As we booked 'out of season' the hotel was remarkably quiet and we virtually had the indoor pool complex and gym to ourselves. Breakfasts were very good with a huge choice. Not able to bring own food into hotel - water should be allowed and tea and coffee should be available and complimentary in the rooms. |

Sehr schöne Lage am Strand von Budva. Das Hotel ist äußerst elegant eingerichtet und bietet 2 tolle Restaurants mit erstklassiger Küche. Wir waren schockiert über den Gesamtzustand des Hotels und der gesamten Anlage die angeblich erst 2 Jahre alt ist. Die Lage ist einmalig - gebaut und eingerichtet wurde mit teuersten Materialien. Dafür ist das Hotel äußerst schlecht gepflegt und gewartet. Bei genauem Hinsehen zeigen sich überall im Haus Pflege und Reparaturmängel. Auch die Zimmerreinigung wird überhaupt nicht kontrolliert und dementsprechend schlampig ausgeführt, das haben wir so in keinem 5Sterne Haus erlebt !! Schade um das viele Geld das hier investiert wurde - wenn das so weitergeht ist die Anlage in 5 Jahren komplett zu renovieren. |

E' effettivamente il miglior Hotel in Montenegro. I bicchieri in camera non venivano cambiati e se prelevati non venivano rimpiazzati. Consumazioni con prezzi troppo alti. Servizio in camera 20€ eccessivo! Il sistema di interruttori delle luci in camera da manicomio! |

Este un hotel bun, dar pretul este mult prea mare raportat la serviciile oferite. In plus, respectul pentru client lasa de dorit. Spre exemplu, in barul de la nivelul receptiei, astepti cel putin zece minute pana ti se aduce o cafea. Reducerea tarifelor, imbunatatirea serviciilor, oferta de sporturi. |

отель очень красивый, комфортный, чистый, с отличным бассейном и сауной. несмотря на наличие нескольких ресторанов и баров, возникла проблема с ужином.ресторан promenada очень разочаровал. |

Sehr schoenes Hotel, sauber, nete Personal... Fruestukszeit kann zbs. bis 11 h dauern. Um 19 h schliest der Pool - bis 22 h wurdete es im Sommerzeit super. Zimmertuere schliesen relativ laut. |
