Vila Danica  

Apartment was very neat and comfortable, everything listed on the site was provided to us. Transfer from the airport was free (though we had some kind of misunderstanding with the owner about it - we arranged it via e-mail, but he came to get us only after the call from booking.com company, whom we called after finding out nobody's meeting us at the airport). The store was located in the house next to us, which was very convenient.

Vila is 10-15 min away from the good beach and the center of the city. The air in the apartment on the 1st floor was very stuffed, but windows didn't have any kind of protection from mosqitos, so ac was the only salvation (but it kept turning off automatically and making weird noises). We were lacking information about services and other things, since the owner of the villa was the only staff member who spoke English, and he was away most of the time.

Everything!!!! When we arrived it was difficult to find anybody alive, the front door was locked. Finaly we found two ladies in nightrobes (it was about 1 pm); they were very surprised seeing us and they did not speak English. In our apartment there was no any soap and some of bathroom equipment were dirty. It was very difficult to move around the apartment, the furniture was too big for it: instead of dining table there was a small coffee table with huge armchair and sofa around it; it was not comfortable to eat sitting at the table. There was neither cattle nor coffee pot at all! The owner of the arartment told us that there were no buses from Tivat to Dubrovnik but there are busus! He lied to us!!! When I was taking a shower the system broke and very hot water started pouring onto my feet!!! I tried to intercept the flow of water but it was not possible. I rushed out of the bath room. The owner arrived and finally fixed the shower but he went into the shower basin in his shoes, the basin became very dirty but the owner sent nobody to clean the basin. We ran out of toilet paper very soon but there was no more. I can continue the list but I'd rather safe my time. And the owner put a plaque that his villa has 5 stars!!!

Quite comfortable and prety well furnished appartment. Loudary and ironing is self service, room cleaning on request. Villa is situated in 5 minutes walk from the wild beach and 1,5 km from the city centre. THe owner Ratko is very friendly and can advise other possible services in Tivat. Tivat itself is a small town suitable for family rest. For young and active people would be better to rent a car, one of the guys providing car rent: Nikola +068320634. We booked the hotel to spend 1 night before I go from Montenegro. I thought it's located close to the airport, so I could walk there easily. When we arrived there with my wife, we saw major refurbishment works on site, and we were told that there are no rooms available, so we had to look for another hotel nearby. There was no english-speaking staff to explain what happened and why. Outrageous. The location of the hotel is very strange - rather far from airport (there are no normal footways along the road), far from beaches and transport links.

Zdecydowanie nie polecam - obiekt w trakcie budowy (ostatnie piętro w budowie), brak parkingu, nie uporządkowana posesja (praktycznie plac budowy), wyposażenie I usługi niezgodne z ofertą - brak telewizji satelitarnej, internetu (przeważnie nie włączony ruter a jak jest włączony to bardzo słaby "sygnał"), bardzo liczne techniczne usterki - M. in. Uszkodzona kabina prysznica, czynna 1/3 oświetlenia, niekompletna pościel (brak prześcieradeł do przykrycia), brak kontaktu elektrycznego I papieru toaletowego w łazience, nie nadające się do użycia krzesła I stolik na tarasie, zbyt skromne wyposażenie aneksu kuchennego. Generalnie oferta obiektu ma znamiona oszustwa.

Хороший, удобный номер. Есть кондиционер, интернет.

Для аппартаментов мало посуды. Парковка во дворе на одну машину.

Относительно не далеко до пляжа, магазинчик с продуктами совсем рядом. Зона кухни и холодильник - в отдельной комнате, можно закрыть дверь и спать без шума холодильника и запахов кухни.

Верхний этаж - в состоянии перманентного ремонта, поэтому послеобеденный отдых невозможен вообще. На второй день появился затхлый запах в ванной, что говорит о недостаточно хорошей вентиляции помещения. Резервуар для мыла был предусмотрен, но пуст. Кондиционер один на две комнаты и тоже не в спальне. Поэтому если закрыть дверь от шума холодильника, то охлажденный воздух тоже не будет доступен :) Кредитные карты не принимаются, что страшно не удобно. При поселении языковой барьер удалось преодолеть благодаря распечатанной бронировке - английский и русский хозяевами воспринимается с большим трудом.

очень учтивый и вежливый персонал. Всегда интересовались что нужно для комфорта. Интерьер приличный, в сравнении с апартаментами в этой ценовой категории. В номере есть компьютер, интернет. Всегда можно воспользоваться стиральной машиной на цокольном этаже, там же есть гладильная доска и утюг.

За 2 недели уборка была 1 раз ( не очень хорошая, т.к. под кроватью осталось много пыли, которой мы дышали) полотенца менялись 1 раз, постельное белье не менялось. Отель достраивается, поэтому кругом много рабочих и строительных материалов

De ligging is correct omschreven . De kamer is heel netjes.

Bovenste verdieping van het gebouw is een werf , dus van s'ochtends tot 's avonds geluid .... van de werkmannen ! Het terras , de tuin ... geen privacy , de tuin is een plek voor de afval van de werf .....

мебель (кожаная), наличие в номере компьютера, хорошее постельное белье.

1. в той части города, где расположен отель, находится канализация, запах стоит соответствующий... периодически глаза слезятся от аромата отходов. 2. На вилле в настоящее время ведутся строительные и ремонтные работы. ОЧЕНЬ беспокоили шум перфоратора, и строительная пыль (см п.4). 3. До ближайшего пляжа 7-10 мин пешком, однако этот пляж дикий - нет кабинок для переодевания, отсутствует душ, много мусора. Ближайший приличный городской пляж на расстоянии 1 км. 4. За 12 дней проживания номер убирали 3 раза (2 из них по нашей просьбе). Постельное белье менялось 1 раз. Мусор выносили сами. 5. Заявленный бесплатный интернет оч медленный, компьютер постоянно думал. 6. При возникновении проблем хозяина виллы невозможно было найти. Проблемы решали сами как могли . 7. Номер очень темный минус 1 этаж, вид из номера не радует. 8. Заявленные 4 звезды тянут разве только на 2. 9. При бронировании все налоговые сборы были включены в стоимость проживания, однако при заселении хозяин виллы выставил дополнительный счет на городской налог (54 евро).

Appartment war gross und es war genuegend Platz vorhanden. Einrichtung ein wenig rustikal aber trotzdem angenehm.

Mitarbeiter / Besitzer koennen fast kein Englisch. Lage war nicht leicht zu finden. Das Gebaeude / Haus befindet sich derzeit im Umbau - man lebt de facto auf einer Baustelle mit Laerm (ab 07:30 frueh - auch Sonntags) und Staub. Einflugschneise des Flughafens ist vorhanden - so wie die gesamte Stadt Tivat.
