzet baratsagos ,rendkivul keszseges!Az apartman tiszta,kenyelmes,modern,minden a nyugalmas pihenest szolgalja ,es a tetoteri terasz csak fokozza a joerzest!Koszonjuk!:)

Struttura nuovissima.l'appartamento ampio pulito modernamente arredato in una posizione comoda e silenziosa.Lo staff gentilissimo .Rapporto qualità prezzo imbattibile.

Non ho rilevato niente di particolarmente negativo tenendo conto del prezzo ..

Curatenia camerei a fost ok in momentul in care ne-am cazat, la fel a fost si personalul in momentul sosirii noastre. Un raport calitate pret rezonabil pentru ceea ce ofera insa eu unul nu as mai sta niciodata aici.

Distanta de aprox 2 km intre hotel si prima plaja (nicidecum 600m cum spun in descriere), reteaua WI-FI functioneaza extrem de slab, nici macar o singura data din cele 4 zile in care am fost acolo, nu am gasit pe nimeni la receptie, (chiar si atunci cand am ajuns am fost nevoiti sa sunam la interfon ca sa coboare cineva), au intrerupt alimentarea cu apa cu aprox. 1 ora inainte de ora anuntata (drept urmare am fost surprins sub dus plin de sapun).

We stayed in the apartments twice. We love it because the rooms were very large, comfortable, clean and with modern decoration. Apartments are found easily. He was only 5 to 10 minutes walk from a magnificent beach, restaurants and shops. They have very good price. Apartments have a covered parking and roofgarden bar. We will go back again for soor.

No info or map of the town, which made it hard for us to move around. Also location is a bit far from center.

Great value for money. The room was big. The stuff is very nice and helpful. We had a great time on rooftop terrace in the morning and at the end of the day.
