Rosic Apartments  

Lovely place, we were treated like friends. We'll come again for sure.

Really friendly owners Apartments are very clean and comfortable 2 min walk to the sea There is a very nice restaurant 5 min away (great food and very good value for money)

The hotel is excellently located, good for quiet and family holidays. Rosic family is very friendly and ready to help. Rooms are clean and well equipped. The pebble beach is near the apartments.

We liked everything. One suggestion - Microwave in the apartment will be good addition :)

Probably one of the best places to stay in the area. Everything in our apartment was new and shining clean, sturdy, in perfect order. It is spacious enough for 4 people, huge balcony with chairs and a table, more than enough towels, etc., Owners are really nice, helpful and friendly people, amazingly good coffee too. Wi-fi is reliable and free, although it works best on the balcony of the apartment - but that's were I prefer to work anyways. The location is really superb - the sea is some 20 meters away, and ponto Seljanovo - a small peninsula with nice pebble beach - is just 2 minutes away. If you plan on staying in Boka Kotorska, yet don't rent a car, but would like to visit the actual beach daily, this is one of the best places to go. There are some nice restaurants/cafes just a few minutes away, with HUGE plates of food, typical Crnogoska size (each more than enough for two). There is also small shop right next to the apartments and a bigger supermarket some 10 minutes away. Green market is just a little farther, Nice watermelons there ^_^ And of course, Porto Montenegro is just 12--15 minutes way by foot. Worth visiting. .

I can't really think of anything. Well, I would prefer to have wi-fi connection in second bedroom as well, but, really, no big deal.

The location, the sea-view, the apartment itself - we felt as if at home

Great accomodation: the appartment is spacious, new, clean and very quiete. The family is very friendly and always ready to help. Location of the appartment is excellent: very close to the beach (1 minute walk) and short walk to the city centre and close to Porto Montenegro (10 mn walk). I highly recommand this place.

It is impossible to find the appartment since the are no street names in Tivat. The best thing to do is to call the family and the person comes to meet us.

Apartment was spacy and with good equipment. It was pretty close to port of montenegro.

In apartment for 4 persons there is only one aircondition in the living room. Too many apartments and people around in this area.

Nice place

I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again. The apartment was spacious, very clean with everything we required. We had water views from our balcony, the owners were lovely, they stay up waiting for us to arrive and were friendly, quick and efficient in showing us around and pointing us in the right direction for food. It would be perfect for a longer stay to explore Kotor Bay and the surrounding area.

The only thing I can fault the apartment is finding it. It isn’t signposted yet and it is up what looks like a driveway behind another building.

Very friendly owners. Modern, only built 2 years ago, very clean. Fit out of rooms and furniture excellent. Satellite tv. Good location next to beach and sea. Plenty of beach restaurants & cafes nearby.

Замечательные апартаменты, очень доброжелательные хозяева. В округе есть все необходимое, до моря 50 метров. Настоящий sea-view с балкончика.

прекрасное тихое место для семейного отдыха, замечательные хозяева и огромные апартаменты с видом на море. владельцы очень хорошо говорят по- русски и предлагают по утрам вкусный кофе с печеньем. поблизости есть всё необходимое для семьи с детьми – супермаркет, несколько бюджетных ресторанов (рекомендую завтраки в Big Ben), пляж буквально в минуте ходьбы от дома.

не очень устойчивое Internet-соединение, но это критично только для тех, кто много работает в поездках.

Это было незабываемое путешествие во многом благодаря доброжелательным владельцам апартаментов, комфортным условиям проживания. Все было на высшем уровне. Когда мы оказались в трудной ситуации, Момо и его жена оказали нам неоценимую помощь. Недалеко от отеля располагается пляж, ресторанчики, магазин. С балкона номера открывается чудесный вид на море, горы, порт Монтенегро. В номере есть все необходимое для комфортного проживания.

Нам понравилось гостеприимство всех Росичей - Марко, Йванки и их сына Йвана, их желание и умение помочь в самой нестандартной ситуации. Очень мудрые люди, которые высоко чтут статус гостя. В Черногории своеобразная медицинская помощь, вам придется полдня переговариваться со страховой компанией, чтобы узнать в какой город и по какому адресу вам надо подъехать, если, конечно, случай страховой. Мы к такому не привыкли, в помощи нуждались очень, и Росичи сделали для нас всё, чтобы "спасти", и спасти не только нас, буквально через пару дней стало плохо постоялице с небольшим сроком беременности, ей нашли врача и лично отвезли на прием, хотя время было позднее, где сделали все анализы и назначили лечение. Прекрасно проведя отпуск в Черногории, уезжали мы от Росичей с радостью, потому что знали, обязательно вернемся, ведь нас тут ждут.

Большие и удобные апартаменты. Спальня, гостинная, кухня (с посудой), обеденная зона - всё необходимое в номере есть. Рядом пляж, кафе и небольшой магазин. До аэропорта 10 минут на такси, поездка обошлась около 5 евро. Хозяева очень приятные и гостеприимные люди. Спасибо!

1. Хорошее расположение относительно пляжей 2. Комфорт в номере-свежий интерьер, качественная мебель, кухня со всем необходимым. 3. Вид из окон в сторону гор 4. Приветливое отношения хозяев 5. Достаточно тихое, спокойное местрасположение-хотя там везде тихо.
