Definitely not 4 star - hotel a bit shabby. Too many cats in the kitchen.

Great location on Orient Beach, right next to hip scene of Bikini Beach with lots of restaurants and bars. Orient Beach is the best beach in St. Martin. Plenty of activities from sailing and windsurfing to masages on the beach. The hotel provides a nice breakfast every morning included in the pricing.

perfectly clean, large rooms (we had a second floor ocean view), great AC, bathroom, the whole hotel smells good (should've asked about their cleaning products!), great breakfast on a beautiful patio by the pool, friendly helpful service, the grounds are impeccably maintained, no bugs at all, also loved the complimentary toiletries. A hotel that's as comfortable as it is beautiful. Bed may have been just a little hard but i slept well every night and i would definitely go back! and this is from a picky traveler who doesn't even care for the tropics. also best spot on the beach. bars, restaurants highly recommend Coté Plage on the square.

The hotel is located close to the beach, th ebeach is th ebest among others on the island. Nature and building is beautiful, rooms are clean and comfortable.

The location of the hotel was perfect. It is a short walk to the public beach and close to restaurants. The staff at the hotel were all very friendly and accommodating. They made our reservations for us, suggested different activites and gave great directions.

I expected the beach and restaurants on the website to be part of the hotel which they were not. I think it was misleading, but there were no issues as everything was so close to the hotel. I also was disappointed that the hotel did not serve pool drinks or drinks in general. Again, just a little misleading, but the beach bars were fun. However, they closed very early.

La ubicación del hotel....y los gatos que había

Habíamos hecho una reserva por 14 días, pero ya desde nuestra llegada no había agua en el hotel, ni siquiera para lavarse los dientes. La recepcionista, de nombre Geraldine fue muy descortés en su atención y ante nuestro reclamos por la falta de agua manifestó total indiferencia, sin explicar qué sucedía. Internet no funcionaba en la habitación que nos dieron.Nos cambiaron de habitación, a una que daba directamente al lugar que funcionaba como desayunador. Eso quitaba totalmente intimidad a la habitación. Si queríamos que no nos vieran debíamos correr las cortinas y permanecer a oscuras o prender la luz a pleno día.Al cuarto día tuvimos que mudarnos de hotel, no se puede ofrecer como de primer nivel un lugar que no tiene agua corriente asegurada para los huéspedes. Nos mudamos a otro hotel, muy cercano que tenía agua corriente, era de otra categoría, mucho mejor, y de menor precio. Tenemos la peor opinión posible del Alamanda Resort

Es un hotel de playa con muy buena ubicacion, gran cordialidad en el trato para con sus huespedes, reune las condiciones para pasar una relajadas vacaciones.-

L'accueil,la disponibilité de tout le personnel ainsi que leur gentillesse et leur sourire,la propreté,le calme,la vue(chambre à l'étage),la qualité du petit déjeuner, bref,nous sommes très satisfaits de notre séjour(10 nuits fin janvier).

Nous avons regretté l'équipement un peu sommaire de la kitchenette(mais nous n'avons rien demandé!)

La posizione a due passi dalla spiaggia e l'ambiente tranquillo e familiare.

Nella piazzetta vicina al resort ci sono alcuni ristoranti, anche buoni, purtroppo la sera c'è un gruppo musicale che suona ad un volume troppo alto con I suoi bassi che rimbombano nelle strutture dell'hotel, disturbando chi vuole dormire e rovinando l'atmosfera di calma che ci dovrebbe essere sentendo solo il rumore del vento e delle onde.

En general me gustó. Hubo que resolver el problema de la cortina de baño que era muy corta y el agua se salía hasta la cocina. La cambiaron y pusieron una más larga, pero la cortina no es lo suficientemente ancha para evitar que el agua salga. Las hornillas de la cocina no prendían. Reclamé y lo solucionaron.

Reclamé y lo solucionaron. Creo por el precio que pagué por la habitación diariamente de US$ 435,50 más $17,42 de impuesto, total $452,92 esto no debería de suceder.

Beddden kunnen beter evenals douchegordijnen. Ontbijt is er één van uitersten, of op zn Frans uitgekleed of met bijbestellen en dan is het teveel. Simpele variant mag iets uitgebreider.

Grandes chambres. Coin cuisine. Gentillesse et serviabilite du personnel. Proximite de la plage.

La television. petite et flou. Programmes en panne. C est nul. Climatisation un peu juste.

Het personeel is erg vriendelijk. De locatie is perfect, aan het strand en op loop afstand restaurant en een klein supermarkt. Accomodatie is schoon, mooi en pitoresk.

Niets viel tegen.

La situation au bord d'une plage de sable fin avec mise à disposition de parasols et transats gratuits, bordée de cocotiers et possédant de multiples restaurants pour déjeuner. L'accueil chaleureux et la bienveillance du personnel ainsi que son sens commercial, la réception h24. La chambre était vaste (duplex) bien équipée, avec terrasse et chaises longues en teck, kitchenette permettant de réchauffer un plat et réfrigérateur.La propreté est parfaite. L'hôtel est dans un domaine sécurisé assez vaste composé de quelques hôtels et résidences le tout dans un style tropical harmonieux.

Quelques rafraîchissements de peinture ici et là à prévoir (en cours à priori). Nous aurions préféré un petit déjeuner buffet quoique déjà bien complet. Les commerces à proximité sont restreints aussi une voiture est préférable sans toutefois être indispensable, l'hôtel s'en charge pour un prix très modique.
