Super friendly staff, fantastic food, helpful attitude to families with children, beautiful landscape.

The mountain road is dangerously bad but manageable at day. Just don't take it at night.

The hotel right place for the rest... With a amazing food.. Everthing was delicious... The staffi svery welcoming.. the atmosphere is very nice, it feels like you're in your own home.. Next year I will back again in this hotel...

Nothing at all. This hotel is a nightmare. We never had such a bad experience before. We were so happy to leave after one night !

- The hotel is located around 20km away from the city. There is nothing in the surroundings. - Hotel staff is rude, not professional, antipathic, not Customer orientated at all, very difficult to find. They ignore us all along our stay and we were the only Customer that night... They don't speak a single word of English... - Wifi wasn't working in room n°1 (this is a well known issue but they don't care to fix it). - Room was absolutely dirty (hair, shit stains in the WC, dust, tobacco smell,...) and very noisy. - We wait 35 min to get the menu card for dinner and half of the dishes was not available ! - The breakfast: it was the cherry on the top of the cake. We wait 45 minutes to get a bread basket because the staff changes in the middle of the service... - Credit card terminal is not working properly (we should have left without paying... Our stay didn't worth a single cents anyway). If you want to have a LIVE NIGHTMARE, go to Vucje Hotel !

Nothing! It was the worst experience ever!

I don't think 300 words can describe the horrible experience we had. First of all, we checked in at 9.30 pm, after 45 minutes looking for the place! Had to phone to the hotel to get some directions... The place described on booking.com is actually 20 km away from the hotel! When I told this to the guy at front desk he said it was my fault and booking.com's fault, not his! Let me clarify that the front desk was empty and I had to search for the receptionist at the bar, who was drunk as it gets! I asked for dinner, because the closest restaurant was in the city 20 km away. He said it was ok, he would serve us.... 40 minutes after sitting in the restaurant without even being asked for order, I searched for the waiter(the same guy), he was drinking sitting at the bar... Completely wasted! We gave up and went to bed! The bed was dirty with hairs all over the sheets! And the bathroom garbage was full up to the top!!! Clearly someone was sleeping there and nothing was clean! Saved the best for last, as at 00.30 am a party started at the bar with crazy loud music.... People smoking in the hallways, wich because of very poor isolation made us feel like we were smoking ourselves in bed... Incredible! After one hour suffering with this we decided to leave the hotel! We left at 1.30 am, but we were still charged for the room. As before, I had to look for someone who would do the checkout, and when I found him, I couldn't believe it.... No English at all! Could barely stand, so drunk he was! I actually had to do the math for him so he could check us out! He did try to convince me to stay.... But after all what happened, I would rather sleep in the car.... At least there would be no tobacco smoke! I'm going to do a full complaint to booking after this!! Incredible that they are associated with such people!

Very impressive location amid mountains, 20km from the Niksic city at 1400 m above the sea level. Perfect for ski enthusiasts, who dislike overcrowded terrains of western skiing resorts. The place is accessible only by narrow winding mountain road, nothing for sunday-drivers. The lack of public traffic completes the isolation. The hotel interieurs are furbished in a pretty mountain-cottage style, with two big fireplaces in the dinning room, ideal for barbecue sessions. Other fireplaces are situated in the outside area near the hotel. During our stay the ski season was over, and thus we vere the only guests in the hotel. An absolute silence surrounds the place, especially by night. Unfortunately the hotel services ran on half speed (or even less). We stayed in nice apartement with bedroom, living room and bathroom with shower and separated toilet. WiFi connection was offered all around the hotel spaces free of charge.

The gps position of the hotel, given by Booking.com (and taken from the Google maps) is wrong for about 6km, so the place is difficult to find. The proper position is: 42°49´45,27" n, 019°04´14,15" E. We stayed two weeks continuously and the room was not made up one single time by the service staff - we had to do it ourselves. Central heating was out of service, we obtained two electric convective heaters.instead. One of them has had to be placed in bathroom to achieve comfortable bathing temperature Feeding the fireplaces by wet beech firewood caused the smoke smell all around the hotel inside. The catering offer was rather poor, probably due to the out-of- season time. Only the local cuisine was offered. The WiFi connection did not work in apartement No 1, but we were willingly offered another room, where it worked perfectly.

Das Abendessen war ok. Das Zimmer war auch ok (für Balkan-Verhältnisse).

Personal spricht null Englisch. Das Frühstück ist eher ein Witz. Im Bad riecht es ständig nach Kanal. Die Gastfreundschaft hält sich in Grenzen.

Mir i tisina,daleko od guzve i civilizacije. Ski staza dobra i odmah tu pored motela. Dobra domaca hrana i ljep ambijent u restoranu,prava zimska idila. Pravo mjesto za porodicni odmor koji imaju malu djecu.Docicu sigurno i drugi put !

Nemam primjedbe !

Food was very delicious.. rooms very clean and comfortable.. Staffs was very welcoming.. See you next year in Hotel VUCJE.. :)

Вежливый персонал, 2 больших камина в ресторане

Непонятно, почему администрация вообще разместила объявление о возможности бронирования. В отеле идет ремонт, отключено центральное отопление (на улице +5 С), нет горячей воды. Реакция персонала на наше появление - искреннее удивление, еще больше они были удивлены, когда мы остались (за день накатались по горам так, что сил не было ехать куда-нибудь еще). Еда в ресторане так себе, пиво только Бавария (спонсор отеля). Возможно, в сезон все совсем не так и нам просто не повезло, но я ожидала больше комфорта, учитывая не самую низкую стоимость проживания. Кстати, на карте отель отмечен не правильно.

Tipico hotel di montagna,se si va nel periodo invernale per andare a sciare è ottimo!

Das Personal ist sehr freundlich, die Küche bis 23 Uhr geöffnet, die Auswahl an Speisen und Getränken für die Lage ordentlich. Das Frühstück, im Preis inbegriffen, ist, wie man es vom Balkan erwartet, sehr reichlich.

Der äußerst schmale Kleiderschrank ist im Badezimmer deplaziert. Er gehört ins Fernsehzimmer.

Situation exceptionnelle : sur un haut plateau fleuri, au pied de montagnes superbes... Le personnel est très sympathique ...

Deux petits défauts : la plomberie est approximative (comme souvent au Monténégro !) et la sonorisation des lieux de repas : musique incessante, du matin au soir, sur les terrasses et dans les salles de restaurant : quel dommage, dans un lieux aussi paradisiaque, le silence serait plus agréable !

Lage in den Bergen (Skihotel); freundliches und bemühtes Personal.

Schwer zu finden (Bevölkerung spricht nicht deutsch und kaum englisch, sodass auch Fragen nach dem Weg erst nach mehreren Versuchen erfolgreich sind), etwas abgewohnt: Verständigung aus vorgenannten Gründen auch mit dem Personal nicht ganz einfach.,

Teniamos reservadas dos suites con baño incluido y solo tenian una, y como solucion nos ofrecieron dormir los 4 juntos o dos tenian q dormir en un zulo compartiendo baño con otra gente en el tercer piso sin ascensor.
