Before going to Montenegro we had read lots of positive reviews of Rosic. When we came there it turned out that everything was even better than we had expected. Our apartment was on the upper floor, the balconies were facing to both sides, so we enjoyed the excellent view of their famous combination: sea+mountains+red tiled roofs. There was a feeling of having “a lot of air”. The apartment was spacious, with a good layout (there were five of us: my parents, my husband and son, and we didn’t disturb each other). The rooms were cosy, very clean and comfortable, with all the facilities. Their tap water is good, hot water is very hot (having a shower was a real pleasure). The towels and bedclothes were changed regularly. The yard is very green, there are orange, lemon and pomegranate trees there. Parking is available.
The owners (Momo and Yovanka) are very friendly, warm and kind people. They are always ready to help. They did everything to make our stay convenient, and did it with grace and natural kindness. They find time to have a talk with elderly guests about life, to tell something pleasant to the youth or to entertain children. By the way, Yovanka is a former nurse. She has a very beautiful smile. Momo and Yovanka always treated us with something delicious. They are very hospitable people.
Our nice hosts also gave us good advice on excursions, shopping and eating out. According to their advice, we had dinners and suppers in “San” hotel (just a minute walk away). The food was balanced and varied, no fastfood. Most of all we liked cevapi (their national dish). The portions were big. Dinner (bread, salad, soup, main course)cost 4.5 euro, supper cost 3.5 euro. For breakfast we bought fresh bread and tasty buns and rolls at the nearest bakery. We came to Montenegro in August, it was the best time for figs, watermelons and peaches, they were great.
