Our villa is a renovated part of a 150 year old house. That portion of the house was ruined in a fire years ago, and we built it from the ground up in 2008/9.

The most important thing that you need to know about me is that I will do my best to help you with anything you need and make your stay at our villa the way you imagined.

From the parking of the villa you can follow a path that leads to an archaeological monument: Lipci Rock (200m) . Lipci Rock is an archaeological cultural monument of the second category, because it contains prehistoric drawings showing deer hunting scenes, a symbolic sign of the rising Sun, as well as some other symbols. These scenes, according to the scientific findings, do not only represent reality, i.e. illustrate hunting as an occupation, but also the symbolic and magical imagery related to it. The art on the Lipci Rock represents the most complete ensemble of prehistoric Balkan art, where distant epochs of the spiritual life of the inhabitants of Boka Kotorska Bay can be studied. The art at Lipci, created in the 8th century BC, is the second oldest on the Adriatic coast. Because of its chronological value and other significant values that provide us with knowledge about the past cultures, the drawings on the rock at Lipci deserves special attention.
