There was an excellent receptionist there as we checked out and they had at least washed the linen, pretty much everything else was awful. This hotel is horrific. Do not book here. We booked a twin room and they tried to shove us in a double instead - we're good friends but not that good friends... The room we ended up in was vile. The bed linen was at least clean but everything else was filthy - the kind of filth when a room hasn't been cleaned for months (at least). A bug crawled out of my bed when I sat on it. It was unlcear whether our room locked or not so we slept in fear. However the most fearsome thing was the bathroom (which also didn't seem to lock) - I have never ever seen one that dirty. I didn't even want to wash my hands in it let alone anything else. I thank my lucky stars I only booked for one night there - we cleared out as soon as was possible.
