Location, setting. Very good value and owner was attentive. Wish could have been there longer. They have everything you could need, blow dryer, iron, tv's etc all in good condition. Would recommend it to anyone.

Newly renovated property in Prcanj about 15minutes taxi or bus from Kotor. Buses to town only €1 leaving from directly opposite side of road to Villa Prcanj. Plenty of nice places to eat nearby & not too expensive. Good quiet but friendly staff at Villa Prcanj. Good swimming in bay from small harbour wall outside hotel. Road along bay to Kotor is narrow & not a relaxing drive if you're hiring a car yourself. Take your time & ignore the horns which are just part & parcel of driving in Montenegro. Also beware of M Car Hire Kotor we had a less than satisfying experience with a 206 from there.

The location was fantastic. Its a solid walk into Kotor but its such amazing scenery that you don't care. It was great to relax right on the waters edge from the front of the hotel Only issue was the breakfast, It was very poor.

Kind stuff, enough space in the rooms, nice view from room terrace. There is the same breakfast every day: omelet, three slices of ham, two slices of cheese, bread, butter, jam, tea. Only one tv set of three in the room was working.

Excellent location, very nice and helpful staff, and nice and fully equipped rooms. I think anyone would greatly enjoy a stay. I am sure it is hard to find a similar place with the same great location, staff, and rooms. A clear 10+!!! The breakfast choice of tea or milk was disappointing (coffee needs to be paid for). On the other hand, nothing is perfect.....

It is really high standard hotel, very clean luxury rooms. The hotel is situated by the sea and after the breakfast you can easily jump into the warm water. The neighbourhood is beautiful - old church, lot of old stone houses, reastaurants, small shops in front of the hotel and bus stop. Breakfasts... It's not possible to choose what would you like to eat, every day is the same breakfast - eggs, sausages, slice of ham and cheese, jam and tea. If you wish a coffee or any vegetables (tomato, cucumber) you must pay additionally. You can have a feeling that you are for service/staff not the service for you.

Extraordinarily beautiful location on the Bay of Kotor and a perfect place to return to after a day of touring the villages around the string of bays. Or, a perfect place to just laze away the day with easy walks down the picture-perfect road outside and an unbelievable view from the patio or your room. Our suite on the second floor was extremely comfortable and clean. The Manager is attentive and welcoming - and, we were made to feel as tho we were guests at a private home. Great bakery, restaurant/taverns, and minimarts a stroll away. We will definitely want to stay here again.

Excellent stay, gorgeous waterfront location. Comfy beds and pillows and good breakfast cooked when you get up. Only downside is that staff availablity wasn't continuous throughout the day. This may be because its not the high season yet. Overall, highly recommend staying and we didn't want to leave

The Location is perfect. 4-5Km from Kotor. Perfect for walking or cycling. Very beautiful cost line build with old style stone houses. BlueBus line also can take you to Kotor every 20-30min for 1-2 Eur. Personal is very kind and observant for your needs. Free parking available. The best value for money. Top level rooms are with very small windows and kind of choky so I recommend to take the apartments on 1st or 2nd floor. WiFi does not work on top floor.

Rustig, aardige ligging direct aan de baai van Kotor. Eigen parkeerplaats. Zwemmen in de baai, vanaf eigen terras. Leuke restaurantjes in de nabijheid. Goed ontbijt. De bereikbaarheid van het hotel is niet optimaal. De weg erheen is vanaf beide richtingen gevaarlijk smal met weinig uitwijkmogelijkheden. Onze kamer op de bovenste verdieping (geen lift) had een douche en een wastafel die veel te klein waren. Op de kamer was ook nauwelijks bwegingsruimte en de ramen zaten zo hoog dat het beloofde uitzicht op zee wat lachwekkend overkwam.

Отличное расположение: пляж, супермаркет, пекарня, кафе, автобусная остановка в 5-10 метрах от отеля. Отель фактически не управляется. Управляющий (хозяин?), который даже не назвал своего имени, ничем себя не утруждает, и живет в полном соответствии с 10-ю черногорскими заповедями: он рожден усталым, и живет, чтобы отдыхать! В том числе и от туристов... Никакой информации и помощи от него не дождешься, и даже такси не вызовет! Любая просьба вызывает раздражение! Ресторан и бар не работают, в 21-00 двери уже все на замке, и если вдруг вышел без ключа, то есть все шансы заночевать на улице. Звонка на входной двери нет. Собственно никакой заявленной круглосуточной рецепшен также нет. Равно как и рыбалки и пр. Отвратительный Wi-Fi. Ловит только в столовой. Скромные завтраки: даже кофе не дают! Пляж - проходной двор. Персонал никак своих постояльцев не оберегает от незваных гостей. Резюме: хотите окунуться в непередаваемую атмосферу ненавязчивого советского сервиса - значит вам пора на виллу Прчань!

Konum mükemmel ; Kotor'a 5 km mesafede huzur dolu, sakin bir ortamda, tertemiz ve personelin ilgisi çok iyi.. Araç park yeri ve WiFi ücretsiz, hemen yanında deniz kenarında restoran bulunuyor..

It is built on the beach and has an amazing view on the Kotor Bay. It is clean enough. It is about 4 kilometres from the town of Kotor and the road that leads there is very very narrow and needs extra attention. The breakfast is very poor with some jam and an omelette and two slices of cheese and tomato. Despite the fact that the attic is spacious enough there is no place to put the suitcases. Our bathroom wad very small and has an awful smell.

la villa est très jolie, petite terrasse au bord de l'eau. le personnel de l'hotel n'est pas serviable, on avez l'impression de les déranger avec nos questions! le petit déjeuner ne peut etre servis sur la terrasse, c'est dommage. Pas de café ou de jus d'orange pour le petit déjeuner. la chambre est petite pour le tarif.

La vue sur les Bouches de Kotor, et le quai -terrasse pour la baignade ouvprendre un verre devant le panorama; le calme, la gentillesse du personnel. Prévoir une enseigne lumineuse, nous sommes arrivés de nuit et l'identification de l'hôtel étn'a pas été évidente. Attention! Un seul vrai gros point négatif, le parking, où nous sommes donc arrivés de nuit: aucun éclairage et sol inégal, divers trous dans le revêtement, dont une bouche d'égoût non couverte et non signalée en plein passage d'accès; de quoi casser un essieu. Take care....!

MOlt bona ubicació, al costa de la badia de Kotor. Pots banyar-te i estirar-te a les amaques. Aire acondicionat a les habitacions. Aparcament al costat de l'hotel sense cap cost adicional. Pots fer moltes excursions i visites a tots els pobles de la badia de Kotor, i anar amb barca. Tranquil, i magnifiques vistes a la badia des de l'habitació.

Emplacement privilégier ,vue magnifique du golfe de Kotor,exposition au soleil toute la journée ,accès à l'eau en bout de terrasse. éQuipements corrects((climatisation,frigidaire,téléviseurs),neufs.Literie confortable,propreté des locaux et du linge (draps amidonnés). Accès Wifi fonctionnel. Fauteuils,parasols à disposition . Localisation délicate car enseigne en hauteur cachée par un arbre en venant de Kotor. Accueil simple mais service inégal notamment pour le petit déjeuner limité en choix ,contenu correct cependant,mais café en supplément et pas le choix du thé. Difficulté de compréhension ?,début d'activité ou de saison car nous étions les seuls clients.
