Nice location, excellent views, actual 5* environment, fresh and stylsh. Very good breakfast with wide selection of dishes. A few glitches which are not supposed to be in the 5* hotel. Shower knobs in a few showers in the SPA were broken. I suppose the staff should be trained to check all equipment on the daily basis and fix it immediatelly. Bathrobe and towel hangers by the saunas were a few and very inconvinient, so that the guests had to hang their wet robes and towels on top of each other. It is not hygienical and guests often mix their bathrobes since they are all the same. This is strange, especially taking in account a lot of space available by the saunas entrances to allocate a lot more separated hangers. The signs in the elevators are almost impossible to read. In general, there is not enough signs to navigate within the hotel. |

everything save for food in the bars water ski was missing as the season was said to be ove though all the days it was sunshine and very good weather for water sports that were limited to jet ski and parasiling only... |

The facilities of the hotel are very good: there are two large swimming pools, aqua gym classes, easy access to the sandy beach and all the necessary utilities are made available. The ladies at the front desk should be more friendly with the guests. This would make them feel a lot better. |

Check in was very efficient and car taken away to be parked. Rooms were large, clean and bright. Pool and beach area were clean and well serviced.Cocktail bar had good pianist and great mojitos! Maybe a little impersonal-a big turnover of people and the building wasn't 'cosy'. Prices for food and drinks were expensive which is self defeating as guests used all the beach bars instead. |

The hotel is located nicely, and the private beach is fairly good. Rooms correspond to the ratinf of the hotel (5 stars). The reception staff are responsive and well-trained. The house-keeping service is virtually non-existant: trash is not picked up, guests need to ask for sheets to be changed, ashtrays cleaned, floors to be washed. The pool is dirty, the sand on the beach is not cleaned (not once during my 10-day stay), the staff at the pool bar are slow, rude and not service-minded. |

Just a lovely brand new (opening year 2007) luxurious hotel with gorgeous views directly on the sea. On the beach you will find a reserved deck chair plus excellent sunshades! Their pool is kind of wellness oasis, too and you can stroll along the beach just 5 metes away. The hotel staff - especially at the breakfast buffet - is really kind of incapable and insecure. That can't solve a single problem and you have to scream for coffee the entire morning. Never try to order a cappucino as they should educate their staff before letting them serving tourists....Since their is a nearby live joint, expect some noise until 01.00h at night. |

Very good buffet breakfast with lots of choice (although the same choice every day). Expansive clean beach -- much larger and with more space between cabannas than the other beaches. Always found a cabanna even when we didn't get to the beach until 11, although I believe the hotel was not fully booked, perhaps 2/3 or so. Beautiful pools. Nice rooms. The most important thing to understand is that while this is a 5* hotel, being in Montenegro, it's not the same 5*standard as others. It's about a 4* compared to most of Europe and less than that on service and amenities. But compared to others nearby, significantly better as in the Balkans, 4* usually equals 2* in most other places. Definately the case with one we stayed first night in Budva. "Gym facilities" - 2 small rooms with 2 treadmills, stationary bike, very very strange corded "tech" resistance gadgets that my husband (a true gym rat, couldn't figure out and knew was potentially damaging to use). Staff is borderline surly and works the Balkan system so that rich regionals and locals who push in front of you at reception, bars etc. like a breadline are catered to first. The maid "forgot" to clean our room 2 days in a row and when she did, it became our joke to see what we'd been so gracious to receive -- a bathmat this time - hurrah! Also, value for money wasn't good. We never ate in the hotel as everything there was ridiculously overpriced. Not too many wealthy but deal-driven Americans staying there for sure |

The buffet for breakfast and/or lunch a the main restaurant was delicious and varied. Ice-cream was especially tasty ! I liked the beach, the space between sunbeds allowed to have a little "privacy" and the japanese restaurant with music in the evening. Rooms were clean and comfortable, and mini bar had diet coke. Shops in the hotel offer beautiful outfits, and I enjoyed doing great shopping without going out.I haven't had time to indulge in massage or other beauty treatment, it will be for our next visit. service in restaurant and bar (3d floor) was a bit slow. |

As we booked 'out of season' the hotel was remarkably quiet and we virtually had the indoor pool complex and gym to ourselves. Breakfasts were very good with a huge choice. Not able to bring own food into hotel - water should be allowed and tea and coffee should be available and complimentary in the rooms. |

Очень хороший номер, красивое оформление, хорошее оборудование, сантехника, уборка каждый день,персонал не беспокоит, прекрасный спа, бани-4 вида, массаж, разные процедуры, закрытые 3 бассейна с подогревом, очень хорошего качества продукты из Черногории-фрукты, овощи и молочные продукты. Вечером живая музыка в ресторане "Променад"с прекрасным исполнением русских и зарубежных песен и мелодий.Хорошее время отдыха-сентябрь-не жарко, море теплое, вечера чудесные, а днем 29градусов. |

Отличный отель и пляж, но есть следующие проблемы: 1. При бронировании на booking.com было указано "гарантия лучшей цены", но не уточнялось вид на море или вид на город. При заселении был предложен вид на город, вид на море предложили за доплату. 2. При бронировании на booking.com было указано, что ужин предлагается за дополнительную плату 20 евр на человека. в действительности стоимость ужина 25 евр. на человека. 3. Троекратные обращения к персоналу и менеджменту отеля о несоответствии информации "гарантированной лучшей цене номера" заканчивались обещаниями уточнить проблему и прислать в номер сообщение, но никакой информации прислано не было! 4. Отель вполне достойный, один из лучших в Черногории. Очень комфортные номера и вкусные завтраки, удобнейшее расположение, хороший пляж и потрясающая природа. Есть небольшие нюансы, но в целом сервис на должном уровне. |
