Beautiful room!

The jacuzzi didn't work!

The staff were very friendly, the location was very central, the room nicely furnished & large and the mini bar prices reasonable.

1)I booked this hotel as the rooms were said to have spa baths or hydro massage showers. Our room was large enough to have had a large & luxuriuos bathroom, however we had a tiny & very basic shower room with no room to move and nowhere to put anything without it getting in the way. Very disappointing. 2)The bar downstairs was extremely noisy playing irritating Euro pop until 1am. We don't mind loud music as a rule but this Euro pop drove us mad.

It's location within a UNESCO World Heritage Site. The building was very old but renovated with all the modern conveniences The rooms were very elegant and beautifully decorated and included a lot of extras. The hotel was small and intimate and the staff were very friendly and helpful. .

The difficulty of getting luggage to the hotel. Because it was within the old city walls, cars cannot go inside and so there was some effort to get our luggage to the site. Once there, the lift was on the second floor and so luggage had to be carried up one flight of stairs. The doors shut and locked with a magnetic device but on one of the days we were there, there were problems with the power which kept shutting off and on. Whenever, the power went off, the doors unlocked and if we had been out, our room would have been open until we returned.

This hotel is in a great location for fun as it is located within the confines of the wall of the old City. There is plenty to do, great restaurants, live music, so much activity. For light sleepers because of the weekend music it could be disturbing but for me it was enjoyment. The staff was absolutely fabulous and took care of all of our needs. The design of the room was very romantic and spacious. I will stay there on all my trips to Kotor.

Parking

First of all we really appreciated the outstanding customer service we received from Sanja, one of the two girls we met at the reception (we didn't have possibility to interact with the other one, I guess also good at work). Sanja also speaks perfect italian and gave us in a proactive way (more than what we asked) all the information we needed, especially for our bike trip around Kotor. Moreover our room was perfect and really well designed and well furnished, up to now one of the best rooms I've slept in.

Breakfast could have been "larger", good products but it should be better to offer a buffet.

The hotel itself was nice. The room was very charming. Everything was clean and functional.

It was located in Old Town Kotor and during the summer with the many festivals happening, it was impossible to get sleep before 3 am. There was a club downstairs from our room and the beds were vibrating and the music was loud even with the windows shut.

The staff at the hotel were very friendly. Communication with the hotel before the trip was outstanding! They saw to it that all of my questions were answered and were very concerned about the comfort of our stay. Breakfasts were also outstanding. Our room was very romantic and made us feel special.

its position is perfect to explore Kotor and its neighborhood. rooms look noce, spaceful, staff are very helpful.

there are rooms which have both sides to streets. since there is still late night street trafic, these rooms are quite loud.

Great appartement with excellent views and charming decorations.

Bring or ask for ear plugs... for the loud music from the street on saterday night, and church clocks at seven a.m.

What I really dislike about the hotel - is noize outside late at night. But that problem you will have absolutely at all hotels in Kotor.

We were in room 2 which was really noisy as next to the kitchen but they moved us without complaint for no extra cost

Air con in room didn't work properly never for really cold. Don't understand the breakfast menu and in was very limited

The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful.

We stayed in the attic room which was great. We loved the layout:there was lots of floor space with the bed on a platform up a flight of stairs. The bathroom was beautiful, though a little small.

A little bit noisy one night - there was a live band outside the window, but it was good music so we didn't mind!

Charming small hotel with kind staff

I had very loud noise from a bar downstairs in the same building. Till 1 am the music was disturbing a lot. Have to say it was a Saturday though.

Great location, lovely room with very comfortable bed and quiet air con! There is a church nearby that tolls on the hour but I didn't think it particularly loud from within the room - I am a light sleeper and I slept well. We had one of the attic rooms, the bed on a mezzanine wasn't a surprise and so no problem for us (we liked it!) although if you're very tall the low beam may be a problem. Overall, we had a great stay.

We thought the breakfast was inconsistent and could have been better. The menu had a list of 8-10 things - on the first day we were told we could have one cooked option and one non cooked option (E.G. I had boiled egg and bread/jam, my husband had an omelette and some fruit) which was fine but on the second day we were told it was only one option from the list. I had a (very small) bowl of muesli and my husband just had some fruit. Not to be greedy but I don't think just these, or any of the other options by themselves, as a breakfast is what would be expected from a hotel of this price structure/star rating.

The location is excellent , the room was beautiful and well appointed and comfortable, the staff were very good , especially the girl who fixed the tv.She wodul know who she is , someone should snap her up as a pa!

Breakfast coudl do to be streamlined a littel , the htel does not have a dining room which is not a problem we ate on the balcony - but in your room might be better . I would however recommend this hotel to anyone !!

The studio attic apartment was quaint, with beautiful views of the city. The reception was extremely friendly and helpful. The hotel was super convenient to local restaurants and shopping.

Mainly the beauty of the hotel.but as 2 elderly couples the bedroom was almost impossible to sleep in.We were in studio the ceilling was near our heads the entrance to bed was very narrow .In all not agood experience for elderely people.

Receptions were very efficient and friendly. we liked the free parking which is just outside of the old city wall. the walk from parking with one suitcase is very easy. we enjoyed the loft room because of the sitting area was spacious and lovely. The room was very quite. the bed was very comfortable. Lovely large bathroom with a nice tub. we enjoyed our stay very much and would return.

The chairs in our room could be more comfortable. They look nice but not comfortable to watch tv. the tub and shower combination made showers rather messy because water went every where without a shower curtain. it is not a big problem.

Everything was wonderful, the staff are awesome, the location, the room, all of it!

Very well appointed room. Good lighting. Quality toiletries which included terry robes and slippers. Friendly, helpful staff. Good breakfast. A lovely terrace.

The two arm chairs were not the most comfortable on the lower back.

We were very happy to find Villa Duomo. From the moment we checked in at the reception they made us feel at home. The receptionist (I believe her name was Sonja) was newly hired, but was excellent, catering to our every need. The room was unique, giving you a feeling of life in the middle of the old city. Breakfast in our room was very nice. I would highly recommend this hotel without reservation.
