Very nice and cosy apartments - everything is new, functional and convinient. Besides, very clean. Very helpful staff. We really enjoyed the time spent there. The most important - WiFi does not work in the rooms, only near the reception. Absolutely no service in the rooms - no bedclothes changing, no trash throw out - as they consider their hotel as 'apartments'. That's not really important but anyway. The location is not so good - about 400 metres to the sea down the hill. And the nearest beach is not so good - it's 20 metres from the road and the sea is turbid. And unfortunately that seems to be the problem of all beaches in Risan. Although there are a lot of nice places to swim in another small town - Perast - which is 2 km from Risan.

Nice mountain surroundings. It's cose to the beach (about 300m). Basic, but spacious rooms with kichenetes and fridges. There is swiming pool for children in the yeard. Silent place, there is no so much people in this part of Kotor bay. Perast is 5 min by car, Kotor - about 30min. Very impresive nature, good places to swim. There is no room cleaning service. It's not a big problem of course:)

Bon hôtel dans une très belle région. Nous y reviendrons. Il faut payer l'intégralité du séjour dès l'arrivée, alors que l'hôtel dispose de vos numéros de carte bleue, et ce même si vous restez longtemps. C'est la première fois que nous voyons cela.

Az ágyneműt és a törölközőt három naponta tisztára cserélték, ami egy két csillagos apartman esetén dicséretes. A konyha felszereltsége nagyon hiányos, mondhatni az önellátást majdnem lehetetlenné teszi.

проживали 4 дня, в целом впечатление хорошее. татьяна, постоянно работающая и проживающая в отеле, помогает решить все проблемы. отправлялись на экскурсию в дурмитор, очень понравилось. до моря близко, платформы, песка нет. относительно легко добрать до других городов бухты, хотя автобусы ходят довольно редко, ждали 20-30минут. наш номер 3 был на 1 этаже, рядом детский бассейн, детей много, шумно (июль).

The rooms were dirty, the furniture was old and the beds were very small. No Wifi at all (only outside the door of the reception), they don't know English(or other). All the people of our group had the worst impression for this hotel.

The position is very good. You have a nice view on Boka Risanska Kotorska, a big room with all the facilities you need. A small balcony and a very small bathroom.
