Apartments Petkovic is a perfect place for hollidays and relaks. It's localizated about 1 km away from the main road and a beach. The house has a big, nice garden so it's a perfect place for families witch children and people who likes nature. Each apartment has a balcony, kitchen and bathroom. All are clean, nice and good equipted. All with aircondition. The owners are very nice and helpful people. We love that place!!!! It's a little difficult to find it but if you have a map and you ask local people it's not a very big problem. Anyway if you go there from Kotor next to the airport is a pertrol station. You have to turn right just opposit the pertol station and go strait about one kilometer. You pass by small shop on the right and you turn left opposit the shop. You go strait about 100 meters and you are there :)

Studio Apartments Petkovic is near the airport Tivat. We can walk here by foot. The place-location of this hotel is very green and far away from noise. The hosts are young and very nice, it was easy and pleasant to talk with them. If you take a rent car, this place is ideal for rest! We thanks a lot our hosts for the transfer to the airport at 6 in the morning!

Extremely nice and friendly owners Ilija and his wife, it is level of hospitality, I never met! Welcome drinks of homemade rakija and homemade wine - excelent! The house is located with surrounding of the mountains, with breathtaking view. Tivat's beaches can be easily reached by bicycle (can be rented in town) or by car. The apartment equipped with good air-condition and Wi Fi reception was also acceptable. Recommend to everyone. Can buy a fresh fish in the local shops and market and grilled in evening in the fireplace.

The location was not on gps, so we got to Tivat and just ask locals in the gas station where to drive. Everybody was happy to help, so we found the appartment pretty easily.

'Family-friendly' place, nice people, clean and colourful rooms!

The room had everything we needed and a beautiful garden in front. The host was also very warm and everything about the stay was very nice, especially compared to other places we've been in Montenegro. I highly recommend it.

It wasn't very easy to find.

I liked that it had a garden with flowers, green grass and a few toys for children. It was afe to let the kids run outside. The owners were very friendly.

Personnel accueillant et souriant. Anglais Parfait. Petit prix. Parking.

Impossible a trouver même avec une bonne, carte, un gps et les coordonnées. Aucun paneau, aucune indication. La rue est immense et comporte des ramifications qui portent le même nom. Le propriétaire est pourtant au courant de cette difficulté puisque plusieurs avis le mentionnent, mais n'a affiché aucune pancarte... Le lit n'était pas fait. Aucune couette ni duvet à disposition. Tv hors service. Eau chaude aléatoire.

Ci siamo davvero trovati bene, anche il comunicare con I titolari dell'appartamento è stato semplice visto che conoscono bene l'inglese e anche un pò di italiano. Pulizia ottima. Riteniamo la posizione ottima perchè anche se leggermente decentrata dal centro di Tivat è immerso nel verde ed è molto rilassante, inoltre si trova su una laterale della strada principale del Montenegro e l'areoporto di Tivat è a pochi chilometri ma non c'è alcun disturbo dovuto agli arrivi e partenze degli aerei.

Appartamento pulito anche se non molto spazioso. Ottima posizione per raggiungere Kotor e le principali spiagge. I proprietari sono stati straordinariamente gentili e disponibili con noi (fichi freschi al nostro rientro dal mare, grappa e caffè alla turca). Consiglio caldamente questa struttura a chiunque.

Pensiunea este amplasata la poalele muntelui cu acces facil la lacul Kotor 5 km și 6 km la M Adriatica. Vila este construita cu foarte mult bun gust si cu materiale de calitate inalta, finisaje moderne si durabile. Pensiunea are o curte mare cu livada de portocali si lamai și parcare pentru autoturisme. Apartamentul este foarte generos cu living si bucatarie open space dotata cu TOT ce este necesar (de la tacamuri la cafea, scobitori, ceai, servetele, prosoape, etc), dormitor imens și baie moderna (cabina dus din sticla). Proprietarii foarte amabili si serviabili (seara la un pahar de vin, placinta). BRAVO sigur voi mai reveni.

La aceasta pensiune nu mia placut ca timpul a trecut foarte repede. Sincer nu am gasit ceva care sa ma deranjeze. Si cred ca am calatorit destul si foarte diversificat.

Доброжелательные хозяева, тихое место вдали от города, детская площадка, большая территория.

Отель расположен далеко от моря надо иметь машину.

уютный коттедж с апартаментами. красиво оформеленный двор с навесами и столиками. на кухне есть плита, холодильник. в комнате - кодиционер, телевизор. в ванной - душевая кабиннка. хозяева приветливы и доброжелательны.

удаленность от "цивилизации". без машины очень неудобно.

номер напоминает летний дачный домик с небольшим, давольно приятным садом, в котором растут симпотичные кусты роз и пару лимонных деревьев. идти куда-то пешком, на море к примеру, довольно далеко, но аэропорт в 5 минутах на такси. напротив есть мааааленький «маркет», там мы купили домашний мед, сказали из личных запасов. кто-то писал в отзывах про указатель «школа», так вот сейчас он валяется на обочине, так что будьте внимательны при поисках отеля. поворот налево сразу за маркетом. хозяин обещал вызвать такси до аэропорта, но напутал время, ждали долго и нервничали, хозяин же был убийственно спокоен и только улыбался. зато приветлив весьма! все что нужно можно спросить у хозяев. понадобился фен – нет проблем. интернет был.. и неплохой…ну лучше чем во многих других отелях или кафе – он в принципе есть))) если погода теплая, то это место - неплохой бюджетный вариант.

het appartement maakt deel uit van een huis met een heerlijke tuin erom heen. Het wordt geregeld door een prettig jong stel dat helemaal bovenin woont. Je kunt in de zon ontbijten met uitzicht op indrukwekkende bergen. Je hebt eigenlijk wel een auto of fiets nodig om er te komen.

De inrichting is wat matig, vooral aan wat sfeerverlichting ontbreekt het. Keukeninventaris om heel uitgebreid te gaan koken is niet aanwezig, maar dat is vaak het geval volgens mij in appartementen langs de Dalmatische kust.
