Grand Case Beach Club  

Fabulous place to relax and enjoy the Caribbean atmosphere. Sunset Cafe food excellent, staff extremely efficient, as well as the hotel staff.

The location is superb, and the cleaning staff first rate. The bar staff and restaurant staff were extremely friendly and efficient.

Continental breakfast was poor. Needs fresh juice, fruit, perhaps some yoghurt. Office staff failed to make a dinner reservation on two occasions, and failed to make a massage reservation. Aside from handing out keys and taking the money, they did little else.

Location. The facilities have been newly remodeled. The restaurant is excellent.

Sunset Cafe on site.very much improved since last visit.easy access to restaurants on Grand Case.housekeeping staff very prompt and friendly.

Great location, comfortable, spacious rooms.Staff was very friendly and pleasant. They were just finishing renovations so small finishing touches needed .in their guest services, but overall very comfortable and pleasant and gorgeous views and sunsets.

The breakfast was skimpy, and poor presentation , Staff was very lovely but the food and presentation could use some help. Very expensive for the quality.

The view was spectacular and the room was beautiful. Perfect in every way. We will definately stay there again on our next trip to St. Martin.

Bom hotel com estrutura de quartos com boa infraestrutura de apoio, principalmente os studios que possuem cozinha bem equipada. Pessoal da limpeza e arrumaçao muito bons com presteza.

O que ficou a desejar para um hotel com esta categoria foi o cafe da manha, que nao pode ser considerado internacional/continental, pois é muito fraco, faltando frutas frescas, frios, bolos e paes, enfim nenhuma variedade, sempre a mesma coisa no cafe. Além do horário de atendimento muito curto, da mesma forma que fora do horario de praia apos a 17 horas, simplesmente o quiosque fecha. ponto negativo para esta area.

It was not clear from the information provided that this was a third floor walk-up and while it was clear that there was a sleeping loft it was not clear that there was not even a powder room at the loft level.

部屋も、お庭も、レストランも、プライベートビーチもレストランも全てがすごくキレイだった。 宿泊初日には、部屋のあちこちにハイビスカスの花が飾ってあり、花瓶に花も活けてあり心地良かった。 フロント、掃除、セキュリティーのスタッフもフレンドリーだった。 キッチンには食器類や、トースターやケトルもあって便利だった。 ワイン1本無料サービスもあった。 レストランやショップにも歩いて10分以内で夜でも問題無く行動出来た。 もう一度泊まりたいホテルだと思う。

入口の門が、ホテルの看板よりも敷地内にあるレストランの看板の方が大きくて目に付くので少し解りにくかっ- た。

The room was very nice. Very clean and we were welcomed with flowers and wine. The location in Grand Case is also good if you are intending to stay at this beach. Very close to very nice restaurants.

The breakfast was terrible. Only bread, pastries, coffee and juice. If you want more, you need to pay for it. Pancakes were terrible. Also the food was not good. Don't have your lunch or dinner there. We expected more for a four stars hotel. Also common areas are dirty. There are bugs around the sand put close to the chairs. Cats and dogs are not permitted but there were some animals from the hotel walking around. Because of that, we didn't stayed too much in the hotel. We preferred to go to other places to stay during the day. The beach is ok. Car is essential to stay on this hotel. Also there were Mosquitos in the room. We suffered a lot with that. If you want to stay close to Grand Case, pay the same and stay at Radisson Blu. It is much better. We moved to there after staying at Grand Case Beach Club.

Mi e' piaciuta la posizione la gentilezza dello staff, la possibilita' di poter affittare una auto direttamente in albergo.

L'odore sgradevole e continuo che proveniva dal bagno, la pulizia della stanza minima, la colazione veramente scarsa il cameriere aveva dei pantaloni sporchissimi e per 5 gg di nostra permanenza aveva sempre gli stessi!, I lettini a disposizione nell'intero albergo avevano dei cuscini sporchissimi ,gatti ovunque ,spiaggia inesistente ...

The location in a clean, natural setting on two beaches with snorkel worthy rock point and proximity to creole rock are perfect. Also love the Gourmet food available within short walk. To have two of our most highly valued vacation amenities in one is a treasure for us. But we also value the friendly, fun-loving people of the French side and the secure premises (for those who are not so friendly). Sunset cafe is a gem and the people on the staff are wonderful. We have traveled in the Caribean for 20 years and have learned to appreciate what gcbc offers.

I did go down on New Year's eve and we did fall asleep and miss any celebration of the new year, but I am pretty sure we would have found it harder to do so in Grand Case compared to the Dutch side. You can find a lot of party places on this island if that is what you want. Just don't expect to find it in Grand Case.
